I had an Emergency gas leak and CPS locked my gas meter. Casanova plumbing not only sent someone out within the hour but it was a free estimate and he was so helpful. They got to work same day and stayed late that first day locating the leak. I would 100 percent recommend them to any of my family or friends. They got everything fixed and inspected within the week and I had my gas back on by Monday. I can not express enough gratitude for Casanova plumbing and their employees. I am a single mom of teenagers so money is tight and he worked with me on pricing as well. I just can not thank them enough.

Casanova Plumbing helped me out of a real bind. Id just bought a flipped house.My plumbing was misaligned and missing a cleanout. They majorly cut my bill. Helped me get part of the bill covered by my home insurance, and got the job done quickly and well.The job was done & inspected & filled back in within a week after the job started. And there was no foundational or internal damage to my walls or floors. Jacob & Adrian are amazing.

Saved me so much hassle! Been dealing with outrageous prices from other companies for days. On Time Elmer quoted me $900+ for a simple drain clean out. Casanova Plumbing came out here and resolved the issue in 30 minutes and charged no where near as much! Very affordable and honest people!

I called Casanova Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon and they arrived within an hour of that call. Michael and his helper arrived prepared with all of the tools they needed to do a repair on a leaking pipe behind a drywall. You could tell that both Michael & Jacob have extensive plumbing expertise and were both very professional. I appreciated the fact that Michael wore booties inside the house. They provided several options understanding my budget. In the solution I chose they provided a detail of what would be done and equipment that would be installed. I researched the equipment which was industry highly reliable. They also provided me with instructions on maintenence and a schedule to provide it should I like. I appreciated that they answered my questions in detail

I had a situation where I was getting a gas line run to my stove to convert from electric to gas. I had hired another plumber who started the job but quit after creating a mess when it became obvious that guy didnt know what he was doing. I looked around my neighborhood facebook comments and saw someone recommend these guys so I gave them a call. I explained the situation, how I didnt have gas (or hot water) since the project was left incomplete and the gas had to be shut off. Jacob (I think was his name) said they would be out here no later than next day. Well they made it out next day a little past noon, gave me a quote and I gave the go-ahead.I gotta say, I wish I would have found these guys first. It would have saved me a headache. They came in, did the job, cleaned up after themselves, answered my questions, and were gone. These guys were professional, no joking around, no half answers, no cut corners that I could tell. They spoke, dressed, and behaved professionally. The quote was a little more than what other freelance plumbers quoted but the quality of their work reflected the price and its not going to be some fly-by-night company.This company is going to be my go-to moving forward. The price was fair, the job well done, and the turn-around time was short.
