    Joel was very knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend to service my central air and heat . I don’t feel like he was rushing , he explained everything , very cordial and professional! I was impressed with his expertise! He didn’t put any pressure in regards to possibly replacing my old system . He sent me the different options for replacement .     Im having trouble posting the review on Google but Dam did a fantastic job today. He was knowledgeable and professional. We just moved into the house and we could not even locate our second floor heating unit. He found it, explained the filter changes and the status of our system. He made very reasonable recommendations for updates and repairs. We were very pleased with the service.

    The best winter heating check up. Mike checked the heater, carbon monoxide levels, gas pressure, checked for gas leaks and since this was my first inspection with Rosenberg, he checked my outside unit and electrical connections. Mike came on time and reviewed his inspection results with me. 100% 5 Star service...and I am hard to please!

    Ill assume that he did a good job. He was very courteous and tried to explain everything to us and frequently ask whether or not we had any questions. He gave me a price for adding insulation. I think about 10 inches but not sure it’s worth the cost.

    We just had a new system installed and everyone I’ve worked with has been fantastic. Special kudos to Emmanuel. He has been super friendly, and professional, even when he’s here at 9:00 on a Friday night helping resolve an issue with the new system. (Which seems to be a pluming issue with the drain line and not the AC itself). I’m very appreciative and would recommend them without question.

    We had our AC go out on a hot Saturday afternoon. Rosenberg was on-site assessing the problem Saturday night. We had three quotes for repair options sent to us Sunday morning. Sunday afternoon we chose our best option. Sunday evening we had temporary cooling units installed, and by Tuesday dinner-time we had a major residential AC installation professionally completed. We highly recommend Rosenberg Plumbing & Air.

    Kudos to Felix and his assistant Michael.The team arrived on time and Felix readily went over the troubleshooting processes after listening to what I stated the plumbing problem was. Both respected the house rules of donning the face mask and booties while in the house.Despite being a free inspection, Felix was very thorough in his inspection to determine where the leak was actually coming from. He patiently went over his findings and sent me a copy so I could get with my insurance company to see what is covered and my tentative cost.I would higly recommend Rosenberg Plumbing to do any minor or major plumbing around either residential or commercial. One thing which stood out besides being very knowledgeable and able to apply it, was his honesty in the assessment. This is a rarity with many private and commercial companies.I would gladly welcome Felix and Michael for any future plumbing problems.Great job Fellows!Tony Jones

    Rudy is an excellent Tech, he was friendly, and a hard worker. Our AC unit had been making some odd noises on and off, we called Rosenberg, and Rudy came out, he diagnosed our issue quickly and let us know our options. We really appreciated his honesty and that he wasn’t trying to over sell us, or pressure us into replacing anything today- since it wasn’t necessary.

    Rudy found there was nothing at all wrong with my furnace except a bad switch which works when one of the furnace removable doors is on. It wasnt clicking back all the way in like it was supposed to. A piece of tape holding the switch totally in fixed it. I will, however, replace the switch myself. Its probably a 10 minute job once I have the replacement switch, which Ill pick up tomorrow. Theres a parts store only a couple miles from my house.Thanks, Rudy. An HONEST, upstanding guy.

    Domenic was great, he showed up even earlier than anticipated and promptly assessed the situation. He gave me a couple of pricing options and then proceeded to fix the issue. Afterwards he showed me all he had done and explained some other issues he found that could wait for the time being. I 100% would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

    Felix of Rosenberg was very courteous and professional when he came out on a call for low water pressure. He was outstanding in finding the problem. He thoroughly looked at all different aspects and found a defective water softener. He got my water pressure corrected at no cost and quoted the cost to get the permanent fix done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rosenberg Indoor Comfort.

    Awesome experience with Rosenberg AC and Dam as my assigned technician. Had to replace a compressor and fan motor. The fan motor wasnt immediately available but Rosenberg communicated with us the entire time and they were able to get the part in only 2 days. Dam was super friendly and knowledgeable - knocking out the work in about 30 mins. Highly recommended!

