I cant say enough good things about Rockstar Plumbing and the sink and pedestal installation by David & his helper; Im just sorry it took me so long to leave a review. As mentioned in other reviews, service is quick and responsive and pricing is fair and transparent. Prices are listed in a notebook and David showed me how the pricing is organized before giving me an invoice. They stood by their estimate, even when they uncovered bad prior work that caused extra work for them. David applied a temporary seal to an irregular hole in the wall and supplied some missing hardware and the sink was ready to go, right on time. He kindly walked the perimeter of the house to determine the locations of the outdoor water sources and the water shutoff. He was open to hearing what I was trying to do, professional, quick at solving problems, and a hard worker with a 100% great attitude, even though I know the unplanned repair & patch mustve pushed them over schedule. They were super-nice guys that made what couldve been a headache a fun day, and their work is top-notch, too. Highly recommend.

Today I had to use the services of Rockstar Plumbing and Mr. David Gonzalez came to my house to fix a leak in my yard. He was prompt, professional, told me where the leak was, showed me how he was going to fix it and with what and fixed it. He was very reasonable, reliable. The courteousness he showed when entering my house was very nice he put his booties on so my carpet would not get dirty. He clean up the yard nicely before he even told me he was finished. I do not have clumps of mud all the way to my door. Upon fixing the leak in the yard he came inside and made sure all the lines were clean and clear to the house. This company is unbelievable! Affordable pricing, excellent workmanship, and very efficient. They worked with us to get our new hot water tank installed. They updated the fixtures and replaced the tank in the heat of the day with a smile on his face. The best part is they charged us less than half of what we were quoted. We had some major plumbing problems. We were desparate to get someone out on a Saturday and at such short notice. David came out that afternoon and fixed all our leaks. He replaced very old hoses and fixed the leak in the laundry room. We were so thankful. Also, the pricing was very fair. Rockstar Plumbing is an excellent choice if you need a plumber!

This is the first positive review I have written for a business and I do not give my recommendation lightly. The first time we used them to replace plastic tubing and water on/off push/pull switches that were used in the construction of our home in three bathrooms. They were professional, reasonably priced, and very good at answering our questions. The second time we used them I was attempting to replace a flow valve and got frustrated when I could not find the rubber gasket to properly seat the metal connector ( totally my fault). I called David and they squeezed me in that same day free of charge. It took Angel one second to find the gasket ( still seated in the old flow valve ) and connect the water line. We will be using them again in the future and I have recommended them to friends.

Wow. Wow. and Wow. Toby and Ian were beyond professional and really took care of our home! I had a PVC pipe bust in the main water line and I’m a new homeowner so of course I freaked out! SAWS told me I had to fix it myself. Both came out quickly on the same day, assessed the situation and gave me a quote right there. Honest and compared to other companies affordable. I’m lucky I was able to take care of this and am glad they were able to fix the problem! Now my water is back on AND with better water pressure!! Angel was very helpful, professional, and informative. He showed up earlier than we were estimated and was able to figure out the issue quickly and make sure I was informed every step of the way. I had hired another plumber right before him who was unable to help me find the source of my leak due to it being too difficult to locate. However, Angel was able to come up with a plan to locate and fix a leak out in my yard under my driveway in half the time it took the other plumber to tell me he couldn’t help me. I would highly recommend working with this company especially Angel as he knows what he is doing!

Rockstar Plumbing was awesome! First though thank you google reviewers…your reviews were spot on. We had a water pipe burst last night and had a water leak in the garage. Plumbers would not take calls or return calls and if they did, they placed us on a 2-week wait list. Then I found David Gonzalez at Rockstar Plumbing. Great person; very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Arrived the following morning well equipped and ready to go. Quickly identified the problems and went step-by-step on what needed to be done and then provided a very fair quote and stuck to it. Work was done flawlessly from beginning to end; all supplies were on-hand, he prepped areas appropriately, completed all needed tasks perfectly and then thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. True professional and an all-around terrific person. Thank you David and to your team as well!

