    Great Customer Service from start to finish. The company worked extremely fast to come out during an emergency, locate and address our emergency issue even at a late hour. The repair was done in a extremely professional, clean, neat, and fast manner. All service technicians are friendly, personable and very patient. Explained their process, made sure we understood and work in such a fast, highly efficient & effective manner they seemed as if we had known them making the experience a very comfortable and pleasant one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

    They were professional and fixed the leak. However, I feel that their prices are designed to push customers towards the higher end of their pricing structure by inflating the lower end. I had a leak by the water heater (which is 14 years old) from an old copper pipe they charged me $1,100 to replace the copper pipe with Pex. The job was relatively small in size. I think that the lead salesman was trying to get me to buy a new water heater by offering it as a package for $3,200 with the low ball price being the $1,100 just to fix the pipe. Well, I went with the low ball because I just needed the leak fixed and currently do not want to take out credit for a larger job. If they offered part of the $1,100 as a credit towards a water heater in the future, I would go with them. But since I felt a high pressure sales tactic that places undue financial stress on cash strapped consumers, I’m going to go elsewhere. If I’m wrong and that was a $1,100 job then my apologies. Below I’ve posted pictures of the pipe removed and the repair site.

    This is my first time dealing with Air and Plumbing today, and I have only praise for their knowledge and expertise with my remodeled, plumbing and all the plumbing mistakes involved. They came in and solved my problems at a great price and with great attitudes.     Our ac wasn’t working right apparently because of a leak, so I called Air Today. Brandan came the same day to check out was going on and identify the problem and offered solution. George and Orly did an amazing job to replace our system, and a nice upgraded one. They were both very professional and polite. They both made sure to make things right. Before they wrapped up, their manager Josh showed up to ensure everything was good. I highly recommend Air and Plumbing Today. I appreciate their honesty and great work!

    Awesome company!! I dont write many reviews, but had to share my experience with Air & Plumbing Today! After a few no-shows or cancelations from a different company I called Air & Plumbing Today and from the kind person who answered my call and scheduled me immediately to the plumbers who came out to diagnose the problem and the plumbers who came to install, I received nothing but 5 start service. Henry and his coworker Danny(?) got to my house on time, diagnosed the issue with the water heater and then explained to me what would need to be done, financing options, etc. They were so kind and patient as I figured out my financing and were even trying to come back out the same day to install the new water heater. I instead scheduled for a couple days later. Orlando and his coworker (cant remember his name!) came out to install and they were also both so incredibly nice and professional. They got everything done quickly and professionally. I had to call on a weekend in the evening to ask a question and they happily answered the call and took the time to answer questions. The plumbers and office staff could not have been nicer and eager to help. They made the entire process stress free. I would highly recommend!!

    I had 3 companies view and recommend systems to replace my hot water heater. None of the companies estimates included an actual evaluation for what would work best at my home. I had seen Air & Plumbing Today trucks in my neighborhood, so I called them. Roger came over and basically told me system I wanted was wrong and instead of making that system kind of kind of work he suggested a system that would work as if designed for my house and situation. NICE. I asked for a few days to think and called back Saturday to set up a follow-up appointment for Monday and instead Henry came to my house the same day. We signed the contract and Orlando came to my house the same day and installed the new unit. NICE. They got everything done quickly and professionally that same day. The new unit has performed as expected. We be more pleased. I would highly recommend!!

    Always a pleasure to work with these gentleman! They are prompt, work quickly and clean. They go above and beyond. (This time the plumber helped me load an antique table into my van because my air bnb guests had it up on end and i was worried it would be damaged.) They are very communicative at every step of the process, so I never have to guess about any of the work theyre doing. Prices are very reasonable as well! This was the second job I called them for and Ive been very pleased both times! They will definitely be my first call again the next time I need something done at either of my properties.

    Great experience with Air & Plumbing Today. The technicians, Edgar & Roger, arrived before scheduled time to clear plumbing stoppage we were experiencing in bathroom. They were able to give a free estimate before work was done of possible scenarios.They were both polite, friendly, and very professional. They were able to resolve our plumbing issue quickly and with no hidden fees!!! Would recommend to anyone!

