These guys are great. They showed up on time and I live way out of town so that’s impressive. They were very polite and professional. They showed me the price before they started the work and finished up very quickly. Payment was easy as well. The price was a little more than what I was expecting but I think that is just the price of plumbing parts nowadays. Even with that I will for sure use this company again.

DH Plumbing was one of the first to reach out to us when we needed help. I had a failed water softener that pushed resin bead throughout my entire house causing major pipe blockage. Ralph and Bridger came out and worked non-stop to unclog our water pipes. Eventually they were successful and we are very appreciative of their hard work. We appreciate the fact the DH Plumbing offers educators, and military members a discount. I had an issue with a shower faucet that wouldnt turn off, and I had another plumber out three times to fix the same problem. The fourth time it broke, I called DH Plumbing on a recommendation from a neighbor and Ralph and Bridger were able to identify the root problem and solve it. Both were very friendly and knowledgable. They even caught an error from the financing company and were able to save me a bunch of money before I confirmed the invoice through them. Very happy with my service today. Call on A Friday to see about somebody coming out to give me an estimate had a leaking tub and to see what the problem was and to replace the old tub and shower unit with a new one fixtures and all.They said they could come out Monday and they were here Monday gave me an estimate and asked when I would like to work to be done, I said soon as possible they said how about Thursday they were here on time. We own a cindo that we lease but is currently not occupied. While we were in KY helping my husbands 36 yo daughter (chemo for cancer, 6 kids- oldest 10, youngest 2), the owner of the unit that shares wall with our condo texted us at midnight on a Friday night, that water was coming into their unit from ours. Our plumber was out of town. Try to find a plumber on a Saturday that won’t charge $250/ hr. Thankfully our plumber referred us to Brandon. From the initial conversation until the project was completed. Brandon was responsive with a sense of urgency, very professional, and great at communicating what he found, what needed to be done, how long it would take. Because we were not there to see it, he sent us pics of the damage. He was also very caring; we felt the repair of our condo was in good hands with Brandon. Once he made the repair he referred us to a restoration company to remove the floors and some sheet rock. It was a major plumbing leak that caused a major mess and we weren’t there. We had a big plug in our plumbing- Dalton was great, and we even were called when he was 38 minutes away. Great cheerful, expert, ressonable and super prompt service was provided. Id give him a 10 if I could. We ended up having our entire plumbing redone because of the way it was put together originally was the cause of our problems. We now have a guarantee for 2 years for any plumbing issues and have a 1 year inspection built in. They are working overtime during this freeze, but they are willing to sacrifice sleep to help you solve your plumbing issues. Call them!

Dolton and Ralph installed an on-demand water heater in my house and performed some other plumbing upgrades. It was complicated by a ton of debris being released from old galvanized pipes that created a cascade of other plumbing issues that needed to be expertly handled. As always, DH plumbing did excellent work both quickly and expertly... On time and on-budget.Im a surgeon and I have ridiculously high standards that most subs cant achieve. Again, called back late in the day to let DH know my second toilet was ready to be reseated. Was on the schedule for the next day and even received a call asking if they could come by early. No one is ever early anymore but DH showed up and had me ready to go in 30 minutes. DH had also quoted me an amount for the work which I thought was fair but when it came time to pay it was less as they had added a military discount. Might seem like a small thing to many but greatly appreciated by my wife and I. Again, cant recommend highly enough. I’m having floors redone so toilets have to be removed as they go. DH understanding I wouldn’t have an exact time but had me on the schedule within an hour of notifying them. Ralph was my plumber and did a great job even having to work around the floor installers and 200 pounds of labs. Thanks
