After noticing our waterline leaking, we called a company that gave us an outrageous price for the repairs needed. Very aggressive as well. But a friend recommended JL Hearn plumbing and I am SO GRATEFUL she did. Jim and James came to take a look at our leak, within less than 30mn they took the time to explain everything that needed to be done at a much more reasonable price. They were ready and willing to fix it right now. I would 100% recommend this company very friendly, professional and efficient. I know who I will be calling for our plumbing issues from now on!

Excellent! Everything from scheduling to completion was seamless. The plumber sent us a link when he was on the way to show his location in real-time. They replaced our PRV, set the pressure, and returned the site back to its pre-dig condition. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Replaced leaking water heater. Jim and James were punctual and professional. Jim explained options up front and when I said go ahead with the replacement, he got started right away and had the job done in about an hour. JL Hearn has always delivered for me and I will not hesitate to call them again when I need plumbing services.

We have an older home with the pipes in the foundation. After time, they leak or burst and cause lots of damage. We knew we had lots that had not been capped and rerouted, so we Got Jerry and his crew to come out. GREAT people! They fixed everything, cleaned up well, and we feel like we made new friends!The photos show just one area they cleaned up: got rid of the leaking (almost bursting) pipes and put in the latest, best materials. GREAT JOB! Nice people!

Neighbors recommended them. I had them come out to figure out a water pressure issue which ended up being a water softener problem. Then they came back out later to fix a slow draining pipe which ended up requiring a sewer repiping of the house. Also had them look a water heater. They were honest and recommended I not get it flushed since it would likely cause the whole thing to fail since it wasnt clear that it had been done anytime recently. With the repiping, they gave me several options to see what would fit my budget while also getting the job done. They had a couple different financing options which was helpful. I was also thoroughly impressed by the tunneling team, namely the person that re-did the stone work for our drainage system. They had to pull up a lot of flagstone and it is almost completely unnoticeable where they went through. Jerry and the rest of the team were very responsive during the whole process and came out several times to make sure everything was working perfectly. Ill be using them again when I need to replace that old water heater.

Turned out to be a quick fix. While they were here, I had them replace my very old hose bibs and they look fantastic and work just as good.

Jerry from Jerry Hearn Plumbing was extremely professional, kind, and willing to go out of his way to not only fix a huge leak from out water softener system, but, while also checking all the other plumbing in the house, he took his time explaining how the maintenance should be performed for the heating/ac unit, the water heater (how to flush it out and maintain it), and he even fixed a broken shower head for me cheaply. I can’t say enough about the kindness and quality of his work. This company goes above and beyond and I highly recommend them.

A friend recommended this company to me, and I am very grateful. First of all, you can book your appointment online and the prices for each service are given up front. Once you book online, you are emailed an appointment confirmation. I signed up for a 12:00 -2:00 p.m. time slot, and my plumber Byron showed up exactly at noon. He had to work with the bathtub drain clog for almost an hour because it was a stubborn clog, but now it is draining wonderfully. I was charged the exact amount that the website quoted. Then I was immediately emailed a receipt. Excellent job, fair pricing, wonderful communication, and great customer service!

Of the best in town! I’m an architect, know many providers, and JL Hearn Plumbing is top-notch. Jerry keenly pointed out poor quality materials and incompatible joinery of the previous installation which was causing gas leakage . He enlightened me that the leak was next to a combustion source and very unsafe which was alarming.Our home is vintage 1930 and has challenging existing historic conditions. He did a very skillful job of threading all the vents and connections.Jerry is very observant. He also noticed scale on our NEW faucet and referred us to a water softener company for some additional maintenance because it would be more cost effective for us than his company.Super-trustworthy! I recently had a plumbing issue where the wall in the bathroom sounded like it was shaking/vibrating every time we flushed the toilet or used the shower. it was so bad that we were scared a pipe was going to bust every time we turned on the water! Byron showed up on time with Advanced text messaging to let me know he was on his way, was extremely professional and was able to accommodate additional changes that I needed with the tub shower trim kit. Additionally he was able to fix the original cause of the call which was a leak in the irrigation system. I would not only recommend them but I have booked them to come back and replace the hot tub and shower trim kit in the master bath and fix a toilet that another plumbing company told me would require the entire toilet to be replaced. Please seriously consider using this company as the act with integrity and professionalism.

He and his assistant worked hard digging up the line. They got it fixed. Made sure the repair held. Then reburied the line. Mr Spears explained everything before and after repairs. This company is by far the best regarding timelines, professionalism, and price competitiveness. They replaced a PRV and repaired my exterior faucet pipe leak.The workers (Mr. Byron Mclver and his Apprentice) were very professional and efficient with thier work. Upon completion, they doubled checked thier work and came inside to check my faucets and toilets. Something they did on thier own suggestion.I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. Scheduling with Rebecca was simple. She answered my call immediately and worked me into thier schedule for the next day. Other companies I called either didn’t answer, or couldn’t make it out within the next 2-3 days, at the earliest. The most important part of my experience was that JL Hearn was highly competitive with thier estimates and the final costs was exactly that. Oh by the way, their costs was better than the other companies of what they quoted. Booked JL to put a new dishwasher in we had ordered. They were able to send a plumber same day I called. I was nervous because we have stone countertops and the last dishwasher was installed improperly with two screw put through the tub into the cabinets to secure it. I made sure I purchased a universal mounting bracket so they could secure it properly. Bryon showed up within the time window provided. He was courteous, fast, and professional. He was able to use the bracket I provided and installed the new dishwasher perfectly in under 45 mins. Very pleased with the service and the cost.

I highly recommend JL Hearn plumbing. I had a mana bloc that was leaking in several places. They came out and were very professional and did an amazing job with replacing the mana bloc. Their rates are the best for the high quality service they provide. I got 3 other quotes that were $500-$3000 more than their quote but that was just the icing on the cake. They are true professionals and provide outstanding customer service and that’s what really counts.

I was dreading the amount for a last minute plumber and he did the job for $289!
