Unfortunately Foundation Plumbing can be more overwhelming and expensive than the Foundation Repairs themselves. Foundation Plumbing Services gave us the best deal out of multiple companies. They also quoted us less tunneling required and stuck to their word. They were also able to get all the work done with us being out of town and accommodate with phone calls and pictures. Very professional and experienced. Highly recommend.

Foundation Plumbing Services saved my day. I woke up to a pipe that burst over night and a completely flooded yard. Austen and Hayden came out and promptly fixed the problem, same day and for a price that couldn’t possibly be beat. They were polite, answered my questions, and got the job done. Foundation Plumbing Services handles things the way other plumbing companies SHOULD. I won’t use anyone else.

I asked Foundation Plumbing to give me a hot water heater estimate. Steven Rasendez and Juan came. They asked me what the current issues so that I explained my shower is not hot enough and its pressure is a little bit low. They checked them quickly. they cleaned a shower head. The pressure got much better. Steven told me that the current tank doesnt need to be replaced immediately, but gave me the estimate. A water heater price is very reasonable. Steven and Juan were very professional. Steven was very patient to answer my many questions. I hired Foundation Pluming for a hydrostatic test in the past and I also had good experience. I would like to use Foundation Pluming whenever I have plumbing issues.

Kelli is 100% genuine (they all are!), personable, super professional, highly knowledgable, kind, patient and generous with her energy/time/skills. This could have been an awful experience, but from day one of this epic job they had before them, it has been easy and reassuring having them guiding me through each process. They explain everything in detail, take and show you photos/videos, check in constantly to make sure you’re ok, are always prompt, work super hard, and are a joy to work with. I feel like Kelli, Stephen, Michael, Gabe, Richard and Hayden are like extended family at this point! Truly wonderful work indeed. I really had a great experience working with Kelli and team at Foundation Plumbing. They were fantastic working with me during the foundation repair and lifting of our home. They were able to identify and repair of all the problems with our plumbing and ensured everything was in working order after the foundation lift. I will definitely use them to test my Plumbing annually going forward to ensure everything is working and it will also help me avoid future foundation issues due to drain pipes leaking which we did not realize was a problem.

As we were a nervous wreck, Steven arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled appt. So we weren’t left waiting any longer. He was very kind and patient in explaining this process and answering all our questions. He took his time with our test explaining each step as we went along. I witnessed him thoroughly checking and double checking his work. He was very focused , organized and prepared with his equipment on hand. He kept his work area very clean and removed what little debris from his work. He replaced everything back correctly andexplained the result of our testing and provided us with a copy for our records.Prior to this, we have never heard of such a test as this was our first experience. Kelli and Brian (hope Im spelling right) were referred to us through a large foundation company. Unfortunately our foundation issues were caused by faulty plumbing. Foundation Plumbing was able to get out there ASAP and get everything fixed quickly. They even went above and beyond to pull permits and handle all aspects so all I had to do was call them and write the check. Best customer service Ive dealt with in a long time.

Outstanding company. Kelli, Brian, and the rest of the team are very professional and courteous. The team has a lot of experience, and they are very effective and knowledgeable. Brian was able to locate various broken pipes underneath the foundation slab where other two plumbers have failed. The pipes were uncovered, and the breaks were found per Brians recommendation. Their prices are great as well. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Made Foundation Plumbing Services acquaintance this Spring in conjunction with foundation work being done on house.Impressed so much with everything I called them in July when I discovered I had what turned out to be slab leak (on a Friday) and my usual plumbing company had me on hold and then I was instructed to leave my number for a call back. Kelli answered immediately, Brian arrived within the hour to assist w/turning water off at the street and they were able to return on Monday to begin the search, find and repair process. Kelli and the crews made an unpleasant and daunting task very bearable. Everyone respectful, careful of property (e.g. mindful to not let doors slam), cleaned up area. When a small leak presented related to this last one, they were able to return the day I called and fixed it quickly (no charge). Personnel always very gracious and pleasant. Slab leak was challenging and crew worked long and hard. Very mindful of the inconvenience the leak made on me and reinforcement staff brought in to help get it fixed. Hereout, Foundation Plumbing Services will be my first-called, go-to business for any plumbing needs. I have full confidence in their qualified, quality skill, customer service and support focus. I believe their fees are in line w/industry standards (i.e. a good value).

I contacted Foundation Plumbing Services to replace a broken garbage disposal - after trying to unstick it and found there was no response. I accepted a Friday afternoon appointment, but there was a cancellation and they asked if they could come early, which I agreed too. Their people were excellent - first verifying the old disposal wasnt fixable, then installing the new one, verifying there were no leaks, and the new disposal functioned properly. Their original price was very reasonable, then they said I get a 10% senior discount on top. And, they left the kitchen as clean as they found it. I highly recommend them.
