Mr Denis did a very professional work in changing our shower faucet cartridge. He explained all the options and risk prior to proceeding with the work to do. He is knowledgeable in his craft and shared some tips on where to turn off the water source other than the main switch. He responded fast and came to do the work as promised on an emergency time at night. Only reason why it’s four stars was the price $349 for the change of cartridge was pretty hefty for us.

I cant recommend this company enough! Denny was very professional, prompt, very knowledgeable and was able to service us same day! He kept in good contact regarding timing of his arrival. He assessed the situation and went above and beyond to assist us. We needed a few things assessed that had come back after an inspection to sell our house--especially looking at our indoor jetted tub (and it is very hard to find someone to assess/repair those) and he was able to assist us with all. A total 10/10. I wish more contractors and plumbers had customer service like Denny. Do not hesitate to give him a call!Sincerely-Chris Hill

I am so happy to find a professional plumber, Denny Goulet, who I can trust to provide professional services with a personal touch and is confident in his abilities to provide me with a general estimate over the phone and understand the concerns of every homeowner.Every big plumbing company I called had their phone operators refuse to provide any repair costs over the phone. Instead, they would require an in-person employee to quote a fee (that was twice the normal cost) and would only credit the home estimate fee if you agreed to have them make the repairs. This was true for all of the big plumbing companies you see advertising on TV every day, all day!Denny Goulet is not just the Owner of Jilly Plumbing but also the only employee. He recently sold his Plumbing Company and scaled down to a one-man operation. The company phone number is his personal mobile phone, so when you call, he will be answering the phone.This was the first time to use Jilly Plumbing and our home was built in 1957. I called on a Saturday morning, my issue was replacing original shut-off water valves under the kitchen and bathroom cabinets along with a toilet. I asked for an estimated cost to repair the 5 valves and he instantly quoted a price. He offered to come that day, but I wanted to make some more calls. When I called back after lunch, he said the previous open time slots had been filled for that day, so I scheduled a Tuesday morning appointment.Denny is very personable, friendly and reassuring. After his inspection he provided one possible worst-case scenario of the water lines retracting back into the walls, which I knew was a possibility. Fortunately, that did not happen. He was able to replace all the valves so quickly, I asked if he would have time to install a new kitchen faucet and he happily did so. I showed him a bar faucet that also needed new shut-off water valves and he replaced those as well. A plumber who truly treats your home as if it was his very own, a professional motto he repeated several times on his visit. I enjoyed our personal conversations as he worked, getting to know so much more about each others personal and family life experiences.Every family needs to have a contact list of all the different professional experts in town that can help service all the emergency needs that arise in home ownership. I am so happy to add Denny Goulet and Jilly Plumbing to my personal contact list. In our conversations I asked Denny if he could recommend a professional to remodel our two bathrooms. He not only provided contact information, but he had work done on his own home by this individual. Excellent service and very professional.Mid-afternoon on Friday (New Year’s Weekend), found out we had a significant leak in our main water line very close to the meter. Denny had Sean arrive onsite within a few hours. After lots of digging and investigation, he determined that we needed parts that he did not have on his truck. Arrangements were made for Denny to come the next morning (Saturday) with the necessary parts and complete the job. By mid-day on Saturday, everything was repaired and buttoned back up. Overall, an excellent job by both plumbers. Great communication all the way through the repair process and they let you know the costs upfront. If they run into any surprises they make sure to keep you informed as the job proceeds. Highly recommend their services!

Was so glad to get serviced on a late Friday afternoon for a leak that required my turning water off at the street. Denny was able to juggle his schedule and made it to my home within an hour. He explained in detail what he felt the problem was (outside the bathroom wall) where I thought the leak was inside the wall and would be messy. He saw the fitting was on loose and reset the fitting to the copper pipe, tightened everything and explained the need for using goop on the expansion fitting that he explained could cause leaks. It took him less than 30 minutes to attach the new fitting to the copper pipe and connect to the toilet. We were thrilled with the work he did and with his 30 years of plumbing experience, I would confidently recommend Denny to handle any plumbing concerns you have. Im now considering a water softner thru Jilly plumbing. Definitely good people!

