Today Omar and Leo came and installed a new part of to our system. They did a great job! They called and asked if they could come earlier than the expected arrival time and came at the new agreed time. They were polite and very hardworking. One gentleman noticed my vacuum cleaner and asked if he could use it to clean the rug under the attic opening when they were through! I am 7 years into a 10 years parts and labor contract since I purchased my AC/Heat System from Aramendia. I have not had any problems with the service. I have had issues with the system however Aramendia has always been there to fix the issues honoring the parts and labor warranty every single time no questions asked. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us a clear and thorough explanation. He tested his repair twice, and walked us through the details with photos. This is an update to my previous review. After the first service call, I was not happy with the quoted price to replace a pressure switch. I purchased a replacement switch from an outside vendor and replaced it myself, but the system still did not work. I was contacted by Rodney Smith, a supervisor, and we discussed the problem. He came out, evaluated, diagnosed, and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. He is a true professional, and did an excellent job.

Aramendia plumbing has always had amazing staff and professional technicians. Whether they are servicing the AC or plumbing issues, they schedule a technician to come out as soon as the same day and they are very thorough! The courtesy phone call is the best because you have time to get home if you’re at work. You don’t have to waste all day waiting for them. .Their rates are also reasonable so that is why I choose Aramendia for all my AC and plumbing needs!

Excellent work, timely execution.(we have used Aramendia previously, always with good results).My Problem: outside backflow valve leaking onto front yard and sidewalk.Called Aramendia, they sent someone (Jacob) out late that same afternoon, he investigated the problem and proposed a solution.Next day he was back and repaired / replaced the issues.Of Note: our home was built circa 1999, and the city ordinances/regulations had changed, so there was additional expenses incurred to keep with the new codes - (I am grateful that their team had checked on this and kept us out of and future trouble with the city).

In less than two hours they replaced the thermal expansion tank and installed a water pressure regulator to our water line. Christopher recognized our water softener was way beyond expected useful life then worked to install the new one the same day. Very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism.Shortly after Christopher’s visit, I asked Aramendia to send a technician to investigate the lack of hot water to our washer. I suspected the contractor who did our remodel a while ago failed to make the water heater connection. When Jacob opened the wall, the contractor’s sub didn’t even run a line from the heater to the washer (my opinion of the prime contractor is a separate issue). Jacob quickly and expertly installed the pex line the same day. Can’t praise Aramendia and the quality of its technicians enough!

Andrew M.I wanted to start off with that name because he was AMAZING!We have been having issues with the A/C and he came out Saturday night and got us going. Amazing work. He had to repair some connections and he took the extra time to make the board look amazing in no time at all. As an owner of a remodel company, this was professional and excellent work. Its always great to have something nice for the next person who has to come along and work on electrical or plumbing.On another note, I would like to compliment David Sanchez from the plumbing side. He had come out to do some work on our plumbing a while back and I dont think I reviewed him. He was excellent!Andrew for A/C work and David for plumbing. I hope I only get one of these professionals from now on for my repairs.

Kenneth was Johnny on the spot with his assessment of the problem and resolved the leak to my A/C unit. Not only that, he was extremely professional and helpful in explaining what I should do to prevent the problem from occurring again.Tyler, the Sales Representative was also very professional and represented his company in the highest fashion.In the end, my A/C leak was fixed, the cost was minimal, and I did not feel like I was being ripped off.

Weve been Aramendia customers for over 16 years. We even purchased from them our central air conditioning & heating system just 3 months ago - quite a large one bc our house is 3,446 square feet. Technicians are always VERY professional, courteous, and helpful. We appreciate how they explain things AND how they listen.Today we had Tony replacing these couple of fuses and checking our system. He was amazing! So professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what happened in detail and listened and answered all my questions; never came across as rushed, on the contrary. He even took the time to help me set up the digital thermostat pad to our phones. In addition, showed me every single feature within that pad, how to set it up, and why choosing an option as compared to another one.Very pleased with this company, we consistently recommend them to our family and friends..., to anyone! Today Mike DeLeon and his helper Josh installed a new circulation pump for our hot water system. Mike is a wonderfully friendly guy, and at the same time totally professional. He is prompt, efficient, courteous. He and Josh completed the job in a remarkably short time, and the pump is really doing its job of keeping hot water flowing through the house. Were very happy that Aramendia sent Mike to do our work, and we hope that hell be our service provider whenever we need plumbing work done again.

2024 Update:Its been two years on the Advantage Program and all seems to be going well. We get our twice-yearly check-ups that include filter replacements. We still have issues with slime buildup in our pipes, though.Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew Morgan, who not only did his job… but went above and beyond to answer all my questions and explain to me how my unit works. He didn’t seem to be bothered by my many questions and he SHOWED me what he was looking at and what all the tests mean. He discovered a bulb that needs to be replaced and ordered its replacement.I have never met a technician who wasn’t kind and helpful. I always highly recommend Aramendia…. I JUST WISH THEY WOULD FIX THE SLIME!!!!Original Post 2022:Had to purchase an entire air conditioning unit (inside and out). Very expensive… but very necessary. David sold us the unit that would serve our needs and gave us all the information necessary to make an informed decision. No pressure to get a more expensive unit. Very much appreciated! The company was able to schedule us an installation two days later. Gus and Mark were excellent! Brought two teams together to ensure our unit was installed correctly and quickly. Just had another outstanding experience with Aramendia! Water heater went out last night, found out when I ended up taking a cold shower!Called Aramendia this morning and Susan immediately scheduled me for an afternoon appointment. Wow! same day appointment,, that was great. Dakota and Joseph showed up early, evaluated my old water heater and found both elements were bad. Dakota said he could fix the old water heater for free since it still had a bit of warranty left, but I inquired about replacing it since it was several years old and probably a fix would be very temporary. Dakota began to give different options for replacement and we decided on the Rheem 12/12 warranty unit. Dakota and Joseph began the new installation, working together extremely well as a team and soon, very soon, we had a new hot water heater installed. I was very impressed with their professional attitudes, the way they offered me many replacement options and let me make the decision on which replacement I wanted. Also impressed with the way they worked so smoothly and quickly together; a well disciplined team that seemed to read each other s mind and able to quickly install the new unit. And the work area was very cramped and crowded but they were able to work around it and get the job done. Many thanks to Aramendia for having outstanding techs and a special thanks to Dakota and Joseph for the outstanding job they did quickly.

