Second time using this company. I always pay in advance to make it easy since I am out of state. You call, schedule an appointment with his wife, and he shows up and doesn’t bother anyone. He takes away the customers burden of filing the back flow test with the city. He does everything himself. I recommended him to my property manager.

This company tested my backflow valve after I installed it. The city required it for my permit. The company did a fantastic job. I submitted the test request online using their web form and paid for the service online as well. They didn’t even need me out there when testing. They couldn’t have made it more accessible. More of this, please.

Great experience! Got a notice from SAWS over the holiday weekend. I submitted a request for service with A&A Backflow LLC (the next business day) through their website submission portal. Received a call right away and thankfully the technician was in my area, so they handle it all within 5 minutes of my call. We never had to do backflow testing before, so we had a few questions and everyone was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone and will back to use them next year when we have to do it all again.