    Shoutout to the good people at Air Today.We were experiencing a heater problem, called the company and spoke with Michelle who got the wheels rolling on sending a technician. As promised, Ryan arrived on time, inspected the unit, but had to administer last rites as the unit was unserviceable. As our air conditioner was 30 years old, we decided to replace it as well. Ryan provided a very reasonable estimate to replace both units.The following morning, the Team of Jacob, Anthony, and Orly arrived on time and began the tear down and replacement process working almost 6 straight hours until the task was completed. They did a great job and operated very well as a team.We are pleased with the new equipment and very pleased with the overall process. Michelle facilitated the scheduling and kept us informed of when and what would occur. All 4 techs were very professional, courteous, respectful and answered all our questions.Thank you all.

    Amazing experience!!! I highly recommend these guys!!!You never want to having a plumbing issue, but if you do have one, these are the guys to call.The plumbing issue I had was actually beneath my slab. They identified the exact location of the issue, provided me a fair quote up front, completed the repair in a timely manner and the kept me informed the whole time on every part of the process.

    Air and Plumbing Today have been great and super quick to schedule an appointment.Christopher R came last month because one of our units wasn’t working. He was great to diagnose the issue which turned out to be the same issue we had couple weeks prior and that was supposedly fixed by previous contractor. He was quick to fix the issue and was very knowledgeable.Today Tony D came to fix an issue with our thermostat. He was also very knowledgeable and awesome fixing the issue.So far we have received fantastic service and we really appreciate it.

    Both experiences I’ve had with the company have been amazing! I had them come out and check out my AC when I was buying my house and Jack was knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful.     Great experience working with this company. Our AC went out on a Thursday afternoon and Christopher R came about an hour after I called. He talked is through our different options and helped us get everything taken care of and AC back up and running within 24 hours. Great install team as well! I called them on a Sunday at 10:00 and they sent someone ASAP! The person was hear at 11:40am. It took a few minutes to run some test and by 12:45 had unit fixed and running again!     Thank you Air & Plumbing Today! After my old A/C unit gave up on me (13 years in the San Antonio Sun is a lifetime), they sent out someone to diagnose the problem the same day I called and then set up an appointment to install a new unit the very next day. The technicians Orly and Jorge (I think) were professional and explained the process to me and even convinced me to crawl into the attic and see the completed work.     We had both of our A/C units replaced recently - Chris helped with the estimate and talked us through the financing options, which eased our minds a lot.On the day of install, we were impressed by the timely arrival, professional introductions and how efficiently they all worked as a team. Alexander, John, Jacob and Anthony all helped us understand the process, how the new set ups would work and answered questions along.We had a plumbing issue come up as a result of some lines that were blocked and cleared out during the HVAC system install. Daniel and Orlando were the techs sent out to assist with that side of things and they were also extremely professional. They came out towards the end of the day and only needed a few minutes to sort out the problem - we really appreciated them checking in and offering to help with any other plumbing issues we may have had since they were on site already.Overall, it was a great experience and were happy with the new systems.     The gentleman that came and inspected, diagnosed and did the work needed done were very professional and courteous. Walked me through everything they found wrong and made suggestions for repair or replace. Showed the cost for both and explained what doth intailed. Left the decision up to me with no pressure to do one or the other. Had them replace everything in both my bathrooms. They got to work and had it all done in a few hours.     I was referred to this company by a friend. In the last couple of years we had a few serious issues, major indoor and outdoor leaks and replacing our complete a/c unit .     We called Air and Plumbing Today, Gabe and Matt came out that afternoon and diagnosed the problem; a leaking evaporative coil. They provided several options, we opted to replace the coil. The quote was $2,600. The next morning, Gus and Kevin installed the new coil, refilled the coolant and did some general system maintenance. They were polite and careful not to do any damage. They covered our floors and cleaned up after themselves. When it came time to pay, the charge was exactly what they quoted. We were very pleased with the whole process and the results.

