Very happy customer. Had another plumbing company out who was going to charge me $1300 for the first 4 hours to find a leak they said was under the house or in the yard. It was supposed to be a needle in the haystack. Should it take all day I was quoted $2500.00. I didnt feel good about this and called out Omega. David found the leak outside the house within 20 minutes. They worked efficiently, effectively and had great conversation throughout. Competence matters in this field!

My upstairs toilets were backed up and one of my upstairs sinks was gurgling . My condo is a new rebuild and this is the first time I’ve had an issue . A neighbor recommended Omega and I’m grateful.Everything about my experience from the first call to the end of the process was easy and professional . Jonathan came over and assessed the situation, gave me options , and helped me work a deal I could be comfortable with. He was knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. He showed me my pipes on the scanner .Hopefully they did such a great job that I’ll never have to use them again 😁!

Update 9/20/2022:Because of the great job they did I talking my gas water heater, we used them again today to help instal our new Water Softener! Once again, they were prompt, professional, and courteous. I will not hesitate to give them a call if my homes need any plumbing services again.My next-door neighbor used them as well (last week) to install his new toilets and haul away the old ones. Great job there too!———————————————————-09/09/2022Omega did a heck of a job today! I’m very glad I choose to hire a pro team to install my new water heater. Jerel and Albert are very friendly and professional. They helped explain my situation and thankfully have the expertise to make sure I’m taken care of.Unfortunately for me, my water softener failure is what accelerated the water heater to go bad. I’ll be using Omega to instal my new water softener as well.Highly recommend and will definitely give them a call if I ever have any plumbing issues.

We found that our kitchen water line was clogged late in the evening. we called Albert (Omega Plumbing) first thing in the morning and he and his crew were out the same day. They cleared the line and checked it with the camera to ensure the line was fully clear. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I will be using them from now on and would highly recommend them.

The guys are awesome, #1 they answered the phone!!!, #2 They arrived when they said they would and called several times on the way to my house. They were fast and had the most current and not so current technical knowledge ( my house is a little older). They explained everything and the pricing was upfront no surprises. The were very polite even though I was going through a a breakdown, and my house was in chaos!! It did not phase them, They were the best in my time of need and I have used them twice in the last month!!

Albert Garza (owner/Master Plumber) and Jerel Garza (plumber/technician) are extremely professional, courteous, and got the job done right the first time around. Albert came by the next day and inspected my low water pressure and stated I needed a pressure relief valve.
