    They did an amazing job, helped me with multiple plumbing issues and were really easy to work with. They were very transparent about their prices and always worked to make sure I was getting everything I needed.     I needed to take out an old sink last minute and they were very accommodating. They came out before the countertops were installed and were able to fix old pipes. They were very friendly and the service they provided was exceptional. I am recommending them to all my friends. Thank you Ambition Plumbing.     My experience with Ambition Plumbing was great! I received a call from a friendly rep this (Monday) morning to schedule. Luckily, they were available for same day service. Tobie arrived with a helper and was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly explained my water heaters diagnosis to me. He explained the service options and was able to complete the job in the same visit, which was wonderful since I have gone 2 days (the weekend) with cold showers! I would highly recommend this business for your plumbing needs.

    Day after Christmas we noticed a leak in the ceiling of our first story. This was directly under the master bathroom. We filed with our home warranty (AHS) to have this looked into. Laz and Leo came the next day before 11am to diagnose the problem. They were upfront on what they needed to do prior to causing any more home damage. They took every opportunity to clean/protect our home. A small hole in copper piping was the culprit and was fixed.

    Calling plumbers is usually scary you dont really know who you will deal with. but let me tell you from the moment i contacted them it was a great experience, the main sewer line under my driveway broke. they came check with the camera, used the equipment to locate the issue in matter of hrs i got a quote with 2 options and clear explanation of what the job required. whne Fernando came i was at work but he explained everything with details to my wife and he was super professional the entire process. we agreed on a date that worked for me and in 1 day the came tunnel under my driveway, fixed the pipe, following moring they came and covered everything and make it look like nothing had happen. im very pleased with their service, professionalism, knowledge and price.i will never use any other company on my properties .

    Paul & Leo came out and took care of my garbage disposal and problem plumbing. They were polite, introduced themselves and were considerate of my home and wore shoe covers. They were knowledgeable and efficient. They figured out the problem and addressed both issues the same day. I really appreciate this because these types of service calls normally take at least 2 visits but I can take this off my list today! I highly recommend this company and specifically Paul & Leo!!

    Aug 7 2024, Ambition plumbing came through for me again. I was told that my drain was probably clogged and the two technicians that came by ran a thorough check of the water flow through my house and found that if there is a problem it is from the a/c unit clogging the line. I was quite pleased with their professional and courteous attitude. Their mothers raised them well! Hopefully, I wont need their services again anytime soon. But at least I know where to go. Thank againToby and Isaac did a good job; they were quick in installing the disposal system but, left a lot of water under the sink even after I told them that I had problems with mildew after a previous leak. They should be more understanding of the owners requests. But, as I said, they did do a good job with the installation. All I can do is wait and see if it is ok after one week.After speaking with the owner, he convinced me that it was just these particular technicians that just didnt follow his rules. I have to admit that they did do a good job. No leaks so far.

    Unbeknownst to me, my water heater was leaking terribly.I was put in touch with Ambition Plumbing and was able to get a technician scheduled for the very next day!Fernando was prompt, polite , fast and efficient.He quickly deduced my problem-my expansion tank had sprung a leak-replaced the leaking tank, and realigned a ventilation.tube.I was mentally preparing myself for having to replace my water heater or some other expensive issue.Fernando was fair and didn’t try and upsell me.I’d definitely use Ambition Plumbing again in the future.

