We recently hired Champion Plumbing for a water heater installation job at my home, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The technician, Jose Sierra was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, he was professional, prompt, and reliable. He arrived on time, fully equipped, and quickly identified the problem. He explained everything in simple terms, giving us confidence in their work. What was most impressive was him coming out to assess the need, then offering to go pick up the water heater and installing it that same day. He also offered to put a leak detection gadget on but didn’t have one with him at the time. He offered to come back once he had the part, and he did just that.After completing the repair, he ensured everything was tidy and even checked if there were any additional concerns we had. A couple of weeks ago, I had Champion Home Services come out to fix a leak in my AC unit due to a clog in the system and signed up for the Monthly Credit Card Shield Membership since I have an older home. Prior to the AC leak, I had worked with another local plumbing company for some fixes and a new water heater totaling $6K in costs. That other plumbing company had to come out a second time to fix two things they had not done correctly the first time around. Because I have the Monthly Credit Card Shield Membership, I called Mr. Plumber Plumbing Co. to inspect my bathroom sinks because one was constantly clogging and the second one needed a faucet replacement. They let me know that the tubular drain system underneath a sink needed to be replaced in both restrooms because they were not set up properly and gave me a quote for the work needed. I agreed and the next day Jose Sierra came out to replace the drain systems and replace one faucet (I provided the faucet I wanted). He was very meticulous and his work was very clean. Everything looks and works great! I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs. Thanks, Jose!

I can’t rave enough about how attentive, responsive, polite, professional and knowledgeable Mr. Samuel Jaimes and Mr.Steele were when they came to my home to install 2 water heaters, 1 water softener and added a gas line to my generator and pool heater. This was a job that ONLY A PROFESSIONAL CAN DO! They went above and beyond their job duties by informing me on the progress each step of the way. These two gentlemen were very attentive and meticulous on their job ethic. These pictures I’ve provided do it no justice as they worked so hard to get these items installed properly and still look great. Again, can’t stress this enough, these two gentlemen looked so proud of their hard work that I will definitely recommend this company - because of these two great - amazing workers. This is my second time to use Champion Residential for plumbing. Joe Adames was excellent in diagnosing the issue and agreeing to add on to the service some other plumbing needs we requested. He put me greatly at ease.The next day, Champion sent Jose Sierra who was equally professional and who assured me he would bring the work to full completion before leaving. Jose loves the work he does and the customers he services. He is highly capable, experienced, dedicated and true to his word. I came home from vacation to discover a leak. I called Champion and they were able to come out the same day. Joseph arrived at 7:30pm on a Saturday. I’m sure he was tired but was pleasant and eager to help. He located the problem and gave me a proposal. He came back on Monday with Jose to do the repair. They were very nice, knowledgeable and sympathetic to my problem. They explained what their plan of attack was and did a great job with minimal mess. Could not have expected a better experience. Eric Calligan was transparent with the diagnosis of my 46 year old cast iron pipes. He ran the camera thru the pipe and explained the issue. He gave me multiple options and explained each with no high pressure sales pitch. He scheduled the next appointment very quickly and brought is co-worker Nathan Henry. Both young men were very professional and informative at all times. The estimated time schedule was spot on and the job was finished neatly and on time. There were no extra charges and I was able to view the work when it was completed. If you have an older home, I highly recommend the camera service to see if your pipes are scaled up like mine.

