I highly recommend Big City Plumbing. They were quick to respond, very informative throughout this extremely stressful process, and they provided a breakdown of everything they did so it would make sense to us. Their pricing was the lowest out of several estimates we got and still the quality of their professionalism and service is unmatched in the industry. We have had a lot of work done in the past by other companies and this was a big problem so we needed to get the most cost-effective company we could find. This stressful situation was made a little better knowing that we were paying for exactly what we needed and they were not trying to sell us anything else, just came and did quality work. I’ve used Big City Plumbing with several projects over the years, including replacing my water heater and water pressure regulator. Most recently, they tackled a tricky spot replacement of my clean-out line, which had been severely clogged by tree roots. We worked with Gerald, who not only arrived right on time but also took the time to explain the entire process in detail. He was committed to restoring the landscaping as much as possible after the necessary digging, and he definitely delivered.Gerald and his assistant did an outstanding job; you honestly can’t tell any work had been done! Gerald also took the extra step to show me the different stages of their progress, which I really appreciated. The team at Big City Plumbing has always been professional and courteous, and Gerald was no exception. The quality of work, combined with their reasonable pricing, has made me a loyal customer. Big City Plumbing came over to locate flushing issues with the master toilet caused by root obstruction. Gerald and Felix quickly got to work on assessing the issue. They showed us the results through the camera footage. We were told Travis (Owner) would give us a call the next day on what we could expect to pay for repair. Travis quoted us a price for the extensive excavating work to be done and it was exceptionally reasonable. Everyone associated with Big City Plumbing, whether I was speaking with the ladies in the office, Patricia or Rafaela, the Owner, Travis, the plumbers, Gerald and Felix, everybody was knowledgeable, professional and polite. If you need a great plumbing company which is customer oriented, give Big City Plumbing a call, they will not disappoint.

After a sudden leak we stressed. I did what anybody did and called the previous plumbing company that has always serviced our home for 4+ years and spent $10,000+ with on “upsells”. Always fooled by these “highly rated” big name plumbers their customer service and SERVICE don’t align. My original quotes from multiple big name plumbers were $2500. Me and my spouse felt that something didn’t align…we searched and read reviews and found Big City Plumbing. Professionalism, Punctuality, Customer service are just some of the things they deliver on most IMPORTANTLY THOUGH A transparent rate per hour and honest approach to the problem.They booked us the next day, and we paid SIGNIFICANTLY less. Their service had us rethinking how many times someone in a trade may have been halfway honest or ripped us off. Rafaela was the phone op who booked us but highlighting the two people to ask for. Tradesman Plumber Mr Gerald Johnson and his apprentice Paul assesed the problem and it was something MUCH simpler than what other companies fear mongered it to be.In conclusion, they earned a life long customer. Ask for Gerald Johnson. I can’t thank y’all enough. I recommend them to everyone from now on. Stop looking and call them FORREAL!!!!!

Recommend signing up for the preferred customer program with Big City! Totally worth it. The plan includes an inspection of your entire plumbing system, ID any issues, drain your water heater etc..I had a water softener installed today, and because I’m a preferred customer, they did a walk-through my entire home and inspected all my plumbing. They identified the source of a leak and fixed it on the spot. Once again, because I’m a preferred customer, I get 10% discount on any repairs. Luis & Paul were very thorough and did a great job!

Big City Plumbing is awesome! Theyve been great customers for several years where I work and have always been easy to work with. I had the pleasure of being their customer today.Like most people in our area, I had a pipe burst with the winter storm and was without water. I reached out to Big City Plumbing and they got us taken care of as fast as they could. Understanding that theyre busier than ever and theyre trying to take care of everyone, I was so happy to see them as quick as we did. We were fortunate enough to have our leak not damage the main part of the house but rather a small corner of the garage. It was almost impossible to repair the broken pipe so they replaced the line coming into the house with a new line and added an easy access shut off valve right by the garage.Both Homer and Travis were professional, respectful, and easy to work with. With as much work as Im sure theyre having to do, I was impressed with how relaxed and professional they were about things. I cant say enough about how great everyone was during this fiasco. They got our water on and made sure that the new pipes were well insulated so that we shouldnt have this problem again.Big City Plumbing is a fantastic company, with great people from top to bottom. Fast & polite. I needed a shower cartridge replaced. I really tried to do it myself but the house is 40 yrs old. Took Gerald a few good yanks but he got it out. Very personable guys. I would use them again and I would recommend to family & friends.Jan 2024. The big freeze broke my water pipe. Chris & Tim came out on a Saturday (when theyre normally closed) and did a fantastic job. It turned out being a bigger problem than usual but they got the job done. I was looking for a second opinion because the first plumber we used was not the best. From day one Rafaela let me vent and reassured me every step of the way until the technicians could get out to the house that they would be able to help me. She gave me an estimate of what I needed to be done, which made me feel more comfortable because the previous plumber charged us $1,100. But the estimation from this company was only a quarter of that price. Even after a mishap from the Air mitigation time from another company Rafaela was able to dispatch a team to the house to do a quick valve replacement. The team that came out to do the valve replacement was Gerald and Craig. Mind you, I just had foot surgery and was mentally drained when they got to the house. Gerald and Craig were very understanding of the frustration I had and eased my mind. They basically made me feel like I had nothing to worry about and that it would be fixed. They did the job so quickly, and we were able to turn the water back on. I am so grateful for that team because if they did not come out, we would not have been able to shower. The team that came out to run a camera in my pipes to give my insurance an estimation was Luis and Timothy. These two were troopers. I had scheduled the home warranty team, the insurance claim adjuster, and Big City Plumbing at the same time. Luis and Tim were very thorough, upfront, straightforward, forward, and exhausted all means to camera my pipes. I thank god for this company that was able to help my family and me to figure out all these plumbing issues we have. If you are looking for a company that is really out to take care of you, you have found it here with Big City Plumbing. They offer a military discount and even a Client care plan. Thank you again to Rafaela for answering all my calls and questions. Thank you, Gerald and Craig, for coming to fix my valve and helping reassuring that I had nothing to stress about. They finished a repair to the disposal and checked that the new dishwasher installation last Friday was not leaking. Then they installed my long awaited refrigerator. Cris and James replaced our toilet. They were very professional and explained everything as they did it. They were very efficient and a pleasure to have do work in our house. We have used Big City Plumbing for 7 years and they have always come in a timely fashion and done a wonderful job. In January we had Joey and Joseph out as our outside faucet was leaking. They replaced the bad stuff and now it is as goo as new. I would have written how great they were but I couldn’t get on Google.
