We Contacted Jerrys during the worst of the Great Blackout/Snowstorm of 2021 for help with a busted pipe- like every other homeowner in SA this week. Jerry has been incredibly polite, professional, helpful, transparent and even followed up to check on us a day after we contacted him! We havent even been able to have him service our home-cause its still snowing- but Im posting this review anyways because of how comfortable he has made us feel at a time when Im certain he is NOT hurting for work.
