Jerry from Mai Vu Plumbing was the installer for a replacement Fridgidare double oven I bought at Home Depot. Jerry did an AWESOME job!!!He was very knowledgeable, experienced and professional! He not only removed my non working oven, but attached the plug and installed the ovens much more easily than I thought possible. Plus he always kept in touch re: when to expect him and arrived within the assigned 2 hour window. Many thanks to Jerry and Mai Vu plumbing for such a smooth delivery experience!

I had a great experience with this company!I recently ordered 2 toilets through Home Depot and they in turn assigned Mai Vu plumbing to do the install.I did a google search on the company before the install and the reviews they have are all positive. They honestly deserve more positive reviews than they actually have in my opinion. I’m adding mine to help boost that number up.Aaron was my assigned installer. He was fast, knowledgeable, professional, answered all of my questions, and the toilets were installed perfectly.I would definitely use this company again if (when) I have and plumbing issues in the future!

Very happy with everything they did. Their master plumber replaced a hot water tank that leaked and damaged 3 rooms. They replaced tile and hardwood floors and painted everything. Carlos is an excellent painter and tile installer. The job was finished in 1 week. I definitely recommend them because of the quality work they did.

Erin is very polite, prompt and professional technician. My water heater was not heating my water and tripping my home breaker. He immediately informed me of all ongoing issues with my 4 year old heater. The decision was made to replace the unit with a new one due to the severe calcification and damaged elements. He accommodated my needs and returned with a new unit with all the necessary parts. He did all this in about 3.5 hours. Kudos to Erin.

Martin did an excellent job. He explained everything so that I could understand it. He was very professional and courteous. I first mentioned to him before he pulled off that I was concerned the water temperature wasn’t hot enough. I asked him to come inside to verify the temperature of the water, which he did and he checked every faucet in the house. He showed concern because he wanted to make sure I was pleased with the service. I definitely am very pleased. Martin should be commended for his expertise, professionalism, and customer service. If I ever have any future plumbing needs I will without a doubt hire Mai Vu Plumbing with Martin as my requested plumber.

Exceeded my expectations in every way! Prompt, very skilled, tidy and courteous. Worked well in coordination with floor installers to remove and replace 2 toilets and reconnect a clothes washer. The clencher for me was that its a 24/7 operation. Thats so comforting to know because plumbing problems rarely happen at convenient times. And theyre almost always a big nasty mess if not fixed right away. Im keeping this number next to the 911 numbers so if I have need for MaiVus expert work Ill not waste time looking anywhere else.

As a business owner it is so important for me when hiring someone they are considerate of keeping a clean working area. They always wear shoe covers when needed. They give you an appt window and are always within that time period. The phones are answered after 5pm for emergency calls and regular calls to scheduled visits. I will continue to patronize this company!!

At first the experience with this company was good. They gave us a fair price for gas water heater installation. They came out 2 hours later than quoted. The job took at least 4 hours to complete. Brandon kept leaving to get more supplies and took a piece of our siding off which we noticed after the fact. We had contacted Mai Vu for a plumbing estimate which we where charged 89.99$ for a service call which we where told that it could be put towards repairs.We thought we where having issues with our water heater on a Sunday & they sent Tommy out within an hour the service call was 150$ which wasnt disclosed til the next day.

Such a great experience! They were so professional and wonderful to work with. I needed a shower repair the same day because my husband was in the hospital and I had family staying with me. I worked with Miguel from their office and he worked hard to make it happen. Thomas came to our house as his last appointment of the day. He picked up a part that we needed, waited for me to come back from Home Depot with the new shower faucet, shower head and bathtub spout and stayed until about 7:30pm to finish installing everything. Super nice, great communication and they went above and beyond for me when I really needed them. I will always call them for any future plumbing needs. They were the best!!!

We had a shower stall where the water would not go down and it was leaking onto the floor. They came out to replace the bottom part of my shower and did a fantastic job. It did take a while to finish but at the end of the job it was what we wanted. One of their workers named Jesse worked very hard to get it all done right. I could tell he is dedicated and worked above and beyond to get it all done. We were very pleased with his work. I would be happy to recommend this company and the workers anytime.

