Plumbit came out quickly on late Friday afternoon for me. The person I initially spoke with got to work quickly reaching out to her team to see if someone would be able to assist me today and placed me on a brief hold. She got back to me and let me know that a plumber would be able to come by same day. A text letting me know the plumbers name and picture was sent to my phone, as well as information on when I could expect the plumber to come by. Henry, the plumber, arrived at my home and quickly got to work inspecting my bathroom water shut off valves for a possible leak. Things were quickly wrapped up and explained to me in detail. Service all around was stellar and I now have a go to plumbing company to reach out to for any future needs.

12/30/2024--Brandon andMoses came out to replace a failing PRV with a full brass one, swap out an old expansion tank with a new one, and repair a leak near the water meter--which stopped the knocking of the pipes that were getting louder and louder by the day. The price was very fair, but what I appreciated most was their honesty and workmanship. They both did a thorough job and were upfront with what needed to get done without upselling unneeded repairs. Thank you Plumbit for sending people with integrity to take care of our homes.6/24/2024 We were having issues with our toilet tank filling up very slowly, and we immediately called the highest rated company in our area, which would be Plumbit. Within two hours, Clayton replaced the refill valve and Viola! Problem solved. Clayton was totally transparent, and his pricing was very fair. It gives us peace of mind to know theres a company out there that values and cares for their customers and will do right by them. Keep up the great work, guys!

We had our floors replaced last week and unfortunately didn’t realize the flooring company takes off the toilets but does not put them back on. We needed our toilet put back onto its spot, reconnected, and sealed. We originally called a different plumbing company and they quoted us about $360… then another company told us $250 only to come out and give the quote. These quotes were just to put a (brand new) toilet back onto its spot. Both of those companies had good reviews, but it just felt high.We stumbled upon Plumbit and made a call. They gave us a quote over the phone which was way less than the other competitors and felt fair. I asked their availability and they were able to come in a matter of an hour or two. Keep in mind, this is a non urgent need so the fact that they were able to come same day was super kind! We received a text when they were en route with a photo of one of the technicians so we could recognize who was coming to our house. That added such a nice level of safety that I appreciated!Brandon and Gerson showed up to our house and were very professional, even wearing boot covers when entering our home. They looked at our bathroom, gave us a quote, and immediately got to work when we agreed to the quote — which was even less than the phone quote since the toilet was already removed. The fact that they did the additional discount tells me this company is honest and isn’t looking at a chance to rip you off. So refreshing. Brandon even noticed a water pressure difference and communicated that to us, but it was easily explained by our washer running. He just wanted to ensure there wasn’t another issue at hand, and we appreciated that level of attention to detail.They did the reset of the toilet extremely fast and were super respectful and kind, leaving a clean finished job behind while educating us on the after care. We felt comfortable with them in our home and trusted their work. We even talked to Brandon afterwards about the “push pull” stop on our toilet, approximate costs to replace those around the house one day, and he even gave us suggestions on what types of toilets are best should we have to replace our current ones. You could tell he was knowledgeable and genuinely enjoys what he does.Overall I highly recommend this company as they were speedy, professional, kind, and did a job well done at a fair price.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Plumbit for a couple jobs on my own house as well as some work done at my elderly mother’s.I cannot say enough about the type of person Clayton is. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. The work done was fast and done right. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and why and you could tell how kind-hearted he is and generally cares about you as a customer.One of our situation was rather urgent and a little more difficult due to the age of the house and the type of flange on the toilet. They somehow managed to fit is in on a busy day and got the job done so we could complete the rest of the work in the bathroom. If I could rate them 6 stars I would. Henry and his staff were amazing to work with. From the beginning when I called, I was given exceptional service and an accurate estimate. Henry was able to show up to the house in less than 2 hours from my original call and his company sent a text with his name, picture, and notice when he was on his way. Henry was very thorough when diagnosing the old water heater and his team was very efficient when replacing the water heater. There were no hidden up charges in the end like some other plumbing companies do that I have used before. Brandon and his assistant (Jersey-sp?) were simply phenomenal. They were very personable, courteous, professional and showed up right on time! They quickly troubleshot our issue and then were thorough in explaining our water softener options to us since our old water softer’s brine started spilling resin throughout our house’s water system. When we had a pipe break (unrelated to the remodel), we called Brandon who came out the next day and replaced the pipe. Their response time is 10/10 and they do excellent work. Give them a chance and you will never call another plumber.
