Company was very professional, provided tracker to allow me to know how far they were from home. Adapted and modified existing plumbing for three sinks... Probably total time less than an hour.As for price, they were over 4x more expensive than I normally pay my normal vendors (however they were unavailable)... So that did hurt, but I do know it was completed and done quickly.Easy way to pay invoice. I would recommend this plumbing company if in a pinch.Big Henry Certified!

As I am working through some home warranty issues, I have been fortunate enough to encounter Caleb and Dillon. They have been to my house a few times now and I would be lying if I said anything other than they are representing Diamond Plumbing exceptionally.They are very thorough and professional. Chris S. And friend were by again today, and man, they were super quick in diagnosing and fixing a cartridge my partner and I broke while we tried fixing a leak/upgrading faucet hardware. Great same day turn around time, super easy to work with, respectful of the cats in our house, and mindful of the new carpet too (thanks for wearing booties, guys)!Love Diamond plumbing. Folks here are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick.Edit 3/26/2024: Diamond did a great job again! Caleb and his coworker (who initially unrooted my sewer pipe during an emergency overnight sewer backup on my main floor toilet) fixed my sewer issues!They gave me several options, since sewer repair in my front yard was routed under a tree, and were very responsive as I worked out schedules with them and my tree removal guys. Diamond plumbing even kindly explained all the parts involved, and what the fill steps were. They also carefully mesh netted and covered the hole over for safety until their dig crew could return to fill in the hole dug for the pipe.Great service!

Chris and his partner (didn’t catch his name) arrived on the early side of the window, and quickly diagnosed the problem, and presented an estimate for replacement of my water heater.After I approved the work, they headed for the shop to get new water heater, returned and installed it.They were prompt, professional and pleasant. We noticed a leak outside of our home (near the foundation) that began to show signs within our home (under our floors and cabinets) and with the recommendation of our home warranty service we called Diamond Plumbing the very next morning. We spoke with Taylor on the phone around 8 am. She had a listen first attitude, taking serious our situation. She provided contact information (text and email) for us to provide photos and videos of our water issue and she scheduled a technician for the same afternoon. I reached out to Diamond Plumbing again via text around 1:58pm to get an estimate of arrival and they let me know that we were the next job in queue.Prior to arrival I was sent a link that Chris Saucedo would be our servicer and a map of his distance, he was about 20 minutes away. He arrived around 3pm to assess the situation and stop the water leak. He and his co worker were very professional, thorough, and communicative. Since we are still under warranty. They took great pictures and videos to send to our home warranty and builder so that our issue could be cared for in the proper order and with urgency. They identified the source of the leak & explained their plan of action, getting permission to move forward with every step like testing water pressure, turning off water (giving us an opportunity to let our littles have bathroom breaks before we were without water accessibility), and opening the outside of our home to get to the leak. They replaced the pipe the same day, covered, & sealed the siding to lessen our home’s exposure to the outdoors & pests. Around 6:30/7pm they completed at our home, but they did not stop there; they communicated well to the warranty & builder after they left because the water remediation team were able to be scheduled and come out the very next day! Thank you Diamond Plumbing, Taylor, Chris, and your coworkers that assisted you that day to help us in our time of need. I was very anxious about the entire experience, but from start to finish you all were empathetic, professional, respectful, and considerate of our situation and our time; exceeding my expectations. Your urgency to get here & stop the leak allowed us to quickly begin the water remediation process preventing excessive water & property damage, and the potential for mold that could’ve caused major health issues. Our family is truly grateful for your kindness, service, and your professionalism. Excellent experience. Thank you!

One small gap in communication led to me being scheduled a few days later than perhaps I would have been. They were honest and acknowledged the glitch and more than made up for it. Diamond plumbing is fantastic!I just moved into a home, and when I had trouble finding my shut off valve (I thought it had broken off) they (Chris Saucedo) came, found it buried, and dug it up for free. (Small goof on my part.) That was terribly nice of them.Then yesterday, I had a horrible plumbing situation with tree roots in my sewage line that caused the toilet on our main floor to back up. 🤢 Thankfully...diamond plumbing saved the day! Caleb and his coworker were very professional, quick to respond (emergency after hours line) etc.They got us all fixed up for the next month, were very reasonably priced, and gave us some flexible options to resolve the problem permanently based on a potential tree removal. I cant say enough great things about these guys. Thank you for your service!(Added a photo of the problem before they helped us fix it.) These guys also have no fear. Amazing.

Diamond Plumbing came out and installed a water softener for me. I am very happy with their work. Both the office staff and Caleb, who installed the unit, were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I had ALOT of questions and the office staff was very patient with me. She gave me a quote that I was pleased with and then ordered the unit. It came in a few days and installed about a week and half. Great turn around time. If you are in the market for water softener, I would recommend Diamond Plumbing. Also, Diamond Plumbing installed all plumbing for house and have not had any issues at all.

Updated review. Adjusting up from 2 stars.This sprinkler issue has been resolved with Diamond and they consulted to have our sprinklers fixed. During the digging, one of the power lines for the sprinklers was severed per the sprinkler consultant/contractor. All is fixed and working again. Diamond’s office was responsive to get this repair. The lawn repair/resodding and landscape fixes I remedied myself.We are still working with Diamond to investigate the bathroom as it does appear to present with some mold from an unknown source.****Removing former review/post.The team came out today to investigate a water leak, they were through and did not find one which is great.However, looking at my front lawn after the fact I can see that my inground drip lines were disconnected and not reconnected prior to their wrap up today.I tested the entire RainBird system and it is not distributing water to the zone of concern (bed drip line)… or any of the zones which previously worked without issue.This is a major problem. We will be following up by phone. I will revise this review once this is resolved.

Today I requested Diamond plumbing to give me a second estimate. I got Stuart, after asking him some questions I knew off the bat. He was a good person the first thing he told me he wanted to make a hole in my wall. I did not want that one, but it was also what I had told him what I originally wanted. I wanted the whole shower removed, then later, when I begin to ask him other questions, he never lied, nor did he tell me I needed some thing I did not need every other plumbing company did not make me feel nearly as comfortable and knew after asking several companies to come that he was the most honest I appreciate honesty and integrity. I don’t like writing these reviews, but I wrote it for him today to thank him, and hope that many more of his customers will see the same and will experience the same integrity. My work was done under warranty with builder, so not sure how much service call normally would cost, but Austin did awesome job! He is a very experienced young man that is polite, explains what he is doing, and great at troubleshooting and resolving issues. He arrived within the service window, called prior to arrival, and fixed my plumbing issues in no time. I had a toilet that had a drip that was driving me crazy. Installation 6 years ago went well with no issues in any of the products. I would recommend them for doing the initial plumbing in your home as my house was built way out in Gonzales county. I will say that when calling them to ask about a replacement kit for the tub drains and how to remove them, the answer I got was we just replace the tub. This would mean about $4,000 worth of materials, products and labor just for a $50 drain plug. I figured out how to remove the plug, so not to worry, I didnt have to spend $4,000 just to get a new drain.
