First time working with City Base Plumbing was in April 2024. I had them install a new tankless water heater and water softener. After a few quotes, they ended up being the most affordable for me AND the friendliest. I spoke with Marisol on the phone and after a few laughs she got me on the books. David, Angel, Rigo and Mateo were able to get the entire job done in one day for me.Since then, David has checked out my softener to answer all my questions and fix a minor issue that popped up.Recently, SAWS notified me of continuous water usage at my house so I called City Base again. David showed up with Matt and they were able to locate and fix a pretty bad leak in back of my shower. They fixed that in one day as well!Im a new homeowner and am learning how daunting it can feel sometimes. City Base Plumbing has helped take quite a bit of stress off my shoulders trusting that they can figure out the issue and take care of it promptly. I definitely recommend City Base Plumbing to anyone with any kind of issues going on big or small!

I can not say enough good things about this company. I was told its hard to find an honest plumber; well, I found a whole company of honest plumbers. With our recent weather, we had a busted pipe. When I called, I really expected the worst, but what I found was caring, professional human beings that were willing to do whatever they could to help us out. From the front office (I wish I could remember the ladys name because she deserves praise) to the guys who showed up with wrenches in hand, they were fantastic. The front office kept me informed, was polite, understanding and made me feel like they cared about us instead of it being a simple business transaction. The guys, Angel and Elisha, were just as awesome. They knew what they were doing, worked fast, explained everything step by step and answered all my questions. They were also willing to laugh and joke around with me late on a Friday night, in freezing temperatures while crawling underneath a 100 year old home to fix 100 year old pipes. In the end, I could not have been happier. I should add that I was shocked by the price....it was crazy fair and way less than I expected on such a night. They didnt take advantage of the situation at all. Good neighbors and good peopleIf you are looking for a company to partner with, this is who to call here in San Antonio.Ok, so I’m actually trying to add a new review but it won’t let me. This time we had a clogged drain line and again this wonderful local company saved the day. They are prompt and they communicate with you through the whole process. Marisol in the front office is wonderful. David Deleon did the work and it was a pleasure. He is kind, considerate and damned good at his job.Best plumbing company a dude with an old house can find. Service is Excellent!They gave proper notice of arrival to your home via text and phone call. The office sends emails to keep you informed on what is happening. Once here they looked at the issue, they gave THREE estimates on the spot. Warranties range from 90 day, 1 yr, 3 yr. I went with the 3 Year warranty for the reason that anything goes wrong, they repair free.Plumbers Rigo and Mateo are awesome! They let us know when they were on the way and when they arrived. The time they give was a 2 hour window. Much better than the all day wait you have with other companies. Once here they completed the repair and let us know what they did. The area they worked on was left clean and no trash was left behind.They are just an AWESOME TEAM from the office to the plumbers. I recommend them for all your plumbing problems.

Joseph from Citybase plumbing fixed a leak behind the wall in my bathroom today (May 30). He was a second opinion after another community plumber shocked me with his estimate. Since the first opinion was that the pipe itself was angled wrong and the entire sink should be moved- at a cost in the thousands- AND he wanted to go through the living room wall to gain access- I called for a second opinion. Joseph did what I first expected by opening the cabinet door and cutting a section of wall where the look of the repair is not important. He was able to identify the leak and cut out the pipe without incident. He simply reangled the pipe a little to increase flow- he didn’t have to move my sink…. Comparison cost ? About a quarter of the cost and much less laborious. I would highly recommend this company. This was my second service call this year, the first was a successful identification and repair of an exterior pipe leak. I only called a different company this time to see what updating a bathroom would cost. I won’t make that mistake again!