MYSTERY SOLVED!! After 5 visits in 6 weeks from Elmer’s and $2,700 spent, Aramendia solved it in one free visit on a Saturday (for a second opinion) and a diagnostic visit by a master plumber first thing Monday morning. Wade & Dillon used the camera in the sewer cleanout, and two sizes of auger to scrape the pipes clean. They cleared the problem, got everything working again, and provided me an estimate for the long-haul fix (along with educating me about what most homeowner’s insurance covers). My problem was the first time they had seen/heard anything like this, and Wade was able to deduce the cause and fix the problem for a FIFTH of the price of the “fixes” by Elmer’s. Thank you!!!!

Aramendia Plumbing was able to visit us the same day we called and fixed two sinks that were plugged as well as drain the water heater. They were prompt, clean, and friendly. Wade explained about their very reasonable membership service which we did purchase. Both Wade and Steve were patient and explained what they were doing and why. We are excited to be able to work with Aramendia Plumbing in the future and definitely recommend them!

They explained that system throughly to us and they were both pleasantly professional. “Kudos” to both of them. They were great and they left us with no doubts about our purchase. They had our new system scheduled for the next morning.Marcelo & Mark showed up at the designated time and went straight to work. They were both hard working and got the installation done in time to have a cool house for that evening.Hopefully, you will pass this “Big Thanks” to all of them. What a great crew!

Had problems with my home staying warm because of old insulation and once I had the work done to repair right before the biggest cold spell so far in 2024, I had problems turning the unit back on. Even called for a technician to come take a look at my system for the second time in a day late on a Friday probably out of an abundance of caution, but I received great service from Derek (and the other technicians that day)! Appreciate the hard work guys!

Andrew and James were professional to a degree that at once is classic and hard to find today. My wife and I listened to what can only be described as a crash course in HVAC systems as they explained each step and their recommendations. Even though it was obvious that we knew less than a tenth of a percent compared to them, never once were they condescending nor demeaning. In fact, they were very friendly—they were even nice to my dog. Great techs and great people!

So thankful Aramendia was able to come out so quickly when my A/C died in this nasty Texas heat!!! Have used them now for both plumbing & A/C issues!!! Derek explained everything to me, what went wrong and what I needed to do to prevent it from happening again!! Even told me about some great services they offer….not a hard pressure sell, just great information he was passing on! He made sure my whole system was back up and running and working efficiently!! He took his time and made sure it was done right!! Caring about your customers & being committed to doing a quality job is what makes great customer service and keeps customers coming back!!! Woke up this morning to a water spot on my first floor ceiling, yep directly below the upstairs hvac closet. Aramendia was fantastic from the very first call. Anthony and Derek showed up within a few hours and cleared the condensate lines. Not only did they get my AC running they were extremely thorough in checking out the whole system and explaining to me their findings as well as all my options. I highly recommend Aramendia, very professional and down to earth. Anthony and Derek thank you for your approach, time and patience, much appreciated! I had a great experience with this entire team! Kegan and Anthony came out to look at my AC as it was having issues - same day I might add on a weekend 🥺 my unit was old and had a bunch of issues so they stayed with me for almost four hours while I decided if I wanted a new unit or repairs. I opted for a new unit since the repair was costly and I might need a new unit anyway soon. They were SO knowledgeable and not pushy at all, wonderful people! The very next day, A SUNDAY, the install crew came out! Louis, Brian and Jorge. They were also extremely knowledgeable, kind and FAST. Removed and installed my new unit in about 4 hours. Fantastic service overall! Great program, value and prices. Completely hands and thought free for me going forward and I was really excited for that peace of mind considering I was nervous about how costly my repair would be and the state of my current AC. Yes advantage is costly, yes a new unit is expensive but the services and benefits are so worth it. Rebates galore! Very happy with Aramendia and will use them for plumbing in the future 😁. Thank you for taking care of this first time home owner!

Called Aramendia on a Saturday to come and check my air conditioner and they were able to show up the same day unlike all other companies that would have had me wait till Wednesday. The two service professionals Tony and Anthony were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all options as well as taking pictures of the areas of concern. They were also able to honor the warranty on my unit installed by another company. Ive had service from two other companies in the past and Aramendia is far superior.

I have used Aramendia a few times for general plumbing and water heater installation. Unfortunately, the water heater (Rheam) brand seems to be a bad batch, leaking right out of the box. We also had a Rheam installed in our rental home a few weeks before Aramendia installed the water heater in our primary home and it was also leaking out of the box. It was not Aramendiass fault but Albert and Moses came back to our house the same day to ensure the issue was fixed and did not leave until we were satisfied. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. I recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