    My HVAC system wasnt cooling and I called several companies for repair estimates. Air & Plumbing Today, LLC was one of the first companies to respond with a free estimate for repair and/ or replacement. After taking estimates from several companies and researching all of my options, it was clear I needed to replace my system. I decided to go with Air & Plumbing, LLC to replace my system due to their competitive pricing and expedient customer service. Brandan worked within my budget to get me the upgraded HVAC system that I wanted and had a team out the same day I called. George and Orly, the assigned HVAC installers, arrived on time and worked nonstop to remove the old HVAC unit and expediently install the upgraded HVAC system to standard. Both young men were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and respectful of me and my home. It was evident they take great pride in their work and strive to provide optimal customer service. George and Orly thoroughly explained the process and showed me the completed work for inspection to demonstrate it was installed to standard, and ensure it was to my satisfaction. They also went over the new thermostat installation and warranties, as well as did a superb job of clean up and debris removal. I was thoroughly impressed with this companys responsiveness, outstanding customer service, and the installation teams efficiency and professionalism.     Andrew and George were amazing! My 87 year old mother has been without AC for 4 weeks now and after many headaches and calls to American Home Shield, we gave up and called Air and Plumbing Today. They were super responsive answering a Facebook message from me at 7:00pm this past Friday night. They immediately called and had someone out to the house first thing Saturday morning. It was determined that she needed a new unit. They came out Monday to run some tests and I am happy to report she has a new unit today and called to tell me she was actually cold in the house. Important to note that while Andrew and George were there, they noticed a new carbon monoxide detector laying on the rocking chair. Without her asking, they grabbed it, put it together and installed it! Way to go above and beyond! Everyone, to include office staff have been incredibly pleasant and wonderful to work with! Also reasonably priced! Would highly recommend and I will be calling them to service my AC now that my mother has been taken care of!

    I purchased a new washer and when trying to install it discovered that I had corroded washer shut off valves. The delivery men could not disconnect and the cut-off valves had to be replaced. I called Air and Plumbing this morning and Henry and Daniel were able to come right away to replace the corroded shut off valves. Henry was able to take care of the problem quickly. Henry explained everything that was wrong and what he could do to take care of my problem. I will definitely use Air and Plumbing if I need again.

    I don’t leave a lot of detailed reviews, but everyone at Air Today went above and beyond to help my wife and I out! The excellent customer service started after hours on a Saturday! My wife called expecting to leave a voicemail and instead was able to speak to someone! Jack came out the next day(Sunday) and took the time to go over the entire system with us. We arranged financing on Monday, that was a little lower than the estimate. My wife called to discuss our options(they helped us meet our financing) and we were on the schedule for Tuesday to get our entire system replaced. Gus came out during the time slot promised and had the system running that evening! He made sure to show us everything they did and went over all the components with us. Our system works better and inside and outside looks neater than it did when brand new! If you’re having heating and air conditioning issues, dont hesitate to give them a call!

    Love Air Today!Liked Jack B right off. You just know from the get go. He had smile on his face and friendly. He was very professional. He inquired and ensured he would resolve our a/c issues for us as he slipped on the booties over his shoes.Jack B came two days ago to check our a/c as it was not cooling. I had not signed up for the twice annually maintenance check when a new outside unit was installed last year - May 19th. He found that unit was running great.The upstairs air handler primary main drain was clogged. He took care of it and noted some other small issues that had been passed inspection when we moved in 5 years ago that probably should not have passed but took care of those plus a seal.He told us about the microscopic organism stuff inside air handler. He showed us the pictures he had taken and Jack gave us the option to get the UV lights to prevent growth. No hard sales.Today he arrived to installed the UV lights. He arrived when expected and greeted us with a smile. He went straight to work. He did the installed and wiped down everything in the allotted timeframe.I have asked that Jack B be our technician going forward.Giovanni and Michelle were also great!Gotta love Air Today! No hassle phone call - our appointment in the morning the next day and great service.