This was 1st time using Mai Vu Plumbing in which I had not previously heard of. It was a good experience. Was most impressed with the installer - Thomas. I felt that he was straight forward, honest, and worked very hard to complete the installation of the water heater which was in the attic. The heater was very heavy and wider than the attic door opening, but Thomas would not give up until finding a way to remove the old water heater after installation of the new one. I will be asking for Thomas for plumbing needs in the future.

This company is awesome. Home depot screwed up so bad that the light from screwed will never reach Earth. They contracted Mai Vu to install a pedestal on my washer. It took 6 months to get it in and Tammy followed up with me many time to check the status of it so we can get it installed. They are friendly and courteous! Both gentlemen who cane on different days were very professional and made sure there were no leaks before they left. The gentleman at Home Depot failed to include on the work order that the sink had to be removed, but when I mentioned it to the plumber he did not hesitate to just do it. If I ever have plumbing issues, I know I can call this company to get great service if needed.

We had an old hot water heater break. We had another company come out and try to charge us $2690.00 for the most basic heater replacement. I decided to give Home.Depot online installation service a try. They arranged for MAI VU PLUMBING to do an install. It was super super easy, on-time, and best of all, much much cheaper for a better unit ($1350.00 total BEFORE a military discount!!!). They went to Home Depot, figured out which unit I needed for the replacement, came the next day and installed, and hauled off the old unit. Im extremely pleased with the experience and 100% would use them again. Thank you Barbara for calling me right back and being so patient with me when we were very stressed with an unexpected expense.

I bought a new cooktop through Home Depot. You can choose to use their appliance installers and I am so glad I did. I was at Home Depot late Wednesday, got a call from very nice scheduler (? Barb? Sorry if wrong name) and was scheduled for Friday afternoon. Wow! What service! Paul and Brandon arrived Friday afternoon. I was worried about having to cut countertop so new cooktop would fit & if new electric line (installed week before, cause new cooktop needs 40 amp & this old house had 30 amp) was okay & going to work. Paul & Brandon were so nice & reassuring & instantly put my mind at ease. They worked efficiently & kept me informed. The job was done in no time at all, the old cooktop out the door, space cleaned up & Paul turned on & tested. It worked!! Yay!! I own a few rental properties in the San Antonio area. I dont have to think twice about who to call when it comes to plumbing because I know that when I call Mai Vu, itll get done quickly for a fair price, and most importantly, done right the first time.Most recently, I had rental house whose sewer line had backed up and was not draining. A quick inspection found there were nearly 8 feet worth tree roots in the line... and we need to dig a 3x10x6 foot trench (thats 3 feet wide, 10 feet long, and 6 feet deep) in order to access the line. My stomach dropped. These are scary words that no homeowner wants to hear.Calmly and professionally, Dont worry Mr. Thomas, we can take care of this for you!And they did - About 2 days worth of work, and for a price that was extremely reasonable, we were back up and running.

Long Review: which will explain the excellent experience from start to finish!!Mai Vu Plumbing came highly recommended from Home Depot at the time of water heater needs. Water heater failed and was time for an upgrade anyway. Switching from a tank water to a tankless water heater. Service Counter person at Home Depot called Miguel at Mai Vu Plumbing and left a message for him to call me back.Within less than 13 minutes or so, Miguel contacted me - I explained the situation about my faulty tank water heater & that I wanted to upgrade to an electric tankless water heater. He then emailed me an estimate on the repairs needed which I approved to move forward with.Next morning the technician, Dominick purchased the tankless water heater at Home Depot (forgot to mention Mai Vu Plumbing is contracted with Home Depot which I used my Home Depot card to pay it 24 months 0% interest).When Dominick arrived he looked at at the job site location, explained what he was going to do and where he was going to place the new tankless water heater. His idea of the location to install the part was BRILLIANT!! It was above the water pipes, high enough to fit the new tankless water heater which left room for new storage for anything needed. (Keep in mind - this place was the Home of a 40 gallon water heater).Dominicks workmanship was/is SUPERB & EXCELLENT!! Very clean!Yes, Dominick removed the old water heater and took it with him. Cleaned up & mopped any mess that was left behind. (Nothing left for me to clean up when he left - he did it for me).Very happy with Dominick!Payment time:Miguel made it SUPER EASY!Since Mai Vu Plumbing is contracted through Home Depot - I only had to sign one time (I didnt have to buy the parts).
