    Anthony, the plumber from Quest Plumbing, provided excellent service at my home today. Arrived when promised. Evaluated the problem and repaired it with reasonable speed and efficiency. A fair price was charged. I dont think a person could ask for more! I recommend giving Quest Plumbing a call if you are looking for a quality plumbing company .

    Quest installed the last water heater on my house 9 years ago. It was a logical choice to have them do it again. I called at 830am and they were here by 1030! Ethan was great at explaining what needed to be done. I opted for the extra anode to extend the life of the heater as well. Ethan cleaned up the mess and it looks like I never had a problem. Their price was reasonable and their ser ice was Great!

    Can’t say enough possible things about Quest Plumbing. I’ve used them for 5 years both for clients as well as personally. We are selling our house and we’re in need of some pre-inspection repairs and maintenance. Quest sent their best to us within 24 hours of my call. He was very thorough, wrote out his recommendations with an estimate and as soon as I approved, got all the work done with only one more task to go which will be done tomorrow morning. So thankful for Quest!

    I had an unexpected leak in my kitchen sink last night. I called first thing this morning to set up an appointment and got an opening in the early afternoon. I guess there was a cancellation or something because they called later that morning offering to come by then. Once there, the issue was identified within a minute and the job was done in under a half hour. He even did the repair so that the pipes took up less room in the cabinet and afforded me more space.Second visit was for replacing my water softener. Did a great job. Showed up early, verbally quoted a two hour job, they were done closer to one. Would recommend

    This is an extremely expensive repair and I was looking for someone to be very detailed in the analysis with several solutions. Briley kept me i formed along the way as he conducted a thorough inspection. In addition, I’m getting three quotes to accommodate different scenarios. The visit was outstanding and very informative.

    The plumber crew came in and started right away and very knowledgeable. No messing around and got straight to it. Explained everything that needed to get done. They knew exactly what needed to be done and everything went on without a problem replacing my two water heaters to a single Tankless Water Heater.     August 2024I called Quest Plumbing on the suggestion of our very good water softener company. I was promptly scheduled for a service call to replace a pressure reduction valve.Briley and an assistant arrived on time. He confirmed how long they expected to take. I showed him the involved property and he answered my questions. Briley’s affect was respectful and knowledgeable. He was easy to communicate with. He asked permission before digging in the yard. I noticed that he put down some cardboard to collect the dirt on. When they finished he showed me the installed equipment. He asked if we wanted the extra soil, or they could haul it off for us. The work was done neatly and on time. I plan to call Quest for any plumbing needs in the future.September 2,2024Anthony was our plumber this afternoon. He installed a garbage disposal and also replaced the faucet in our kitchen sink. He arrived on time, he explained the work to me very well. The work was completed and the area was cleaned up nicely. Once again we are pleased with Quest Plumbing. I definitely recommend them.

    Briley was very professional. He came in and explained the process. Put down drop cloth and booties to protect the floor. Was told I might have a slab leak but luckily it was a pinhole leak. He Worked diligently and in a timely manner and got the job done. I would definitely hire Quest again. They make things right!!

    Kaitlin Morales was very helpful with the fixture selection process for the various plumbing fixtures used for our shower renovation project. Everything turned out great!     We have used Quest Plumbing one other time a few years ago to repair a water heater. This time they were with us for 12 hours, patiently looking for a leak in a foundation pipe.     Excellent Service. Matt was great during the estimate phase, and Ryan and Briley did a great job with some difficult older home infrastructure to complete the job to my specifications. They were all very helpful, and explained what they were doing every step of the way. Polite and professional. Very hard to find in service oriented fields these days.     I had Quest Plumbing provide me a second opinion on my cast iron pipes at my home after the first plumbing company misdiagnosed my pipes as being fully corroded and requiring a full reroute after they incorrectly performed the hydrostatic test since I have two sewer lines out of my home. Quest took a meticulous approach in the review of the cast iron and informed me that plumbers can sometimes get it wrong with cast iron. Quest found the pipes to be in good order and instead recognized breaks in the yard sewer lines that the first company didn’t check. I had Quest repair the yard lines and they did so on time and on budget. I then had Quest complete a hydrostatic test on my sewer lines under my home and passed, proving that the first company was mistaken in their assessment. I appreciate the work and diligence from Quest and from Briley, who oversaw the project and remained in communication over the project.

