    Very pleased with this company. They were easy to reach, quick to schedule service, arrived promptly, did excellent work for a reasonable price. Plumber Trevor was pleasant and polite. Online payment was super fast and easy. This will be my “go to” plumbing company from now on. Finally found a plumbing company I feel I can trust.

    Harrell plumbing saved me!!! The drain pipe at our house erupted and there was poo everywhere. They answered the phone quickly and had a plumber at my house in about 90 minutes. Super nice, super professional, and very cost effective!

    Excellent customer service , Brad got to me really quickly. When my tenant had an issue with a water leak inside the house tgey responded and repaired it tge next day. Thank you so much for getting us fixed back up.

    I had a faulty shock arrester that caused a leak from my upstairs bathroom down my first floor wall. Curtis was extremely responsive when I called, listened to my concerns and was able to help me get an appointment same day. Leo came out and worked quickly and efficiently to identify the issue and resolve my problem. He was very patient in explaining everything to me and didn’t complain as he had to trek up and down the stairs to make the repair. I am so grateful to Curtis, Leo and Harrell Plumbing for their quick and quality response. I did not anticipate this to be fixed so quickly, and to be able to restore water before the end of the business day. I highly recommend Harrell Plumbing based on their service and expertise!! Thank you so much!!

    I have worked with Don, Jennifer, Brad, and Curtis for years on various projects, including a few urgent situations, in which they responded more promptly than I could have ever expected (same day, felt like they dropped what they were doing to make it happen). The whole family/team is very caring, pleasant, responsive, and easy to get ahold of. It’s clear that they take pride in their work, craftsmanship, and having good relationships with their customers.

    Latest update on service. The Harrell Team installed a vanity with two new faucets in our remodeled bathroom. Updated my sink plumbing better than it was. Reinstalled toilet and everything is working great. As always this is the place to get your plumbing needs met. Straight up first class operation. This is like my third time using them and it doesnt disappoint!

    This is a very professional company. We had our water heater elevated 18” and the expansion tank replaced and a pressure release valve (PRV) installed as we are in the process of selling our house. It was a very smooth and stress free process. Their prices are fair, and their guys do very good, quality work. They are a family owned and run business, and they have a really good sense of humor. We will definitely work with them again and recommend them.