    We had a drain pipe break under our foundation - a serious issue requiring tunneling. We had used Ambition before on a smaller job and were happy with the work, so we called again for a diagnostic and a quote. Although it wasnt the lowest quote we received, Fernando assured us they would have it done without delay - the estimated time beat our expectations (other companies told us it could take weeks).Ambition finished the job more quickly than we expected, they were out on our site every day until it was completed (even at at 8:30pm without complaint) and made us confident they were making the right decisions at every step.     Ambition was assigned to me via my home warranty company (AHS). I wasnt thrilled with the toilet that was installed...the tank leaned forward and the seat/lid wouldnt stay up. Things that werent adjustable, it was just a poor design.After learning of my dissatisfaction, Fernando reached out to me and did everything he could to make it right. We talked about my issues and we discussed options for solutions.Within a week they had come back out and completely replaced it with a much more acceptable toilet.     Update: I cant say enough good things about these guys. Theyve done everything from fixing a water heater leak to installing a water softener to replacing our drainage pipes for our tub, and even came to check that the pipes were still in tact when i was having some doubts (free of charge). Pricing is more than fair and they will give a good, better, best option for you to choose for your needs and budget. We continue to trust them with all our plumbing needs and 100% recommend them!!Highly recommend Ambition!! Fernando and the whole team who helped on our issue were professional, informative, and honest about our issue and what they could do. Ended up having to tunnel under our house to fix broken pipes.     Fernando was uprfont about pricing which can be a rarity with (especially some of the allegedly reputable) plumbers. Paul and Jesus came out for a second opinion via a service plan company, after the previous plumber was not able to clear a stoppage affecting two adjacent bathtubs. The previous plumber most likely used too large of an auger and didnt seem to spend enough time trying different things to clear the stoppage. These guys did a great job of using a proper size auger and you could tell Paul had plenty of experience doing this. I knew there was no need to get up on the roof or in the attic and do anything not covered by the warranty company as the previous company had put in their diagnosis and Im very happy with the job Ambition Plumbing did on this second opinion service call.

    We love working with Fernando and Ambition Plumbing. He and his team are so responsive to all our questions. He is very detailed in explaining each project and what theyre working on. He also shows us where items are broken, and he has been 100% honest with us. We have had Ambition Plumbing work on many projects in our older house over the last two years:- They replaced our entire sewer line including digging a trench in the yard.- They also had to tunnel under the house to replace old cast iron pipes that had rusted. The city inspector said everything was perfect.- We also had the water main replaced from the street since it was leaking, they replaced that in a trenchless style and it was very quick.- Removed and replaced our water heater- Installed a water softener and a loop for the softener- Replaced our old kitchen sink with a new sink, faucet, and installed a new garbage disposal- Removed and replaced the ball valves for the washing machine since they were old and dripping.     I had been told by A&A plumbing, that I needed a new hot water heater and I needed to pay them 3100.00 for them to fix it. To make a long story short (Dont use them! Another, separate review for them), I called Ambition Plumbing. Fernando fit me in that very day and came back with a detailed list of solution options. He began by explaining that I did NOT need a new hot water heater. I had a leaking hose that had to be replaced, and the water that had accumulated needed to be cleaned up and dried. There was an electrical issue that needed to be tended to and he gave me the name of an electrician that he recommended. He even took the time to personally coordinate his work with the electricians work by calling him. His fix cost less than 200.00 and it was done promptly and Fernando was thoroughly professional! I cant say enough good things about the whole experience. Fernando was honest and straightforward with my options. He explained my options clearly and even took the time to put them in writing. It may come to pass that I eventually will need a new hot water heater, but at least he was willing to make sure I did not pay for something that was not necessary--until it is. I will use his companys services from now on and advise anyone to do the same. His honest work ethic combined with the utmost in competence is RARE and I am thankful for it!

    Not only did Fernando offer to come out to my rescue at MIDNIGHT due to a drainage backup but his pricing was great! I decided to hold out until the next day which happened to be 4th of July! Their company was closed but by a show of good grace he came out anyways and assessed the pipes and drains and determined my drainage pipes were full of rocks due to kids playing one day. We went over pricing and once the job was finished he waived the service fee so all I had to pay was the repair costs! He was professional and absolutely generous and kind. Upon finishing the repair he brought his camera down into the pipes to confirm with me that the rocks were removed and the pipes are all clear.     Great service and great people. I made a claim with AHS and the first person that came out was from A & M plumbing and they stated that the heating elements on my heater were broken and unit needed to be replaced. AHS did not want to cover the replacement of the water heater saying that it was pre existing issue. I called to fight the claim request and they then sent out Ambition plumbing representative and he did a full system check and the elements were working but the unit is malfunctioning not producing hot water for long periods so the AHS is now going to cover the replacement. I highly suggest folks to use Ambition plumbing for any plumbing need.

    ASAP Plumbing #2 came out through American Home Shield, the are telling my my installation is not up to code and it is going to cost me nearly $800 to install the covered water heater with the warranty coverage. What they did not know is i did plumbing for 9 years, it was all up to code, we got a second opinion from Ambition Plumbing and they came out and I was right. Jesse and Sam are honest and told me everything was up to code and is still new and working except the water heater. They are quicker to respond, nice people, and arent trying to collect from the homeowners and American Home Shield. I would definitely recommend them and if you have a home warranty request them.

