Ive used their services twice now. Most recently Rudy came out to install a faucet and replace the supply hoses. He knocked it out in no time, made me regret not getting it down sooner.On the first project I worked with them on was installing a dishwasher. I got a quote from a competitor first (cough* cough* Goettl) and they tried to charge me the price of the dishwasher for the install. They had the gall to try to also pitch me subscription service. Anyways, Ajax was going to charge me less than half of the competitor. I dont know if that was a reflection of the competitor or how these guys are so reasonable.Ajax Plumbing is reasonable priced, easy to book with, and are quick and professional. Will definitely be coming back to them in the future.

Toby Martinez helped me with a free estimate and even beat the quotes of 3 other plumbers. I ultimately chose Toby with Ajax and I am very happy with my decision. He told me everything I needed to know about the installation and what he would do to make sure it was done right. He was quick with the install and had everything up and running in no time! I highly recommend Toby with Ajax and will be letting all my friends and family know about the great service that was provided to me.

I submitted a request for repairs and was contacted within 45 minutes. They were able to send the plumbers out within a couple hours. Plumbers were courteous and gave me what the cost of services would be without a pressure sale. Agreed to have services done...it only took them an hour and Im happy with the work they did. Would use them again for plumbing needs.

Ajax was very professional and polite. The service tech Tino that came out explained everything to me in great detail and did everything he could and got my water running to where I was able to use my shower until a permanent repair could be done. He showed great concern for my situation and I felt like he really cared about taking care of my issue. The price was really reasonable as well. I will definitely use Ajax again if I ever have a plumbing issue again.

Kitchen sinks were clogged and would not drain. Tried baking soda and vinegar, it bubbled but water wouldn’t drain. Jimmy from Ajax arrived in the early minutes of their estimated three hour window. He was masked, pleasant, very helpful and showed us the clean-out valve under the sink was seeping. He was careful when the backed-up debris in the pipe was released as he opened the clean-out. Jimmy was courteous and did his job efficiently and well. Very pleased with his Saturday solution to our nasty problem.Thanks, Jimmy!!

Third Visit: As always the crew was friendly, pleasant, and competent. We had them replace our water heater, which is no fun in this old house for several reasons. They looked at the situation, went out to get a replacement tank, returned and wrapped up the job in just about four hours total. It would have been three hours except the water drained from the old tank very slowly. Efficient, clean, and organized. Ajax has become my go-to plumbing company.Second Visit: This crew was the only one available from any company same-day. They showed up in short order, looked at the problem, and went right to work. Really nice guys, efficient and had the job done quickly. And they cleaned up afterwards.

This company was awesome from the second they answered the phone. I called them after reading the glowing reviews on Home Advisor. I called them late on Tuesday and Brenda and Tim were great with answering my questions and giving me a fair and reasonable quote over the phone. They had a technician at my house by 1 the next day which happened to be right before a major holiday. Tino and his coworker were great. Very professional and courteous. They explained everything and answered all of my questions. Within a couple of hours, I had a brand new hot water professionally installed by a company I can trust. They cleaned up the work space and left everything perfect. They are a smaller company who has been around for 60 years who did the job right and treat the customer right. They have earned my business going forward!!

Ajax Plumbing Service and Supply is an extremely professional amazing plumbing service provider. They are more reasonably priced than many other plumbing service providers that I received estimates from. They came out and gave me an estimate, and did not charge. They returned, fixed, and replaced my bathtub faucet. They did an excellent job. At the same time, they replaced my outside front hose bibb. Later they inspected and drained my hot water heater for an extremely reasonable price. These people are honest, professional, and I trust them. That is saying a lot coming from an experienced cynic. I highly recommend this business without any reservations.