Marisol coordinated my project from the office to make it all happen while David & Rigo made it happen by accomplishing an inspection first to determine what the problem was and where it was located. David recommended that he use a camera to see what and where the problem was within the sewer line.Once he started to use the camera he asked me to viewed the camera with him and he pointed out the problem.I asked him for a complete sewer line replaced estimate. So he proceeded to contacted the office and than proceed to give me an estimate. I thought that the estimate was a reasonable cost. So we decided to proceed with the removal and replacement of the sewer line. Once they started both David and Rigo were so professional and efficient. In all my life hiring contractors, I have never come across someone like David and Rigo, who regularly asked for our input, wanting to know if it was to our satisfaction. The first time, Angel L. came out to Floresville to first provide a quote to install a new shower head, shower faucets and shower lines for a new bathroom install. The quote was reasonably priced and he came out the following week to complete the job. He was very professional, efficient, timely and friendly and did an awesome job. I asked him for a quote for an outside shut off valve that was about to break. He provided a quote. I spoke with Marisol to set up the outside work, she was very professional and friendly on the phone and set up an appoint for the next day. There was an unexpected delay and they contacted me right away to reschedule for later in the day.David and Rigo arrived in a timely fashion, they were both friendly, professional, efficient and did a wonderful job. I initially called City Base Plumbing in February for a pipe that burst under the house. David came out to give an estimate and said there were other issues (some of the problems I was aware of and asked about since the house is older). So I went ahead and paid for additional inspection of all plumbing. He identified other problem areas and provided estimates for the fixes. I went ahead and scheduled service repairs across three separate dates (including the purchase of a new water heater). Most of the repairs I’ve been happy with. I’ve only had issues with two items - I had a new hose bib installed because I noticed it was leaking a bit and asked about it getting replaced when David initially came out. The part had a 90 day warranty. I also had new shower valves installed for each of my restrooms. I had to call about the plumber’s glue unsticking so they came out the next day to fix. One of the faucets was/is crooked. However, the plumber’s glue needs to get fixed again because it’s coming off the wall. I will say that the customer service was great, people were responsive when needed, and everyone was friendly. EDIT: Angel and David came back out to fix the two mentioned issues on 6/16. Everything is good now. Thank you!

I called after getting my foundation repaired and was told that the static test failed. I typically call a different plumbing company that is bigger but also probably the most expensive. I had seen City Base Plumbing while driving around town and thought i would give them a try especially since they have good reviews. My initial call was answered by Melissa ( i believe thats her name) who was very helpful in getting someone out to my house quickly. Luckily they had a cancellation that morning so Rudy and Mateo came to provide an estimate. Rudy was very knowledgeable and completely understood my situation. He was patient when I asked questions about the estimated work and made sure I felt comfortable in understanding what was being done and why. A day later, Angel and Mateo came to complete the job. They both were very courteous and mindful about disturbances as Angel noticed I was working from home. He was very patient while i was on phone calls and dealing with other issues, while trying to get the job done. He is also very knowledgeable and provided details and pictures/videos of the leaks he found and offered a few options to work around my budget if it was needed. Mateo didnt do much talking :) but he was very diligent and stayed on task and worked pretty quickly. Angel and Mateo made a great team and I am happy with the results of their work. I would definitely call City Base Plumbing again!

After being one of the companys suggested by my previous water heater, and a Souh San Antonio independent woman owned Plumbing Co., it was a no brainer to go with this company to replace my existing water heater instead of the over priced TV Plumbing Co.From the receptionist to the two estimates I received. No pressure to decide what I wanted. I can not say enough great things about City Base Plumbing!We met them by chance when our Rheem Electric Water Heater had a recall on it and they were the company licensed to have the recall fixed for free, and i am so glad we met them!Marisol is always a pleasure to speak with in the office! The team, Rudy and Angel, worked so quick and efficiently. I had initially one toilet that I bought installed by them, best price for the warranty on labor and craftsmanship after calling several places for quotes. Then we loved it so much we asked questions about what was needed for our guest bathroom toilet, they helped with this and I purchased a second toilet to have them come back at a later date to install that one as well.They also educated us on our water pressure, what it means, what it can do if too high or too low, and gave us quotes for their services offerred to fix ours which was reading well above what it should have been per SAWS site as well. There was no pressure to do this, they just simply educated us on what it was, the issues that could come down the road, why water pressure changes, etc, then left us with not one but 4 different options should we decide to get it fixed!We appreciated the knowledge and thoroughness so much that my husband and I decided to have them correct our water pressure issue as well, and so glad we did! I can not stress enough the value you get for your money as well as the impeccable service they provide. I WONT USE ANYONE ELSE, they are my go to for my plumbing needs and recommend them always!

David and Rigo were awesome I had a gas leak was red tagged by CPS my gas was locked out. All other plumber’s wanted way too much just to start however City Base Plumbing came out and gave me 3 estimates which helped me pick the best and affordable solution for my budget came out on time did the job and was even cheaper then the estimate these guys are trustworthy honest and reliable 5 stars

Congratulations on employing a GREAT CREW! This is the second time I called City Base Plumping for plumbing services and I am very happy with the service. These technicians go above and beyond. John and Pete were wonderful and so knowledgeable. They knew exactly what to do to fix my sink and they were extremely courteous, careful and cleaned up everything when the job was done. This was the best experience we have ever had with any plumbing company very professional they gave us an estimate over the phone the guys came out the next day and did their job the price was very close to the estimate. They did recommend other work that we do need to help correct our problem from reoccurring they took the time and wrote out the estimate a no pressure here you go we’re here for you when you’re ready. My husband also commented to them how appreciative we were and how different they were to other companies and they shared how happy they were to work for City Base Plumbing and it shows!! Great Job!
