Mitch by far was one of the greatest service repairmen to come to my home & help me with a few minor issues i was having, and even fixed something for me without hesitation. His passion, drive and overall just kindness and goodness as a person. He advised me of what i can do since my home is older, which i appreciated so much more than a big box retailer repairman coming and tearing apart my pipes with no knowledge of my home.I can’t recommend him enough. You won’t find good people like this often. True, honest, kind people are so hard to come by, and mitch is one of those. Wish nothing but success & happiness for not only this business but everything personal as well.Thank you so much, Mitch. We will definitely have you on call anytime a problem arises.

Mitch with Red Brass Plumbing was honest, fast and did quality work. He explained what our options were and the costs of replacing our water heater. I went with him because of the great reviews on Google; and, I felt good about the fact he was a professional (licenced) plumber.Ive used the larger companies and they were constantly trying to upsell me.Mitch and his wife Amy, kept on top of his appointments and I received auto updates when Mitch would arrive via text (very nice feature). I would definitely recommend Mitch for any plumbing needs you have.

To start, Uryss M. got back to us on Yelp within 5 minutes...after standard working hours. They were professional, courteous, and mindful of my time. Mitch came to our home exactly when they said he would. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he explain everything regarding our homes plumbing, he was very friendly with our three dogs! He gave us a prompt and accurate estimate, and went way beyond expectations. He did the work immediately following diagnostic, and he finished the work brilliantly! I would recommend this company without hesitation!

He is always punctual, dependable, upfront about the cost of jobs, and offers a variety of solutions to problems. He offers a service that is a great resource for both homeowners and home-flippers, as his knowledge of city ordinances is up-to-date.I highly recommend Red Brass Plumbing.

Our main supply line was leaking under house. Mitch was outstanding; from the first day to give us a quote, to the time he finished the job. Everything was explained and thoughtfully considered to ensure the job was done while keeping the cost as low as possible. This includes the water abatement company Mitch recommended. Keep in mind, first responders receive a 15% discount too!

I had a major problem. I was outputting 23% more water per hour than normal and had a $200 water bill. I had a leak...somewhere. It’s just me and I usually have bills under $100. I called a couple of companies, not very customer friendly to say the least then I started look for plumbers by their reviews. Red Brass had a solid 5 star review record so I called. I got in touch with Mitch. He said he could be there by 7 and he was. This leak was not obvious. There was nothing in the house that would indicate there was a leak. He looked absolutely everywhere. Isolated all of the water lines. He is by far the best at what he does. But what I want to highlight here is this. He said to me “nobody ever wakes up thinking they want to call a plumber.” It’s true. Of everything that goes wrong, you think of your pipes last because we all think those are solid and nothing can go wrong there. He is a person, not just a company. He understood my financial situation and his willingness and persistence to go out of his way to find and almost impossible leak amazed me. Not many people would go out of their way to help like he did. Not only would I recommend him and this company, I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs. Indoor and out.

Mitch was very professional and once I called he was at my location within an hour, which was such a relief given 5 other plumbers told me they couldnt make it out until next week. He fixed my bathtub faucet that would not stop running in such a timely fashion despite having to leave to purchase a part and come back to finish the job. I highly recommend this business!!

My water softener broke and the carbon and resin clogged my water lines to the house. Mitchdiagnosed the problem and was determined to get the job done! Other companies were called but he was the only one willing to understand my financial situation and did all he could to meet my financial needs. Not only did he get the job done but also saved me money! He is understanding and is willing to help out in anyway. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Red Brass Plumbing. They are licensed, honest and reliable. I had a leak on my water main and they came out within an hour on a Saturday morning. I had a major plumbing issue happen in the evening that I could not handle. I had been referred to RBP through a family member, so I texted Mr. Mitchell in the evening & he promptly responded. We setup an appointment for the next morning. He was early & very professional. He worked hard to fix my plumbing issue & even gave me advice on how to prevent further backups in the future. Definitely recommend!

We discovered what looked like a foundation leak on Mon. morning. It was fixed by Mon. evening, without an after hours upcharge! Mr. Mitchell made the time to come out within a few hours of calling, and quickly assessed the issue. He quoted a fair estimate, sent two very nice and capable young men to make repairs. Within a span of a few hours, all work was professionally done, and they even cleaned up after themselves. Its not often you hear people talk about integrity, and doing the right thing by charging a pair price while they provide great service. You will if you hire Mr. Mitchell & crew. He is the needle in the haystack.

I had some issue with water flow, I have an older home and I started having issues I took a chance to visit with Mitch (owner) as his was doing some work for my neighbor. I explained the issue that I was having he was glad do give me an estimate. I contracted him to do the work he was always on time and kept me informed to how progress was going stayed on budget work done in a timely manner. I strongly recommend red brass plumbing. I’ll always keep his number handy.

Mitch came out to snake out our kitchen sink, once you get to talk to this man, you get that feeling of knowing you found the right person, not only did he replace our water heater, he also ran new piping and connectors to ensure we wouldnt have any other issues as the existing pipes were a little outdated, dont waste your time looking for anybody else. Outstanding service as well as an outstanding person
