I unfortunately had a busted water heater and it was right on Christmas Eve…got to love the timing. In any case, I called up PlumbSmart and they got someone dispatched same day. Jorge was the gentleman that arrived to my home and he did it in a timely manner. Showed him the issue and he was willing to do a quick fix to get me back up and running, but I opted for a new unit since the water heater was 14yrs old already and probably on its last leg. Jorge got it knocked out and replaced in a couple of hours. Good workmanship and hopefully good quality on the water heater since it was a little on the pricey side, but I’d rather pay the extra for good quality and good service. Very satisfied with the service and would definitely give them a call again for my plumbing needs.

I had Jorge and Paul come out to assist with my drain issue, they both were really nice helped explain my issue, they were able to get everything unclogged and working. Let me know my next step since old house has metal pipes are gonna need to be changed soon. Both guys were awesome and did a very good job. Highly recommend to family and friends. Weve used Plumb Smart again and the service was just as awesome as the other times! I called and they were able to come out the same day. Amalia is wonderfully easy and pleasant to work with and so helpful to keep me informed about the scheduling. Jorge and Paul were efficient and gave us good information about what was possible to fix our problem. Jorge was able to find the part needed for the less expensive fix which we really appreciated!! When another problem arose he was helpful again in finding a less expensive part. He and Paul went above and beyond to get our problem fixed. And did a little extra, too. My husband and I also really enjoyed visiting with them. Fast, efficient, professional and personable! What more could we ask for! I will say it again, they are our plumbers for life! I hired PlumbSmart to perform a sewer scope on a duplex that we are under contract to purchase. Eric, the technician, came out promptly, spent a great deal of his time trying to perform the work and wasnt able to perform the scope because of issues we are having at the property. His communication was excellent and he didnt charge me for the visit even though I offered to pay for his time. They seem extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will surely call them again if I need a plumber. Thank you!

Unbelievable professionalism doing business with P.S. Cody Roger and Jorge were fantastic. I needed house valve replaced along with 2 bibs. They contacted SAW because that valve needed replaced as well. SAW arrived and all 3 dugout and completed the job in a few hours. Heres the kicker, the work was done on Friday after Thanksgiving! I highly recommend these pros.

Our SAWS bill has been through the roof. PlumbSmart came out and found the problem right away: a substantial leak in the main line to the house.They dug up and replaced a 10 foot section of pipe that has probably been leaking for years. Herman did such a good job putting the dirt, grass, and landscaping back that it isn’t even noticeable. Great job!PlumbSmart’s rate was reasonable. I expect we will get more than that over the next year with lower water bills!

The team was on time, was able to quickly identify the source of the leak and created a plan to address, keeping wall damage to minimal. They were very courteous and professional with everyone in our home and they even helps bring a heavy package to our home, which was not even their responsibility. After dealing with a reoccurring clog in my sewer line, I decided to hire PlumbSmart to replace my sewer line. The reason I chose PlumbSmart over another company is because they seemed more knowledgeable and more professional than the other company. I dealt with Roger, Chris, Corey & Robert and they were very communicative, answered all my questions and were just pleasant people to work with. I also dealt with others and I don’t remember their names, but they were all great. I feel I got a fair price for all the work they did, the guarantee they provided and all the little extras they did for me. I called to have the two shut off valves in the photo removed and replaced. Justin and his helper (sorry I can’t remember his name….he was really nice and quite amazing with the dogs) did the job quickly and professionally for a price I found reasonable - in the hundreds rather than well over $1,000 bid by a competitor. I was so happy with their work that I hired them that same day to replace the water heater. Again, they were prompt, professional, did excellent work, cleaned up after themselves and were overall excellent to work with. Couldn’t be happier. The price was not cheap, but was MUCH better than the previous bid I had for the work.

I’m very confident in the quality of work and the knowledge and skills of the journeyman (Robert) and his plumber in training (Paul). Martin and Paul were exceptional plumbers. I called PlumbSmart because my AC technician said that I had a natural gas leak on the fittings leading to my AC furnace. The AC technician wanted to charge me $700 plus dollars to replace the fittings. Martin and Paul pressurized the natural gas system and performed a leak check. They determined that I did not have a natural gas leak. In addition PlumbSmart did not charge me for a trip charge or for pressurizeing and testing the gas lines for leaks. They were courteous, honest, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend PlumbSmart if you need a reliable, honest, knowledgeable, and inexpensive plumber.

Literally The Best I had 4 plumbers go out before plumbsmart and no one sadly could figure it out! Roger came and brought his guys and found out the problem instantly within that day! Let me tell you I wanted to cry thinking no one was going to get this situation fixed but they did it beyond my expectations! Literally done within 3 days breaking concrete and re-piping the pipes that were messed up underground and added a clean out for us. Had a lot of work needed on a 40-year old house and was able to get a quote the same day I called. All the plumbing needed to be rebuilt as a result of high water pressure causing leaks everywhere, PRV installed, new water heater and water softener. The cost never exceeded normal industry pricing. Ive had a career in architecture for 27 years and know what things cost. PlumbSmarts customer service is the best. Robert was efficient and professional with all communications and scheduling. Incredibly honest and quality service. I thought I needed two new water valves to connect my new washing machine because water was still flowing through the hoses even when the cut off was shut off. Our home is 2 years old and the builders plumber hooked up the toilet to the hot water line. It warped the flapper and other equipment in the tank. Turned out to be a much bigger job than expected. Paul and his apprentice worked hard and long to fix the problem. So far it appears they did a great job. My only complaints were that they left black hands prints all over the white walls. They cleaned them up as best they could but we will have to touch up paint. Also their office was not so great at keeping us informed of changes in scheduling and I had to call to try to confirm when they would arrive. They were always later than agreed upon. That is fine just let customers know. Thank you guys for your hard work. Will use them again!*** UPDATE*** - Cody, the CEO, went out of his way to make everything right for us after our repair. Brandon was awesome! We had some new cabinets installed, and he came out to inspect where the new sink would go, he immediately saw a leak under our new cabinets! He replaced the valves, and let us know all the parts we needed to install our new sink. He even called the plumbing supply store to make sure they sold to the public!

We contacted PlumbSmart to get information on a new water softener system. Herman and Devon came to our home on 3/15/2024 to discuss and give us an estimate. They arrived on time and were extremely friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to explain all of the various options and we decided to go with the PlumbSmart PN9C-Silver system. Herman and Devon then returned on 3/18/2024 to install the new system. From the moment they arrived, they worked continuously with only one short lunch break to install the new softener system. They also fixed a leak on the main pressure relief valve/regulator. If we ever need future plumbing help, we will definitely call PlumbSmart and request Herman and Devon!

My water heater went out last week and I needed some help quickly. I called my existing plumber (large company in SA) to diagnose the problem but was always nervous they were going to try to sell me something or recommend a replacement when a repair would also work. Also, I was tired of haggling with them to price match with competitors and never knowing if I was getting ripped off or not.I started looking for another plumber on google and Yelp and called 5 of them to get quotes, to test their response times, and to ask about the preventative maintenance. Long story short, the last one I called was PlumbSmart and the rest was history! Their 5-star reviews gave me a first great impression, and then it was smooth sailing from start to finish! Their answering service got me in touch with one of the owners, Cody, that returned my call quickly, and gave me some friendly and candid advice and perspective.