Mr. Adam diagnosed the Hearter free of charge got it going for a day or so, he gave me a few recommendations, I told him I would shop around and compare . I was washing my fish tank and unfortunately couple rocks went in there and my garbage disposal was jam up, he offer me options to resolve this issues, One of the option was to service my unit he’s successfully retreat the rocks that went in there and he got my garbage disposal back to working conditions and I’m very pleased with the work he did. Was very pleasant, professional and fixed us right up. Gave us estimations for band aid fix, and replacing both pipes (instead of just the elbow) to prevent older pipe from bursting down the line. Joseph and Josh from Mr. Plumber are quintessential professionals. They performed their craft with class, caution, and most importantly, skilled precision. If you are looking for plumbers you can trust for any situation, look no further: these guys are the real-deal.My specific job concerned installing a new natural gas hot water heater and repairing a tricky toilet leak. They arrived promptly and quickly gave me an estimate of the work; it probably only took them 10 minutes to get back with me with a few different options, depending on what I wanted. They were kind enough to give me a discount since I had multiple jobs needing attention, and the best part is they got to work right away! No scheduling a day in the future, no phone tag, no hassle—just instant service. And this was a surprise since hot water heater jobs are usually big jobs that require lots of time and small decisions along the way.They started working around 3 and finished about 7. They were the dictionary definition of efficient.The ease in which they drained and removed the 12 year old tank was astounding. I assumed it would be a battle of epic proportions since the old thing was completely full of calcium gunk, but Joseph and Josh made quick work of it. When it came to the tricky toilet which leaked at the base and which had been worked on previously, they knocked that out even quicker, immediately assessing the problem that had eluded myself and others previously.And I havent even reached the best evidence of their professionalism.After I paid and thanked them for the great work, my wife noticed that the refrigerator water wasnt working. Apparently, when the water main was turned off and then back on, some sediment had gotten into that small copper line. I called them the next morning and Joseph and Josh came right back out and assessed the new problem. Within minutes, they had drained the line and found the true culprit: a bad valve with about a needle -sized opening that had been installed in the line as a sort of quick-access shut-off. Well that quick-access was really a quick-headache. They generously replaced that valve with no charge and double-checked that the fridge water worked properly afterwards. Then they even asked if the water shut-off had caused any other problems in the house.In my book, it is the mark of professionalism when the individuals consistently go above and beyond to ensure the quality of the work: Joseph and Josh achieved this mark multiple times.If you desire peace of mind and pure quality craftsmanship, Mr. Plumber is your answer.

Again, thank you for your service.Update 29 Jan 2024: Unfortunately I woke up on Fri 26 Jan to my toilet overflowing. Thinking it was the toilet, I called to several companies and got a plumber at 6:40am (AAA Auger). Gene stated the previous work had broke. Fri 6:40pm Champion now Mr. Plumber responded and confirmed what Auger stated. Sat morning the excavation began and completed in a couple of hours. Mon the sewer line was fixed about 3:45pm to 4:45pm. Took a hot shower as i had no water all weekend. Hoping this does not occur again or to anyone else. Glad to know there was an oops; but, got it fixed. PS I have a 2 year warranty. Unfortunately I have another downer to my sewer line saga. 24 Nov 2024 the line came undone, again. The company was quick to respond and had it dug up the next day. Sewer line fixed on the 26th and fill the next day. Eric helped manage the project and assured me this will not happen again. He and Joshua were very thorough and reassuring. I hope to keep this positive up going from here on. Im a little insecure about the company at this point; but, feel confident enough to call them back.

It was finally time to have a tub and shower installed in my extra bedroom, after years without one. I researched online, read a lot of reviews, and settled on Mr. Plumber. Sam came out for the initial consultation - he was professional, courteous, informative, and it was a very relaxed and positive experience. I felt total confidence in him and the company and that they would do a great job. I was right - he and Steel came and installed everything in one day, and it wasnt all easy because its a tiny bathroom and old fixtures, but these guys know what theyre doing. The cost was competitive - Id done a lot of pricing - and the work was excellent. We also did an interest free payment agreement which was easy to set up and is perfect for my situation. Ill be calling them again when I have plumbing needs - the plumbers were great.

Our water heater went out the Thursday before Christmas. We called to have it checked out and we anticipating we would not be able to have it repaired until after Christmas. Joseph was our repair/ service person he came by and checked out our water heater and unfortunately due to the age and condition our existing water heater was it needed to replaced along with our water regulator. Although the replacement was pricey we are super grateful that we were able to have the water heater installed the same day. Joseph explained in detail what the issues were with our old unit and went over everything he installed. Our updated water heater is more convenient the flushing of the unit is easier than the old one we had before. The water regulator is also more update than we had before with a stop valve that wasn’t there prior. We appreciate Joseph taking his time (he spent all day working on it) and taking the time to explain all that he did. We are grateful to have had warm water for Christmas because it got cold the week of! Thank you Joseph and Champion.