    We have been using Quest Plumbing as our primary plumbing resource for the past four years. Their service has always been honest, knowledgeable and affordable.We recently discovered a significant water leak inside a wall around the foundation of our house. Quest responded quickly and using sophisticated detection procedures and equipment precisely located the leak on the first attempt and repaired it.The two Quest service representatives who were sent, Juan and Briley, patiently explained the detection process and what would be involved. They went about their business professionally and efficiently. They also tested the integrity of our whole plumbing system and found a leak in the water heater supply line which they fixed. They were neat, organized and courteous throughout the entire process. Additionally, the Quest truck was fully equipped with all the equipment, parts and supplies needed for the job.Obviously, we hold Quest Plumbing in high regard and we recommend them for virtually any plumbing issue you may have.

    If you’re looking for a plumbing company that will take care of your needs look no more. They installed a new water heater for us. A little over three months the pilot went out and I was unable to get it to work. Called Quest and they were out that day to correct the problem. The particular water heater had a recall on the pilot. Everything was taken car of with no problem.

I have known your work for several years because you take care of all the plumbing needs of our church building.The visit last week was the second time your staff has come to my home for plumbing projects.     I had a bathtub faucet leak and needed a cartridge replacement. I had called 2 other plumbing businesses, but settled with Quest because they were providing service right away and the price was reasonable. Clint was the name of the plumber who provided the service, and he did a quick and awesome job. Clint was very friendly and answered all my questions. The job was done in about half an hour.     Clogged garbage disposal and leaky pipe. They were nice enough to work me in and showed up after a phone call to let me know they were coming. Juan and Briley were excellent. Very nice and personable. Explained what the problem was and what I needed to do to prevent this from happening again. I highly recommend this company.     Quest Plumbing did a truly excellent job of completely re-plumbing my 19 year old leaky (8 leaks in two years) house. They not only replaced all copper pipes with insulated plastic tubing but, in addition, set up a hot water pumping system which provides hot water at all outlets in seconds (verses minutes) after turn-on and installed safety bars in the showers.I have been utilizing these lads for nearly 8 years and highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumbing fix or upgrade at a reasonable price.

    Matt coordinated a major relocation of my sewer line to reconnect with city line. Professional all the way. Neighbors complimented me on the job they did.     I am happy to tell anyone who has a plumbing problem to call Quest Plumbing. If you want skilled professionals who will diagnose your problem and explain findings as well as make recommendations for a fix- then Lane and AJ are the team you want to help you! From the front door put on shoe covers; listened to problem as I described it then began investigation. When they found exact cause of leak gave me options, and proceeded to work the fix. As my Mother would say”Lane really knew his onions!!” I saw as he gave me a tutorial on the function of the tub/shower valve. I watched them do the job being care not to scratch tub. The were both polite cordial and professional. After job was done, Lane asked me to turn on tub water and check to be satisfied with his job. How unusual is that !!! And these guys seemed to really enjoy their job. I can say they really brought joy to my day ! Thanks guys!!!

    Anthony and his assistant were fast and efficient. After explaining what issues I was having and what I had done to isolate the problem, they went to work and quickly knocked out what I thought would be a lengthy fix. Great experience, company, and employees !!

    I was shuttling between two houses for water heater maintenance. Both Quest teams were patient and thoughtful while they worked efficiently. A second issue was found at one house and those repairs also progressed efficiently despite cold, windy weather. I could not have asked for more pleasant and professional young men.