The repair service went better than I expected. I developed a water leak at 5 pm the day before and had shut off the water to the house at the street. I called several companies that evening and received no response. Not knowing what to expect the next morning, I received a call from Tim at Ajax Plumbing Co. He gave me an estimate of their starting price and it seemed reasonable, so I made the appointment. Within twenty minutes, Tino and Ricky pulled up as I was digging in the ground. After locating the leak, Tino offered me a very fair price for the repair and they began. He explained the cause of the leak was due to the sharp 45 degree angle connecting two pipes being stressed by the surrounding tree roots. I could tell he was very knowledgeable as he did not just replace the leaking part with another 45 degree angle. By utilizing two 45 degree angles and a piece of straight pipe, he was able to make the connection with much less stress on the pipes. Both men are very experienced and pleasant to work with. They filled in the hole and even cleaned up the mud on the sidewalk left by the homeowner. Tino and Ricky are outstanding members of Ajax Plumbing Co. I would recommend them and Ajax Plumbing for any future plumbing problems.

Visited the location on a recommendation online. We needed a part that was hard to find and were told this place had all kinds of parts and pieces for older plumbing and it was our best bet.I will say hes very knowledgeable, he knows his parts and problems with different models. But customer service could be worked on.We visited with the part in hand and sure enough the owner had a few items he said were a match. We described the problem we were having and he told us this was sure to fix it. The part wasnt cheap and was laying loose with no package, but he said it was cheaper than replacing the entire faucet and that the part was new. He also made out like the sink we were repairing was a high quality sink, but it was a low end brand that was 30+ years old.After installing the part we still had the same problem as before. At this point we didnt know what else to try, so I called the store and told him the faucet was still leaking and he told us there was nothing else he could do. I asked if maybe the part he sold us was bad, he acted as if this was impossible even though it was not in a package, and then proceeded to tell me he would be doing us a favor if he allowed us to exchange it since it was now used and I cant sell it.I returned back to the store with the part, exchanged it for another one and left. To make a long story short, I ended up replacing the whole faucet. I cant blame him for whatever was causing our problem, but the attitude I received when I told him the part didnt fix the problem turned me off from referring anyone there.Had he just exchanged the part and said I cant exchange it again if this doesnt work or offered some credit towards something else to fix the problem I would have been a happy customer.Parts Availability 8/10Parts Pricing 7/10Customer Service 5/10

The gentleman that was working was able to not only find the parts I needed, but explain the issue in my 75 year old home.They had everything I needed (Lowes and Home Depot did not). My only issue was that when I arrived he was talking to a lady and her kid in the back. I had to wait about 10 minutes for them to come up front and assist me. The lady and her kid came up front too, and kept distracting the gentleman until they left.After that it was all great!Will use this store again for sure!

This was my first time using Ajax Plumbing Service and it could not have gone better. A Flume device I’d installed a year ago alerted me to a gallon a minute leak. After looking inside and out and finding nothing to indicate the definite source of the leak, I sought the name of a reliable plumber, this after having had very costly bills from a firm I had used several times in the past. From the initial call with Brenda at Ajax to the successful repair by Will, I felt that I was in good hands. What initially seemed like it might be a leaking connection beneath the laundry room turned into a broken connection a foot or so beneath the surface along the house. Will worked on it for several hours and even through lunch, not content to quit without solving the problem.Will was polite, considerate and kept me informed throughout. He did a masterful job. Ajax now has another satisfied customer, one who will be sure to let others know that Ajax is the place to call with plumbing needs.

Great customer interaction with Tino and his helper. Same day service from quote and cost was reasonable for the job. Tub/shower conversion to a stand-up shower. Done within half day. Left the area clean and free of cement dust from excavating the shower floor to move the drain to the center. I did notice after Tino left that there was cement all over the top of the PCV drain fixture that comes apart for the waterproof membrane to seat. He assured me it was no problem, but my tiler disagreed. I noticed after plumber left that the drain seemed to be set a bit too low and was not entirely level. Called my tiler who came over immediately after I sent a photo of the drain installation and he dug it out from the still wet cement and raised it somewhat higher and leveled it. This type of plumbing really needs to be done in tandem with the person doing the tile work because every contractor does things a little differently. Great experience though with Ajax and I recommend them highly.