    6 Jan 2024- I called them on Saturday to check my heating. They were out that same morning and fixed the problem at no cost to me. Wonderful service 👌Update on 5 May 2023.Had a problem and the AC stopped working. Called this company at almost 10 pm on a Friday night. Thought it would be a hot night without AC.... Much to my surprise, they sent a repair technician out that same night and had me up and running again within two hours. He fixed the problem and also finely tuned the system for better performance. Absolutely amazing support! Thank you Derrick Rogers and thank you Rosenberg Indoor Comfort.Install Review...I have owned 10 homes and seen many HVAC companies... This is by far the best company Ive ever seen. I talked to about 8 companies here in the local San Antonio area before signing with Rosenberg for a communicating heat pump. So glad I did. Their salesman was very transparent and got me the terms I needed. Their installers were dedicated, thorough, and did OUTSTANDING work on a tough job.     Johnny Torrez was very thorough and careful with his explanations. He patiently took us through all of our options and did not attempt to direct us one way or the other. Rosenberg supplies him with great technology tools which he uses quite skillfully. It was a pleasant and informative experience. The installers were efficient and attentive to detail. They explained their work and freely answered questions.They were extremely polite and unobtrusive. As pleasant an experience as could be expected under the circumstances. They’d be welcome back any time.Update: 13 Feb 24. Our rebate from CPS did not arrive as promised, and CPS referred me back to Rosenberg for assistance. The staff at Rosenberg contacted CPS, determined the issue, got it resolved with CPS, and our rebate arrived shortly thereafter. What great follow-up!Update 27 June 24 We had our first performance issue with our new system, and Rosenberg handled it wonderfully. The system was working well for most of the day, but it was not keeping up as afternoon moved in to evening. At one point, the AC ran for 5 hours straight without shutting down. I reached a scheduler who was very empathetic, she scheduled a service team for 90 minutes away, and the techs arrived as promised. They quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repairs, which involved some welding. In all, it took 4 hours from call to completion. Not bad at all. Somebody at Rosenberg has established a “culture “ of excellent customer service, and it showed again for us today.Update 29 October 24 Our first heating system checkup in advance of the winter heating season (will there really be a winter this year?). Michael, friendly as ever, was very thorough and explained everything. We’re so pleased with Rosenberg that we signed up for another year of their seasonal checkups.

    Rosenberg is fantastic! Our AC was blowing hot air and got close to 90 degrees in our house. We have 3 toddlers, and my wife is pregnant with our fourth, so we needed it fixed urgently. They got out within an hour of us calling on the hottest day in 11 years at around 9pm.Delfino gets here and diagnoses the problem within 15 minutes. He offers me 2 affordable options, and then immediately got to work. He was super friendly through the whole process, and did the entire repair process in half an hour. Im super impressed with the speed and quality of service, and will recommend this company to everyone. Ask for Delfino, he did a fantastic job!

    Melanie is a very talented technician. She was able to relieve my concerns about that nasty water that was coming from the drain out hose/pipe. I even decided to purchase a maintenance agreement. My AC is cooling very well and I’m happy with how well this unit has performed. Having a maintenance agreement is something I’ve been meaning to get but I’ve been procrastinating.

    We interviewed 5 A/C companies before making our decision to hire Rosenberg. Our next door neighbor recommended them highly but we wanted to see what other companies were offering. I can assure you we made the right decision. Johnny Torrez worked with us tirelessly on 2 separate appointments to find us the best HVAC system for our home. He was very professional and gave us a detailed proposal that we could view on our computer showing model numbers, capacities, and prices of each part of the system including discounts and CPS rebates. NOT like the other companies who only offered scribbled out notes on yellow legal paper, hardly legible with no model numbers. Johnny also found us excellent No Interest 0% financing to soften the blow of this untimely event of our HVAC system failing at the highest heat of the summer at 110°. Within 2 days he had his crew here to install the new system but immediately brought us 2 portable 10000 btu units at no charge to cool us off a bit till the crew got here. When the crew showed up on Friday, they were right on time. Juan worked outside installing the Condenser unit and his helper Nathan worked inside installing the A-Coil and Furnace. They put down long slip proof cloth tarps on the floor to keep from scratching anything and worked straight through the day to get us cooled off again. They were both professional and courteous and answered all our questions as they went along. When they left, it was as clean as when they got here. We thank Rosenberg for an awesome job and would highly recommended them. We give them 5 stars but would give them 10 stars if it were possible. Hope this review helps anyone in need of a new HVAC system.

    Service Technician Nylo was very respectful of the home, wearing foot coverings while inside. He was here for my winter service. The sales person and I texted multiple times and he always answered very quickly. I told him what I wanted, and he got everything. Will FixIt told me, “This is your system.” I wanted a different thermostat. Will FixIt refused. Rosenburg brought everything I asked.The 3 techs who did the installation were professional, friendly, and their expertise was excellent. They answered all my questions. The installation was done very well. There price was lower than Will FixIt. They took $1,000 off the price of the system, and filed for my CPS rebate.I highly recommended Rosenburg HVAC for your work. They also do plumbing.