I had an emergency on a Friday evening. I could hear water gushing in my bathroom wall. Of course, in the evening, on a Friday. Par for the course. I called my regular plumber. I told him what was going on and he said he couldnt come. Chose not to. My sister had used Denny. He came to her rescue late at night and was there until midnight. She thinks Denny hung the moon. She said to call Denny he will help you. Denny did come with his daughter about 8:00. He found the source of the leak in the wall immediately.Sadly, it was necessary to cut holes in the wall and cabinet to get to the leak. Denny did a fantastic and professional job.I have total faith and trust in Denny. He is my knight in shining armor who rescued this damsel in distress. Without Dennys willingness to come and help me I would have had a complete catastrophe on my hand. Denny returned Wednesday morning with a whole new shower head and faucet and got it installed to perfection. First time using Jilly Plumbing. Discovered we had a leak somewhere above our water heater right as we were leaving town for the weekend on a Friday. Our water heater is in a little closet that is part of our laundry room. Got the water off and lines drained, then called Jilly to arrange a plumber for Monday. Bethany was extremely friendly and helpful as I set up the appointment. Barb was the dispatcher on duty the day of the appointment and she was just as nice and responsive, providing update status via text as Shawn made his way to us.Our plumber was Shawn, and he did a great job, thoroughly checking all the possibilities. Amazingly, he heard what he thought was water sound with his ear to the wall of the guest bathroom shower (we had no water running anywhere else in the house). He could only hear from the hot side, so figured that the leak was with that line. Went back downstairs and cut a neat rectangle in the ceiling just outside the water heater closet. Sure enough, when he shone his flashlight along the copper line he could see a fine mist from a pinhole leak over the water heater area. He ended up cutting out about 1 1/2 of the pipe and welding in new. So far so good, with full water pressure back on and all working.Were out a couple of nights in a hotel following our return and the cost of the fix, but it could have been a whole lot worse had we not caught the leak prior to leaving town.Thanks to Jilly for the solid service. Highly recommended!

Not only were their prices extremely reasonably, but they went above and beyond to ensure that a full day of work fixed every one of our leaking showers, tubs, toilets, faucets, hose bibs and hand sprayers on our property. I called Jilly because of the 5 star reviews, so I figured it was worth a shot. I had others companies either already given a bid for the job or had them scheduled to come give an estimate.My home is 57 years old with the original bath/shower fixtures and I wanted to update the fixtures but not the bathroom. I called for estimates on changing the shower valve assembly from a Moen classic to a Pfister. Some companies pushed a total remodel or a specific brand of fixtures and their quoted reflected their agenda, but not Jilly.Jilly came the same day for a free estimate (no service call fee waved ONLY if you do the job with them like the majority of the companies I called). Gage was respectful of my property and my goals. Gave a fair quote and was honest that they were probably not the cheapest but probably not the most expensive either. He was right, but what I liked is that they have a one year warranty on their work that you don’t have to sign a service contract to receive. They are not trying to sell contracts for water heaters, HVAC, or whatever else!Gage updated my shower/tub assembly and the work was clean and exactly what I wanted! Jilly was Worth every penny for a job done right with respect for the home and the home owner!

We had a slab leak and Jilly Plumbing was the ONLY plumbing company we spoke to that didnt want to jack hammer up our kitchen. Jilly actually didnt want to go into the slab at all and instead routed the new hot water line through the attic and reconnected the master bath and kitchen and only made 3 small cutouts in the sheetrock to accomplish this. They were also able to get the work done a few days after the quoted the work and finished in 2 days. As for the cost, they quoted us a range just because the couldnt be sure what the scope of work would entail until they cut into the walls, but even then they were still in the lower part of the quoted range when they completed the work.