    *Update*I have been dealing with an ongoing plumbing issue in my rental property and Aaron Plumbing today have been there every step of the way to assist. When I call the plumbing company Daisy answers and is Pleasant and professional and helpful in every way. I had to have them come out twice for an issue with water leaking from the second floor bathroom through the ceiling of the first floor. The first time they came out, the Plumbers name was Orlando and he was excellent informative and discovered one of many issues causing the leak and repaired it.I was informed by my tenet the leak had not completely stopped but it was down to a trickle (Step in the right direction).I called back about a week later and Daisy answered the phone again. She was able to schedule a plumber to come back to the property that same day. Tate was the plumber who came out the second time and he again was completely professional informative and did great work. He discovered that the shower itself needed to be resealed in certain parts and he did this for me at no cost. He advised that if this didnt fix the issue, he would recommend I hire a tile specialist to reseal the entire shower.I wish I could say that is the end of the story but unfortunately the leak continued. I did hire a tile guy to come and seal the entire shower for me. This morning my tenet informed me the leak still hasnt stopped. So I called and Daisy picked up again. And again she was pleasant, professional and nothing but helpful. She even transferred me to the Plumbing manager named Steve. He told me that as soon as possible he was going to have someone come out and go into the wall of the shower and diagnose this issue. He took a lot of time on the phone to go over what to expect and some of my possible options. He was very friendly and personable. All in all this is about the best experience Ive ever had with a plumbing company and I fully intend to use them for all my plumbing needs in the future and would happily recommend them to anyone. Daisy, Orlando, Tate, and Steve, thank you again for your hard work, professionalisn, and helping make a stressful situation smooth and easy.

    This is the 3rd time I have used this wonderful company for my personal home and I refer all my clients to them because of their prompt response, attention to detail, quality workmanship and just kind and respectful employees. Brian came out because our pipe burst from the freeze. I was told it would be up to 2 hour wait and he showed up in 20 minutes. They located and isolated the leak and were able to fix it and ensure we continued to have water. Super awesome family owned company and top notch professionals. Courteous from start to finish. They worked seamlessly and without major issues or problems. They made sure we were satisfied with their work before they left and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We are satisfied with the results now but will know more after using the new system. I still highly recommend this company for HVAC maintenance and repair.Update: 16 Nov 23Had our bi-annual service today. Jack was our assigned tech.     Met Chris at a gas station, noticed his shirt and decided to ask him a few questions about the system at home. He had no problem answering them, kinda felt guilty for taking up his time but he assured me that it was no problem at all. Chris was super informative and helpful. He took the time to explain the proper ways to maintain my system during both cold and warm weather, talked to me about proper filtration, how to get better quality air in my home and that I should be getting regular maintenance done to extend the life of my system. I gotta say that I was surprised at how knowledgeable he is and how eager he was to help out a stranger. All in all, what a great guy. Any company should feel lucky to have such a great employee!

    I called to verify that a quote was still good, and the owner Manny honored it. I then obtained some more quotes from other companies to make a good decision. Even though I could have gotten amore expensive unit with all the discounts for $300 more than Air and Plumbings quote, I chose to go with Air and Plumbing Today because they were not pushy and they have great customer service. I was incredibly impressed with their prompt service, professional technicians George and Orly, and transparent pricing and the professionalism by Irelynn and her manager Matt, who did not hesitate to call when she was busy. They were so polite and professional, not pushy. George and Orly, the technicians, arrived on time and completed the job with so much patience and expertise explaining as they worked. We had a big snag where the outside unit would not fit through the gate, and while I was panicking on the phone with Matt, they were on the phone with their boss Josh. Not even 20 min later, after they took down a piece of my fence, Josh was on site assesing the situation. He and another crew member completely repaired my fence. I appreciated their communicationthe technicians George and Orly were here from 9-5, taking their time to install my AC unit correctly. When the city did the inspection, I passed the first round. The sweet lady in office Eileen filled out My rebate and sent it in. The next day, when the Air was blowing so loud, Matt sent Brandon over at my convenience to adjust. When he arrived I told him my AC outside unit had ice & air stopped blowing inside my home. Within 30 minutes after arriving Brandan diagnosed & fixed my AC.     GREAT Service by David AC Technician. Found the problem that was created by the Byer Boys who had wired the Main AC board incorrectly.