    Great service. Had my AC tune up by Joel. He’s awesome and professional. Took advantage of their $99 AC tune-up/check. Was told my capacitor was too low and I was going to have it replaced but was quoted $460+ to replace compressor & fan capacitors, switch. I was not financially ready and so I declined the $460 fix. I asked how much to replace the capacitor, and they said $200+. Great service but too expensive.I’d have given a 5-star if their pricing for the capacitor would be more reasonable. Note a similar capacitor sold at ACE hardware is only $40+. But I understand Rosenberg needs to be pay their tech for labor too….but I was not financially ready to pay $200 for them to replace a capacitor when I could get one at AceHardware for $40.Overall great experience though. Good company

    Joe Incardona was the most knowledgeable professional tech in HVAC sales I have worked with period! Good upfront discussion to understand our options and what met our goals. We were on same level as I began to deliberate Rosenberg winning the bid out of 3 total. His proposal was very detailed on 4 options so no surprises for either party going forward. Rosenberg’s approach and professionalism was way above the other contractors submitting a bid! The choice therefore was easy.Then Sharmare Richardson and Tomas Doria were the technicians who installed a brand new Standard AC unit and coil. Excellent care of our home in the process and worked as a model of efficiency and effectiveness. It was quite clear that both are well trained, knowledgeable professionals and that gives the client a sense of assurance that they are getting a quality product. After all regardless of brand the quality of the equipment can only be realized with a great installation! We got that today!Andrew was out today for our 6 month check up and I must say it was the best most thorough maintenance visit I have had by ANY other HVAC firm in San Antonio!!!! He checked and took care of every potential trouble spot on our 6 month old American Standard system. One might expect this on a 10 year plus system but it was new in March 24.     Since we bought our house 12 years ago we decided that we needed to have a reliable service to maintain our Heating and A/C working in optimal conditions. We found all this andore with Rosenberg. Their techs are professional and very respectful. The Customer Service is par to none and the scheduling is flexible but consistent. We signed up for their membership program that gives us 2 major check ups a year. ( Before Summer because this is Texas and Before Winter because...this is Texas!!) and we have our system in pristine condition. We only have had one incident in all this time and they took care of it immediately. I highly recommend Rosenberg as your best resource for the Air Conditioning and Heating in your home!!!

    Nycodemus is courtious and polite. He listened to my problem and concern with the A/C system. in addition to the system regular semi annual service that he was to do. He toook his time to find the problem, and he gave me an honest reason for the problem and estimate of repair cost. This is the second time Nycodemus has been my service tech. He has never disappointed me.

    Been a customer for about 20 years, always great service. In that time Ive had the ductwork replaced, and the new ducts worked far better than when house was newly built, no more warm or cold rooms in the seasons. I had new insulation installed, and the electric went down about 10%. My system is 26 years old, and they keep it going like new. Very happy!

    Emmanuel did a great job. He quickly found the gas leak in my furnace and offered solutions. He called the Lennox company to see if my unit was still under warranty. It was and this simple act saved me hundreds of dollars. Emmanuel then drove across town to pick up the needed part and came right back to fix the problem. He provided a needed service in a friendly, efficient and caring way!

    Reached out to Rosenberg after getting a quote from a different company that seemed unreasonably high. They were able to get a technician to the property to evaluate our HVAC system within a few hours of making the initial call. Derrick the technician called several times, once to provide arrival time then periodically throughout his time there for updates, diagnostics, and provided estimated cost to repair. The quote was almost $2,000 less, and Derrick added Freon to temporize the issue and allow our HVAC to cool the home while waiting for the installation which is not something that was discussed or recommended from the first HVAC company. He also noticed we were using the wrong HVAC filter (20x25x5 versus the installed 20x25x4) and gave all of the required information to ensure we are purchasing the right filters. Overall great experience, thanks!

    I learned about Rosenberg air after my wife and I purchased my grandparents house. Id tried a few HVAC companies before Rosenberg with mixed results. When I learned that Rosenberg had installed our condenser, fan, and furnace back in 1994 and had kept it running since, I decided good enough for my grandparents, good enough for me. Every other company who looked at my system tried to sell me a whole new system.Ive been more than impressed with Rosenberg and their technicians with the two appointments Ive had so far. Most recently, when Dam came out for our seasonal checkup, he did all the normal checks I was used to from most HVAC companies, but then he also cleaned out my condenser! That was new to me. While inside the condenser, he checked all the electronics and found that my capacitor, which had been charging gradually lower with each checkup, was finally out of spec.Dam swapped out my capacitors and booster for about $300. Granted, I could probably purchase the same parts for close to $100 and do it myself, butA. I never remember or think to check the electronics in my condenserB. I absolutely LOATHE opening HVAC condensersC. It was 97° outside and I was not about to torture myself like thatWith nothing but a good attitude and a few tools, Dam performed all of this maintenance work thatll hopefully keep my system running for a few more years. Theres nothing like some reasonable maintenance and TLC to keep an old system running and my 30 year-old HVAC system is proof positive of Rosenbergs ability to provide both. From setting up my appointment to saying goodbye to my technician, I feel just as well cared for as my HVAC.