Michael B. was at our home an hour later and gave us a comprehensive overview and a quote for the work and parts needed for our system. All in all this was a good experience. Jose, the plumber, that came out was on time and made sure to text me letting me know he was arriving. He was professional, friendly and polite making sure he took me through the entire expansion tank process and installation. He installed the tank in a timely manner and left everything clean afterwards. I received an email with the invoice and pictures of everything he did. My only complaint with the company is the pricing. It is on the higher end and the company could do better to help the costumer manage a more reasonable bill expense.

Mr. Jose Sierra came to our home for a leak in our laundry room. He asked a few questions and went right to work. He knew exactly what to look for and was prepared to stay as long as needed to complete the job and complete it completely. He did a wonderful job. About two weeks ago, I called Mr. Plumber for help with a few plumbing issues. They sent Sam Jaimes out to help with clearing drains, checking my water pressure and diagnosing issues with spout handles not turning well. Sam went throughout the home looking at each issue and showing me one by one what he found to be the problem. He was very patient, very kind and highly knowledgeable. He told me the problems I was experiencing was because my water softener was too small for my home. No one had brought that up to me before, but in fact, he was right. He gave me an amazing plan to get it all done and there was absolutely no pressure. I trusted Sam and moved forward to upgrade my water softener. Since then, there has been an amazing improvement in my home. I’ve ran my dishwasher a few times and most of the residue has come off. My water feels much different than before, the water pressure issue is gone and the handles to spouts are turning much easier. I’m relieved I made the right choice to upgrade and am thankful to Sam. I called Mr. Plumber after my husband completed a DIY outside faucet installation that appeared to have caused a leak at the exterior wall. A service call was scheduled for the following day and the service technician, Jose Sierra, arrived at the scheduled time and he was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.Jose addressed my initial concern and then went above and beyond to make sure there were no other plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. First, he removed and reinstalled the outside faucet to make sure there were no leaks. After that, as a courtesy, he removed the hose holder that was hanging over the faucet and mounted it to the side of the house. Next, he checked the water pressure to ensure it was adequate. Finally, he performed a whole-house inspection of the bathrooms (sinks, faucets, toilets, showers and tubs), kitchen (sinks, faucet and reverse osmosis system), water heaters and water softener. During the whole-house inspection he explained the types of problems he was looking for and he described the things that we should be aware of to avoid problems in the future.All in all, I am very happy with the service and I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Plumber.

He found that the plumber he had hired before did not fix the underlying problem the first time. We are newly with Champion Home Services and we requested a plumber. We have, for years been living with very low water pressure, but we were told, by my old plumbers that we needed to keep the pressure low because any higher and it would break our pipes. Well we finally decided to see if this could be rectified. Champion sent us Chris Galvan from Mrplumber and he was fantastic. He upped our pressure and said it would not hurt our pipes and he fixed my dancing toilet. Arturo F. with Mr. Plumber was quickly dispatched to address our plumbing needs which was an intermittent decrease in water pressure over the past 1-2 years (which I thought was due to SAWS) followed by a sudden loss of water pressure this past weekend. I was thinking the problem was due to a failing pressure regulating valve in our 15 year old home, but Arturo quickly diagnosed the primary problem as an undersized, DIY water softener which was failing. He walked me through the signs and symptoms which included resin residue in the toilet tanks, visual level of resin in the softener, and ultimately the problem being solved when the softener was placed in bypass mode. He performed a water test showing the chlorine level was 3-4 ppm which is higher than recommended for swimming pools and leads to premature water softener problems/failure. Arturo noticed that our sprinkler system branched off the main water line after the pressure reducing valve (PRV), and I confirmed that my system did experience chronic problems with zones not popping up. He suggested branching the sprinkler system before the PRV if replaced. We decided to replace the PRV which was at its life expectancy, move the sprinker line connection, and replace the water softener. We also decided to add a carbon filter to address the elevated chlorine level along with other chemical contaminants in the water supply. Arturo explained everything in detail and provided an excellent, clean installation with attention to every detail. A couple days following, I had a minor question about our new system, and he quickly responded by phone to my email to Mr. Plumber. We could not be more pleased with the timely and professional service provided by Arturo and Mr. Plumber. As an added bonus, our sprinklers are working great.