Chris and Gilbert showed up to take a look at an issue that I was having and were able to show up about an hour and a half earlier than the scheduled time which was fantastic. They were able to identify the issue along with the corrective actions and even took a look at the other toilets in the house to make sure there were no other issues that could happen. The total job was finished within half and hour and they cleaned up after themselves and were on their way. They were extremely polite and professional and I would highly recommend them to any friends and family in the future.

If you are reading this then you are here for the same reason I was. To find a plumber that you can trust that will really look at the issue and give you a fair price. I read the other reviews and called. First responsiveness I called at around 4:45 after my husband did some digging and we were not able to figure out exactly what to do and did not want to take a chance making it worse. When I called taking to Jennifer and Jess with it being so late said the next day would be best, which we were totally fine with, they allowed me to send pictures over and while I was sending the pictures over Joe was in the background and said let us come by and take a quick look - they came by that Evening within like 30 mins. First HUGE bonus just to know it was looked at - showed us immediately what the issue was and said they would back in the morning. Joe and Gilbert came out in the morning and within and hour and half they had us up and working - the price was so fair and they were very transparent. Used the best and updated parts. I am so happy I trusted the reviews and they showed their caliber not only actions but in follow up and response time they are truly top notch. HIGHLY recommend and will use again and again. I live in a 93 year old home that was in need of extensive plumbing work. When I purchased the home 2 decades ago, I fixed other thing. I delayed overhauling the pipes until I thought I could afford them. I know well that Plumbing is a long term value, comparable to any serious project in owning a home. I wanted the job done correctly. I had already checked reviews for other big plumbers and looked at the call backs from not having the work done correctly. I tried to anticipate costs based on the extent of the repairs I was expecting. I only wanted to see the plumber one time for this particular repair and installation service.From the moment Rockstar arrived, I could see the difference from other front runner higher overhead companies. I felt like a person rather than a job assignment. Davids professionalism was immediate. I explained the trouble I was having and what others had told me before him. After he had a look for himself and had evaluated what he saw, he showed me with photos what my problem was under the house and detailed exactly what would be needed and what I could expect. I especially liked when he pulled out a binder with listed items and prices. He showed me exactly where the prices for the things he pointed out and arrived at a total. He told me how long he expected it would take and offered to schedule it when I could be home. It came out less than what I had planned to budget and I was able to have some other things done also, while he was there. He did it in the time he said it would completed. He did things right and showed me with photos, answering my questions.I highly recommend Rockstar. There is no guessing with them and there are no surprise costs.

After identifying the problem he explained to me step by step of what he was going to do to make repair. First I would like to make a personal thank you to both Joe and Gil the plumbers that came out and did the job for us.In mu opinion both plumbers were friendly from the beginning and spoke very candidly about my service that I was needing done.I went with them because their price was in the budget I had set for my household and that Joe and Gil were willing to do the job that very day we spoke. Mind you this job was important and required to be done during most 3day holiday (New Years) where most business close down early to let their employees off to enjoy their weekend.Joe and Gil took my personal future issues to heart and came early in the morning when they would have already left for their weekend. They came did a wonderful job and cleaned the area to where we will not even know that they were in there.Thank you Rockstar Plumbing for your service

These guys live up to their name. They gave Rockstar service. I called them on Saturday morning to see if they had time to fix a shower leak. They were booked for the day but he said he would make time for me if he finished early. Sure enough he called me back later and set a time for me same time day. Guy is super nice and explained my options. He also had a notebook with set prices for the work so you know that your are not getting screwed. The menu price is the same for everyone. After calling multiple plumbers for two days and getting no call backs it was nice to have a plumber who lived up to his word and got things fixed fast. This is my goto plumber from now on. I cant stress enough how nice and professional this team is.

David and Rockstar were great! I needed a PRV and overflow tank installed and my shutoff was in a tricky spot under my driveway. David gave me a detailed quote at a good price, thoroughly explained what needed to be done, and showed me multiple options. When it came time to do the work, they got me on the schedule right away, called ahead and showed up on time, and did excellent work. Even when things got a little more complicated than expected, David explained everything thoroughly and worked with me to make sure I got what I needed without delay. I highly recommend Rockstar Plumbing.
