Angel and Javier from Drain Works plumbing came to my house with one day notification and installed a new Smith water heater in my garage. They came in the morning and explained what I needed and what the cost would be, a clear and honest estimate. They offered to check the cost against other companies. I didn’t need that assurance. It’s over a hundred degrees outside, and they transported the heater to my house, removed the defective one, and installed the new one perfectly in three hours. Angel explained the laws about gas water heaters and set the temperature to the right setting. Their work was excellent and trustworthy. I’d hire them next to install a new water softener. Adam & his assistant quickly had the drain cleared in minutes. On my way to work this morning, I found a leak at my front wall. Couldn’t tell if it was the faucet, the pipe, or if it affected the inside of the wall. Add, it is Friday. I contacted DrainWorks and explained to Maria the situation. I had to close the main water valve as there was lots of water coming out so I had no water in the house. Even though, they did not have appointments, she found a spot for me. Not only John and Daniel showed up but they were early. They stopped the leak. I have water for the weekend and they will be coming back to finish the job Monday. Services are reasonable priced. Customer service is great. They were respectful, professional, and have great communication. They explained what was the problem, what they were going to do and how, the cost, process. In short they were awesome.

I had Drainworks, specifically John and Danuel, come out to inspect what I though might be a leaking pipe under the foundation of the house. John and Danuel were polite, professional, on time, and, best yet, specific when identifying the actual issue. Turns out it was a sprinkler head that was causing the issue and a simple cap of that head, which wasnt watering anything but rocks thanks to the freeze a couple of years ago, would resolve the issue. Drainworks didnt make any money on this call, but because of that and John and Danuels professionalism, I will be calling them to come out for any future plumbing issues and I highly recommend them to you as well.

Toby was awesome! He was on time, he explained the process and gave me an estimated amount of time to do the work. Drainworks provided new gas lines, new drain pans and expansion tanks. After the installation, I had questions such as how to start the pilot light since it was different that my other hot water heaters. Toby took the time explain the difference and he even let me drive so that I felt comfortable re-igniting the flames. I could even hear him asking the other tech to move slowly to make sure that the hot water heater didnt hit the sheetrock during the removal. Cant say enough good things about Toby and Drainworks.
