    I called Gibson yesterday morning for a water heater thermostat issue and they were able to dispatch someone quickly. Daniel called and provided his estimated time of arrival. He was able to get the thermostat working again. We decided to replace part since it hadnt been working consistently for awhile. Daniel returned later with new part and replaced but unfortunately that one did not work. He reinstalled the old one but could not get that one to work again. Ultimately we went with installing a new water heater which Daniel was able to install that same day! He was very professional and responsive to our need. We will definitely call them again if needed in the future.

    I would like to give a shout out to two amazing professional Plumers at Gibson Plumers in San Antonio, Texas. Daniel Sanchez and Paul Adair are two dedicated, and knowledgeable plumers who are worthy of accolades. They came out to my house to fix a possible water leak around the base of my bathtub. Although, they didnt find a leak, they conducted every possible thing they could do to locate the leak. Didnt find a leak, but they worked diligently with patients and determination trying to make sure they didnt miss anything. They apologized that they were nit able to fine a leak, and they cleaned up after themselves. Daniel and Paul is making sure that Gibson Plumers will remain one of the Best-of-The-Best. Please past this information on to these two amazing guys, and let them know how much I appreciate the professional work and awesome teamwork. Thanks for again for the quick response.Bobby Mathis

    When something happens, its always late on a Friday, right? Today I had a huge plumbing issue I needed taken care of right away. And of course, its a Friday at 3:30PM. I called and spoke to Helen who did her best to find someone to help me on such short notice. Helen was quite helpful. I could not turn on any water sources in my house. Daniel showed up and took care of the problem immediately. He showed me what the problem was and made sure everything was working before he left. Daniel gave me some helpful tips to prevent this issue from happening again. He answered all the questions I had. He saved me from having no way to use any water all weekend. I cannot recommend Daniel and Gibson Plumbing enough. Thank you Helen and Daniel!***3 months later (March 2024), I called Gibson Plumbing to install a new water softener. Daniel came back out and did a fantastic job. He was on time, courteous, and professional. Daniel is very knowledgeable and showed me all the great features of my new softener.     We recently had a plumbing issue on our new build home and was just outside of our warranty period. The issue was one that would go back on our builder more than likely that would need to be fixed by Gibson. During the month of December we had to go out of town for a family death and returned home to a note to call Gibson. We were told they would be fixing our issue. We assumed they had taken it upon themselves to go to our builder to determine coverage. Gibson came out and fixed our issue. Come to find out, Gibson just fixed the issue for us with no reaching out to the builder to make our situation right. They went above and beyond for their service, customer service, and to help us also knowing medical issues my husband has had involving cancer. We cannot express our gratitude enough and will be a life long customer of Gibson Plumbing!

    Our water softener broke a few months ago and I bought a brand new one off of amazon. Initially I had called to have someone come by and install it. But the size was too small for our house. (Thankfully, I was able to get a refund). Daniel from Gibson Plumbing came by with a new water softener (much bigger tank) and explained everything very professionally and answered all of my questions. He said he worked for Gibson for over 20 years, which says a lot about the trustworthiness of the company. They even went out of their way to load up the old water softener that broke and got rid of it. I also asked Daniel to help with a minor detail underneath our kitchen sink and he was glad to help out. Would definitely use them again for any other plumbing issues I might have in the future!

    Gave them a call because I was having an issue with my water heater. The people who took my call were professional and efficient. The guy they sent out to do work on my water heater was Daniel and he did a great job. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. My only complaint is I felt like they were a little pricey but this is the first time I’ve hired a plumber so take that with a grain of salt.

    Getting back from vacation and finding yourself with a backed up toilet the morning after your return is not what you expect. Especially when your place is a new home (10 months old)! After calling the builder, he reached out to Gibson Plumbing and had them come the next morning. I was advised they would come service the issue in the morning and that they did. Nick arrived this morning. He was very polite and express care when entering the home. He looked to see what the problem was. In minutes he took care of the issue and off he when.     Our hot water heater was dripping so I looked on the tank and Gibson plumbing installed or serviced it not sure but called them and they came the same day - Daniel was the service guy he was very professional and said this was the original hot water tank from when the house was built !!!! 2001 it was built — we got are moneys worth on this tank for sure . He in stalled a new one the same day -told how to take care of it . Great service from Daniel —honest reliable ! Definitely using Gibson Plumbing again if I need them .

    My water heater pilot went out one day. I called Gibson Plumbing to get it repaired. When Art showed up later in the day, he was extremely knowledgeable of the issue with the pilot and was able to replace the part in about 20 minutes. After being without hot water for about 24 hours, it was a blessing to have it once again. His dedication to his craft is a direct reflection of the type of people Gibson has working for them.     I have had two direct experiences with Gibson Plumbing Company (out of San Antonio). Each time Alex was dispatched to my home here in New Braunfels. Alex is knowledgeable and experienced at his job and — because of this — he is confident in his abilities and has a great work ethic. Alex has resolved my home’s plumbing issues efficiently during both of his visits. His most recent visit here was today, 12/13/2022. As always, he does the job and leaves the area clean afterwards. He has also been cognizant with his tools and equipment, taking care not to scratch or damage any cabinets, tile, countertops, or other surfaces he comes in contact with. Sure there are many plumbing services out there to choose from. However, in my opinion, the most important aspects to consider in making this choice are the work ethic, experience, attitude, and personality of the plumber. Alex checks off all these boxes. He always arrives on time, is professional, experienced, and accessible as a person. He not only answers my questions, but also takes the time to offer helpful suggestions and explanations of the work at hand. He’s friendly and easy to talk with. In fact today, due to his personable nature, he even advised me on the water softener options offered by Gibson Plumbing. That’s something that we are in need of, yet — had Alex not mentioned it — I would not have known about that service. Big thumbs up to Alex and Gibson Plumbing!

    I noticed there was a water leak coming from the front of my house and flowing onto the street. This was on a Friday night after hours. I called the city in panic and they advised me there might not be someone to come out and shut the main water line off until the next day.I then called Gibson Plumbing and was directed to the after hours answering machine. Like most people I figured I would not get a call back due to the city of San Antonio having an unprecedented issue with main water breaks and leaks due to the dry weather we have had in the past six months.I was wrong.With in 30 minutes I received a call from Nick. He told me he was on his way to fix my plumbing issue. Nick came out with his colleague Art and set up their lightbulbs to figure out what was causing the issue. Most people would be upset to be working that late on a Friday night, but these guys worked without an ounce of grievance.Within 30 minutes I had water to my home again and the leak was repaired. I want to thank the professionalism of these men and the selfless service they do.

    We recently purchased an existing home (just over 2yrs old). Upon move in we discovered an issue with the washer hot water line leaking. After several failed attempts to work with the home warranty company (who refused to cover the issue) we had Gibson Plumbing come out to take a look. Gibson installed the original washer box however because the home was over 2yrs old it was no longer covered under warranty.Despite this, Gibson agreed to do the work needed free of charge. The work would require cutting into the wall which meant drywall work and more expenses for us after the plumbing repair.Daniel to the rescue!Daniel was the only plumber to suggest an alternate solution that fixed the problem and bypassed the extensive drywall repair. He took his time to explain to me in person (and also my husband on the phone) the options.Daniel completed the repair and then took time to run the washer and make sure there were no further issues.Daniel was professional, friendly, and conscientious- he solved the problem and did it with a smile.I highly recommend Gibson Plumbing - and Daniel!!!!
