We had a very pleasant young plumber named Logan who fixed the broken seal on our toilet. He was super fast and did a great job. He explained everything that he was going to do, then did it. I didn’t track his time but it seemed like he was in and out in about half an hour. We were very pleased and will recommend Bluebonnet plumbing to everyone looking for a plumber. They were recommended to us by our neighbor. Our neighbor is also very happy with them.Update: This week Skyler put in a new toilet for us because the old one had a crack in the porcelain. They had to come back out today, because our old hot water heater started leaking all over the garage. These guys can do it all. And they are so nice about everything. Very polite and they work hard and make all of problems go away! Logan came to finish the job so we got to visit with him for a minute. These guys are licensed plumbers and VERY knowledgeable. Logan personally answered the phone when we called since his receptionist was on vacation. We told him we had an emergency water heater break and water was everywhere, and his team showed up within an hour. Everything was fixed immediately, efficiently, and effectively. Work completed. Leak remained. Experience over the phone and interaction with crew was professional and courteous however cost seemed over priced and when I returned and saw that the leak still seemed to occur, I was very unhappy. I called the number and since there is no after-hours response, I left my name and number. We have two choices (1) allow the leak to flow out over night and pay for wasted water or (2) shut off the water and do without until Bluebonnet responds and fixes the leak they should have fixed in the first place. ***update***one of the owners called me after hours, which is very uncommon. We discussed the repair, and other items related to the service and he listened patiently as I was quite upset because I thought his crew’s work fell short of my expectations (this was the 2nd service they had performed for me in a few months). He apologized and promised to make it right today. He returned today, made significant improvement to the water line, notes that the repair that was done yesterday was not the issue, there was a second small leak that they would not have seen yesterday. Bottom line: I would recommend the company for any plumbing job due to the professionalism, courtesy, honesty, and trade knowledge of every employee, and owner, that I have come into contact with. Regarding cost: you get what you pay for and the quality of Bluebonnet’s work matches the cost.

Bluebonnet submitted a proposal for a very daunting plumbing project that we needed done. The main sewage line from our house to our aerobic septic tank had plugged due to root encroachment and needed to be dug out and replaced. Bluebonnets bid was very attractive, and they were willing to work with us. They were very professional, prompt, and worked quickly. When the line was excavated, it was found to be totally out of alignment, so the extent of the job was more than expected. They finished quickly and everything worked beautifully. And they charged me LESS than their original estimate!

Wow! Just wow! Dont get cheated. Call Bluebonnet Plumbing now. These guys are top notch, professional, very fair and you wont get cheated and price-gouged like some other companies will do. These folks are the best and theyre honest. We had our garage floor treated and Bluebonnet was the company our floor experts recommended to uninstall/reinstall our water softener. While the guy was putting the softener back in, I asked about a plumbing issue I had with our outside water spigot. Five minutes later and at an extremely fair price, my two-year issue from our lousy home builder is resolved. I could not be happier! Dont waste your time looking anywhere else. These are the folks to call. I am now a customer for life. Awesome service. I am so glad our floor experts recommended Bluebonnet Plumbing.
