Texas Tough has always been so pleasant. As renters, we have not had the opportunity to connect with a vendor as well as we’ve had the opportunity to with Texas Tough. I’ve had the pleasure to interact with Ramon and Desiree mostly, and I must say, the communication regarding our maintenance requests have been superb. They are very reliable, responsive, and among other things, awesome to work with. They get our maintenance issues addressed in a timely manner and we couldn’t ask for a better vendor. Highly Recommend them and would love for them to be our primary vendor for any home related maintenance.

Jokingly I said well then Ill start the timer. In less than the time it took to pull out my phone - Ramon diagnosed the issue.By no exaggeration, Ramon identified the issues that had been missed by EVERY technician before him. He produced video that was made available to me, documenting each issue affecting the system. The videos included his prognosis and comments as he physically identified the source of the issues.In a timely manner, utilizing his website to schedule , calling, and texting with incredible diligence- Ramon and his team coordinated the effort for a new system to be installed. The family and I met Ramon a while back due to our AC going out at our home. Ramon showed up on time and walked my wife and I through the whole process. When our thermostat went out, our property managers hired them and they came out same day even though it was getting late in the evening and they continued to go above and beyond throughout the week to make sure that our family was comfortable and cool as we were waiting on approvals from our owners! Definitely our best experience with any repair company we’ve ever used! We will continue using them when we buy our own house and recommend them to all of our friends!

Ramon, their service tech, has made me believe that he was more concerned about me and my family than our money. I have never trusted a maintenance tech in my life and Im 52yrs old. I have just come to believe that he genuinely has my best interest, as opposed to my wallet, at heart. They are a one-stop shop and my first call every time. I have used Texas Tough Home Services for many things. He is extremely knowledgeable in many trades. He is professional, friendly, and in my last issue very prompt. This week, my washer was flooding my kitchen. He arrived with tools, shop vac, and fans, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it immediately. Last summer, my AC went out, and yet again, he showed up with a window AC, fans. It was 10,000 degrees, and he went above and beyond to make us comfortable in our home. It was most appreciated. He fixed my exterior electrical panel that had almost every wire loose on the breakers. Im the type that likes to know what was wrong and what the corrective actions were. He has all the tools to diagnose problems and the patients to explain to this layman.They wont disappoint. Make them your first call, too.

Nothing but great things to say about Ray and his team. We had a water leak from our attic and he handled all parts of it from getting the sheet rock fixed to making sure he identified the cause of the leak to prevent from occurring again. Although we don’t hope to have another emergency like this, we’re glad to have a go-to general contractor to call on in the future!

Honestly was dealing with A/C problems for months with no avail, but one crossing interaction, they came over and my A/C was replaced and made to truly cool my house. They even came back the next day to check on it to make sure everything was running smoothly, and then help with electrical issues in my guess room. A friend recommended Ray and his company to me several years ago. He was honest and knowledgeable. Plus, his prices were far more reasonable than all those TV and radio guys. He fixed my a/c properly the first time. It’s rare to find honesty these days and it’s refreshing to find a professional who is and doesn’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need or overcharge you to pay for their commercials. Ray has been working on my HVAC system for more almost ten years. Hands down, he is one of the most honorable men I know. He has always been honest and reasonable in any HVAC maintenance issue I have ever had. I have referred him to multiple people and every one of them loves his work and honesty. On three separate occasions, I have referred him to friends that have been told they needed to replace their HVAC systems, when in reality they didn’t. Ray has saved many customers, to include myself, thousands of dollars on false repair claims recommended by other companies. You need not look any further than Ray for your HVAC and home repair services.

I have had Ramon Martinez as my primary AC/Heating guy for many years now, and he is the best! He can fix anything! He is more honest than any other company! He will fix it if at all possible! He will only tell you that you need a new system if you really do need a new one. He has fixed a water heater, and done different types maintenance for me for years! You will not find anyone better! I would give 10 stars if I could.
