We had a water leak that I could not find. Since I have a policy with Homeserve who contracts with Basin Plumbing they sent a plumber from SA all the way to Austin to service us. Jose was our plumber and was the most polite, cordial invidual Ive ever met. He did his investigation and after a while found that the water valve to our refrigerator was leaking. It wasnt running out onto kitchen floor, thats why I couldnt find it. But with his expertise, he did. I want to highly Thank Jose and Basin Plumbing for coming to our rescue. Dont hesitate to call them if needed. Homeserve definitely has contracted the best Plumbing service I have ever used!

Had a water leak that we could not find. I have a Homeserve water line policy who contracted Basin Plumbing to service us. The plumber Jose was a very polite and cordial individual. He answered all our questions and after some investigating found that it was a simple valve leak on the water line that feeds the refrigerator. I thank Basin Plumbing for traveling all the way from San Antonio to Austin to help us. Thank You Jose for being such a nice individual and repairing our leak!

This is a first class company that deserves its standing as a HomeServe brand. I rarely do a second review on a company, but going from a 4 to 5 stars is only fair. Basin actually came to our rescue after being strung along by another company that I won’t name. That other company kept us on the hook with no water for 19 days. It was so bad we had to leave our home. Calls and desperate email were ignored. Guillermo and Jose from Basin came in and were complete pros. The job was big, but when they left, we had running water everywhere and all questions were answered. No mansplaining. No excuses. We appreciate that HomeServe and Basin made us a priority in what had become a dire situation. As for that other company. Read the reviews of local companies. It won’t be hard to identify them.

Basin Plumbing is a solid and reliable company to hire. I had an exterior plumbing issue on a Saturday morning and they came out promptly to resolve the issue. It was 50 degrees outside and raining. Guillermo and Ray diligently located and quickly fixed the problem , all while cold rain poured down around us. I will continue to use their services and recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing assistance.

We had the privilege to work with Basin Plumbing recently for a gas leak in our home. Christie in the office is amazing! Shes super responsive and does all she can to help you in a timely manner. She is happy and very pleasant to speak to. Christie dispatched Guillermo to come find and fix our problem. Guillermo was fantastic! He was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Superb customer service and honest work. I’ve had Guillermo and his team at Basin plumbing repair and replace a couple things at my home and business. Fantastic customer service. Rafael and Guillermo are both very professional. The nice lady who answers the phone is like family I just hadnt met yet with a great sense of humor and has helped after hours when she probably didnt have to. Basin has helped me twice now when my previous plumber hadnt been available. One of those times was for a serious out of service issue and A&A Plumbing couldnt seem to make it out. They are close by - I am at 1000 Oaks and Wetmore and less expensive. Today they had to redo a clogged kitchen sink drain that I already paid (did I mention A&A Plumbing?) for a couple of months ago.

Fantastic service provided. Communication was prompt and all work was completed on time and very professional. When I noticed after the plumber had left that something wasnt correct (at no fault of Basin), they sent someone out the next morning within 30 minutes and fixed a mistake made when the house was built at no cost to me. Would 100% use them again for future projects.

With so many plumbing companies in San Antonio, I had never heard of Basin Plumbing until yesterday when referred by my home warranty company. I called after 5pm Monday even though they were closed, repair was completed Tuesday before Noon. Quick, efficient and affordable.

The gentlemen who came were professional and did an amazing job. They fixed the leak quickly. They had to dig through my clay type very wet soil. It was a physically hard job but they did it with smiles and grit.they were on time very pleasant, and informative.

This is our second appointment with Basin Plumbing. First time was in July 2018 to check for a leak outside. Very thorough and no leaks. This visit today was due to an accident which resulted in needing a new toilet. The two gentlemen were very polite, did their work together, and were gone without any mess. The only negative comment would be they came an hour early and did not check to see if it was ok with us. In the furture, I hope they will make that part of the Basin Plumbing protocol when an appt has been scheduled. The customer might not be home! Then what?
