    I wished I would have called them sooner. I contacted them after hours and had a technician reach out to me to assess the issue and assured me it would be handled as an urgent call. The following morning two men were dispatched and had my leak fixed in a timely matter despite the light drizzle. Both were professional and friendly.     If I could leave these guys I would. Murray plumbing God bless your company. These guys are true to their word. The price to unclog you drain quoted is the price you pay. Not a diagnostic fee.     Ive used this plumber twice now. The first time was to see if my tankless water heater could be fixed. The second time was to install my tankless water heater that I purchased.I requested and scheduled 7+ days in advance the same plumber as the first visit, who was Joe B., because he was very knowledgeable on his first visit, and was able to answer all of my questions. Joe comes across as doing what is best for the customer, is customer service oriented, and professional. One can tell by the aforementioned traits that he is definitely a valuable employee to this firm.I was happy with his installation, the time frame for the completion of work, and the post installation cleanup.If there is one area for Murray plumbing to improve, it is not schedule a last minute office meeting when their paying customers are expecting a plumber to show app at a certain scheduled time, especially when theyve taken off from work to be at home to meet the plumber. *note* I did not hold this scheduling concern against Joe, but I do fault the management of the company.

Turns out I had a pex pipe leak (who’d a thunk it??) that was was running down the inside of my wall. Anyway, Brandon and crew quickly found the problem and corrected it in record time.     The tech showed up right on time once they sent the notification he was on the way and I thought I would need a new water heater but instead of selling me one they did a full inspection and notified me mine is good for a couple more years so no up selling which is awesome to see in a company. The Tech Joe was super professional and helpful in explaining everything to me.