    Fernando and Ben from Ambition were amazing. We called them out for a second opinion on a leak in our garage after having ASAP Plumbing come out. ASAP did an unnecessary install of a clean out before running a camera and claiming that there was a pipe separation. They stated that they could tunnel and fix it for $12K or that they could drill down to it for $4K. Fernando and Ben came well within their window (quoted between 9 and 11am and they arrived just before 10). They ran their own checks and said they would run a camera of their own (and that the cleanout install was not at all necessary). They quickly identified that the leak was NOT a pipe separation but in fact a leak from our guest toilet. They pulled the toilet, resealed/rewaxed and then fixed the toilet leak. They were extremely professional and clear about what they were doing the entire time. I highly recommend Ambition Plumbing!

    This is a rebuttal to a review I gave Ambition Plumbing earlier last week on American Home Shield Website. I was very disappointed in the service I got a week ago with employees that work for the Company. It was late and I had a long Day at work. I was a little hasty. I wrote a bad review that evening, gave them a 1 Star. The next Morning the Owner called me and ask me about the review. I explained to him and he resolved the issue right away. The Owner was so caring and concerned about my issue that he gave me a new Water Heater to solve the issue which I really didnt need, but he gave me one. He was very caring and professional. I really appreciate the concern he showed for complaint . What I should have done was called the Company first and talk to the Owner before writing the review and it would have been solved.     We had a broken main water line that had been leaking a lot of water. I had called someone who said they specialized in plumbing but they said they werent able to fix the problem. Thats when I came across Ambition plumbing. Mr. Favela was out the next day to check and explained the problem to me in very simple terms. He then wrote up several options of how he could go about fixing it. He also encouraged me to get prices from other companies to compare and get the best possible price. After some consideration I contacted him and hired him to do the repair. He was here the next day and within a few short hours had everything repaired better than new. He also came out a couple more times to make sure everything was working correctly and he gave me advice on how to upkeep my water heater and water lines. Mr. Favela was quick, efficient, fair, friendly, and on time. I would highly recommend Ambition plumbing if you are looking for someone to do the job fast and done right.

    This company is fantastic! Fernando, who has helped us out once before, is on it again, fixing another LGI plumbing issue we have. Its our faucet on the outside, for the water hose. It had a steady leak because it was faulty. Fernando replaced it. It works fine now.He also looked at our water main and figured out why the meter box and the irrigation access were flooded. It sprung a leak due to the pressure being too high. Fernando gave us solution options and plenty of information. We will call him back for all things plumbing.

    Mr. Fernando was at my house on Saturday and returned on Sunday. He did an outstanding job. He did complete repair on my 13 year old electric water heater.     I gave Ambition a call after hearing good reviews from my neighbors on NextDoor so I decided to give them a try to see if they could help with my bathtubs not draining. He asked about what issues I was experiencing and I told him how I used Drano and stuff but that it no longer worked and just wouldnt drain. He then told me how to unscrew the drain plug and how to clean it out and see if that was my main issue and to give him a call back after. Sure enough, that is all it was, they just needed to be cleaned and pull out all the awful hair that was in there! He did all of this for free over the phone as he had a feeling that is all it was and didnt want me to have to waste my money if it was a simple fix. I will definitely be using them in the future! They clearly care more about taking care of the customer then making an easy few bucks and that means a lot to me and has now made me a forever client and they havent even come to the house yet lol I will provide another update once I have them come over to fix an actual problem and let you know how their handy work is next time so I can also provide a review on their workmanship but so far, a super pleasant experience!

First thing he did was put on booties to come in my house. the first time he came was to install my faucet in my new house. i asked him to come back because i thought the facet was not tight enough. when he came back he checked my water softener and water purifier. he let me know they were not working the way the should. when the water softener company came to look at the system, Fernando got in the phone and told them his findings. i appreciate him and the work he has done.     They were extremely professional and friendly. We needed our PRV and both water heater expansion tanks replaced. They explained everything they were doing along the way, and again afterwards. Showed how the failed parts failed, what damage it caused and would have also caused if not repaired.
