I called Hydrostatic for a plumbing emergency on a Thursday night at 9:45pm. Within 25 minutes, Tech Alfredo V was at my door ready to help us. He was both professional and very understanding to what was going on and how to fix it. He offered us advice and solutions for our situation and even called SAWS for us and set up a work order with them for us. We were very pleased with the outcome. I was referred to this plumbing company to deal with an overflowing sink in 2 bathrooms. Apparently both bathrooms and AC runoff pipes are connected. Luckily Alfredo with Hydrostatic had some high tech equipment which allowed him to snake his camera far down the pipe to determine the location of the clog. He spent 2.5 hours sweating upstairs (I had to turn off AC for a few days to decrease mess) in order to get the job done. I’m very impressed with his professionalism, work ethic and problem solving skills. His invoice was fair and I will continue to utilize him as my new plumber.

I contacted Alfred and Hydrostatic Plumbing again afer using them two years ago and being super satisfied with their service. This time I had a leak in my toilet, causing it to fill constantly and sending my water bill sky high. Alfred showed up on ti.e and immediately found the problem. The first time he was here, he recommended a water softener, but I wasnt able to put forth extra money at that time. Again he explained how the leaks will continue to happen over time because of our hard water. He was not pushy or condescending- he just put the info out there. He also did a complimentary pressure test while i ran quickly to drop my dogs off at groomers. When I returned he showed me the outcome of the pressure test and explained how it was too high and what that meant, and how a pressure valve needed to be installed. I decided to get the water softner and the valve. Alfredo ffuxed the leak in the toilet and advised me he had to get the parts and would return today to do the install. Again he was punctual, professional, and I knew the job was being done correctly. Peace of mind is something not easily found with some of the contractors/service people that come to your home these days. I will always recommend Alfredo and Hydrostatic Plumbing. You can tell he loves what he does and takes pride in his work. Thank you again Alfredo!!

Moved to San Antonio 2 years ago. Bought our home and the first leak we had, the home warranty company sent out their own plumber. It was a mess. After that we looked for another plumber and found Alfredo with hydrostatic plumbing. Superb work from day one. We have been using him for 2 years and will not recommend anyone else but him. Finds the leak fast and fixes it with no future problems. Excellent plumber. High quality work indeed. Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Hydrostatic Plumbing enough! Alfredo was able to come to our house within an hour of a pipe busting. He quickly resolved the issue, then also identified some other problem points in our home and recommended several options to fix. He goes above and beyond - our AC happened to go out while he was there and he helped us identify the problem, even though he was only out for plumbing. Great guy, great work - professional, thorough, responsive, and timely. Will definitely be repeat customers!

This was the first time I used Hydrostatic Plumbing LLC. Alfredo did a toilet installation today and was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and very respectful. Once we opened up the box the toilet came in, it turned out that the tank was cracked. He even went out of his way to help me take back toilet to Home Depot since I had back surgery done last year and could not pick up toilet.