Mr. Plumber services never disappoint me. I would give them 10 stars, if I could. Joshua Mora answered our call for help, and not only installed a new kitchen faucet very quickly and efficiently, but he also diagnosed why we were having other issues with our water pressure. Who knew, we should have our water pressure tested, periodically! No wonder we had 3 garden hoses explode over the past month. Joshua identified several areas of concern that could cause us problems in the future. He never high-pressured us to make any changes, but merely gave us the information with approximate costs for us to think about. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient while answering my many questions while I was trying to understand our plumbing systems. Joshua also reviewed in advance our history with Mr. Plumber in order to familiarize himself with our previous plumbing issues. We will definitely be calling Joshua with any future plumbing needs. Adam and Lorenzo Schofield... what can I say, these two are an absolute dream team!The attention to detail displayed ensuring the best materials and most convenient placement was definitely a step above and beyond.They were on time, courteous, professional, and took the time to explain things during the process.Adam went out of his way to purposfully place the new systems in the attic rather than just slapping them up where the old tanks were. This required some additional work on his part to build new framing and reroute plumbing and gas lines but ultimately the quality of life improvement for me is unprecedented. I can now walk into my attic and access all equipment in a safe manner without climbing over or squeezing past obstacles.He coordinated with my electrician to get him to install dedicated outlets for each system as a convenience at no additional charge to ensure that cabling was not running loose across the attic floor space.Lorenzo installed a new pressure regulator for the house and even installed a main shutoff free of charge since the city main shutoff was not operational.During the project Adam identified a gas leak at the main and assisted with getting the city out to repair it.He also performed some custom work drilling out my quartz countertops for installation of the osmosis system and the custom installation of cut-off and bypass valves for the water softener system was pure art!This was a multi day project and even though we were not occupying the home Adam and Lorenzo ensured that the water was back on and available every night by running bypass loops to at least have cold water while the hot water heaters were being removed and the tankless heaters were being installed.The product and service received was well worth the price and the military discount I received was greatly appreciated.

This is the second water line pipe that burst and had a leak. The guys did a great job at explaining everything they were going to have to do to make sure the problem was going to get fixed. Would recommend Jacob Baker to anyone that cares about the quality of work and the professionalism involved in taking care of your home. In discussion with him, I am planning to do a water softener once finances are good to where can get done comfortably. He was very knowledgeable about what hard water does to your home and just the need to keep these big expenses of pipe repair and fixtures down. Definitely, ask for Jacob to do any of your repairs.

From the time I schedule it online, to the phone call, and to the exceptional service I received for unclogging a drain that hasnt been used for 7 years...I happy to say that I will definitely use these guys for all my plumbing needs at all my properties. Brandon and Paul took the time to explain what was happening and the options. In less than an hour, I was able to start washing clothes with no problems with any drain lines in the house. It helped that I researched what the prices were for unclogging a drain and knew what to expect. I didnt want the hassle of renting an auger from Home Depot and I didnt have anyone to assist me. We were able to get service within 24 hours for non-emergency work, they called 30 minutes before arriving, got to work immediately, and did an excellent and thorough job fixing all of our plumbing issues! We will definitely go directly to them the next time we need plumbing help.

Hiring a plumbing service is one of those tasks Ive always dreaded. I know next to nothing about plumbing and we had a leak in our concrete slab. Mr. Plumber had decent reviews online so I called them up.From the very start, they were courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. The team that was assigned to visit my house was absolutely fantastic. They walked me through every step of the process. They came back to work on the issue the very same day I requested the work. The technicians immediately found the problem, fixed it, and fixed two other problems we found in the walls. They were very respectful of our home while they worked. I had my water back on that day.I only write reviews when I feel the service was exceptional. Im sure there are other single women homeowners that could end up in the same situation I found myself in. Id especially like to mention Jordan, Zechariah, and Terry. Everyone was so helpful through this stressful ordeal. They even offered to work with me when I wasnt sure I could have all of the funds by the time they were done.

Adam Schofield and Paul came out for a leak in my slab. They were able to detect the leak on the first day, came back the next day, and rerouted my slab pipes through my ceiling and wall with pex pipes. Everything looks really professionally done. Im impressed with the quality of their work and how quickly they were able to get everything completed. They cleaned afterward and gave me a detailed summary for my insurance. I had to pay up for the service; but, I believe it was worth the cost. I also received their military discount, which I truly appreciate.
