Steve and Oscar are knowledgeable and friendly and made conversation with me while they were working. They treated me like I was one of their own relatives, even showing me my plumbing situation firsthand, and teaching me basics on how to unclog my dishwasher and fix a locked garbage disposal myself in case of any future issues. They also fixed problems with my plumbing that I didnt even know I had, at no additional charge.My late grandfather was a plumber his whole adult life, starting as a teenage apprentice, and this is exactly what he would do for his kids and grandkids when they had homes of their own. It was an experience I missed out on personally with him, but Im sure he would approve of the service I was given today. In fact it felt a bit like he was there in spirit.I definitely will call 210 plumbing again if I ever need to. I appreciate people who treat their customers like friends or relatives, rather than dollar signs. And I also appreciate businesses that do the job right the first time. Id rather pay $210 to have the job done right by a master plumber, than pay $50 to the I know a guy who can do it for cheap hobbyist who doesnt know what they are doing and might cause further issues I would have to pay more for later.

My 22 Year old gas water heater refused to light. I called out two companies who both told me the water heater couldnt be fixed and aggressively pressured me to spend 4k+ on a new water heater installation. I called 210 Plumbers and Russell first gave me an EXCELLENT quote on a new system (the SAME exact water heater others quoted me). I was expecting to have to get a new install, but asked if there was a chance they could fix it - Steve assured me he could fix it, and he did! I highly appreciate how they first look to FIX rather than replace - this shows that they have the customer in mind and not just seeing them as dollar signs. There was zero pressure to buy anything.

When our new washing machine arrived the installers were not able to connect it due to extremely bad hot and cold faucet connections. What to do? We called a local plumbing company (big name) and they told us we would be placed on a 10 day waiting list. NOT an option. I knew there was a plumbing company in the Fords Landing strip center so I rolled the dice and gave them a call. Best decision we made. The receptionist was amazing and worked us in the very same day. The two plumbers that came to our house (Steve and Mark) were amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient they has us connected in under an hour (as opposed to ten days) and the total, out the door, was less than $200. If I could give a higher star rating I would. I had a great experience with 210 Plumbing after being without hot water for several days. I called them late afternoon yesterday and they were able to get someone out here today. Steve was very straightforward, honest, and never pressured me into anything. He explained everything he needed to do and why. He showed me a lot of things on my water heater I had no idea about. He also did a bit of education on safety. He was able to get my old water heater back up and running in no time. Finally get to have a nice, hot shower! Will definitely call them again.

Faucet and Shower repair.

I have nothing other than HIGHLY RECOMMENDATION for this business.My 2 water heaters go bad and need their heating elements replaced.I tried to contact multiple plumbing companies, all of them took more than 24 hours to come over and then quote me a ridiculously price. Believe it or not, the heating elements only cost around $30-$50 each, but all of those companies charge $500-600 to replace each heating elements, so $1000- 1200 in total for 2 heating elements.I tried my luck with 210plumber. Steve and his staff showed up at my house in less than 1 hour after my call. They immediately jump in to diagnose the water heaters, and finish everything within an hour. When waiting for the water heater to drain, they even replace my expansion tank for FREE. They also go the extra mile and check the water pressure and other valves in the meantime.In the end, my bills for parts and labor to get 2 heating elements replaced and 1 expansion tank replaced is only $280! That is less than 1/4 of what other companies charge.What an awesome business with awesome people. Fast, quality work, extremely honest, and most importantly, extremely fair pricing.

Russell Walker, the owner and Master Plumber has been doing this work for over 40 years and he knows his stuff! He and his team fixed 3 plumbing problems today, and Im so happy with his service!

Called a previous plumber that does things the “right way” and we basically got vandalized, we called 210PLUMBER, as we should have in the first place, and are beyond pleased. Steve and Joe troubleshot and fixed multiple leaks that look to have been “bandaided” by the previous owners. They were very informative and showed my husband a few things to prevent issues in the future. They were thorough, and spent a few hours fixing and then testing the fixes again. My toilet now lays flat on the floor and actually looks as if a professional had installed it now. Thank you Steve and Joe! You are now our go to plumber.

They did an EXCELLENT job of finding where the leak in our plumbing was, which was not an easy task in our older home with all kinds of possibilities. The hand cutoff was frozen tight, so I had to shut off the water at the water meter. The next morning, I called 210-Plumber, as recommended by a neighbor/friend. The plumber, Russell Walker, showed up at the correct time and promptly found and repaired the leaking problem and also replaced my old and inoperable hand cutoff. They came but because shower was originally a tub and changed pipes to fit a walk in shower mode, drainage issues was for Drain specialists after they tried to auger/snake clog out, and were kind enough to not charge....very honest people, definitely would recommend. We have used 210 Plumber since they were a one-man operation years ago. While their services are not less expensive than others, they usually find the problem is not as extensive as others, so they end up saving you money. Their work is professional and comes with many years of experience behind it. We have referred them to friends who have saved a lot of money compared to estimates from other companies. Recently, Steve worked what I would consider miracles and avoided me having to spend more than $650 I had been quoted from another company. The latest visit was to install a new water heater, and the work was done professionally and on time. I have no reservation on recommendation them for any of your plumbing needs.

Steven and David did an excellent job fixing our problem, highly recommend.

When my water heater went out Sunday morning I called another plumber who said they will fix it but they could not give me an estimate over the phone. When they showed up the next day their estimate was ridiculously high. I then discovered 210 Plumber just by googling for a plumber in my area and was impressed by all the positive feedback. I called them and they gave me a reasonable estimate over the phone and told me they could be there a couple hours later that afternoon. They showed up on time and went right to work. Russell Walker came out personally to start the job and Jonathan finished up. They were both very polite I am quite happy with my new hot water heater. .

My name is Eric, and my wife and I needed some work done immediately in one of our bathrooms. We needed work done in the other one too. However, as much as plumbers can charge, we financially could only get 1 done. We called 210 Plumber and we discovered they are half as much as every one else, but probably more professional by 10 fold. Russel Walker showed up his self with a helper named Jonathan. They got right to work and not only fixed the problem in one bathroom but repaired the other one too. They were both very nice guys, who truly went above and beyond for my wife and I. They were affordable and both these men showed lots of heart, in really wanting to help us. That is a character quality, that you do not come across everyday. They really do care about their customers and doing an excellent job. This company 210 Plumber, takes a lot of pride in their work. My wife and I are very greatful to this company, and to Russel, Jonathan and Gloria for really helping us out of a bind at a price we could afford. Very satisfied customer. Like most, I hate plumbing issues because it always feels like a 50/50 chance you are going to get ripped off. I couldnt be happier with the what I paid for. They worked quickly meaning no wasted time charged by the hour. I dont know if they are the cheapest, but I genuinely felt they were fair and honest which is the most important thing anyways. I however was very pleased with the price for the knowledge and experience between the two gentlemen was worth more then the fee. These are actual plumbers and not some vaugly trained newbie calling someone for the answers every 5 min. will recommend and use 210 Plumber moving forward. I strongly suggest you do too!

This is the second time I have used 210 Plumber. I really appreciated the way that Steven educated us on the problem as well as several solutions. While it appears that we need a new water softener, he never once pressured us into anything, instead, saying that it would be wise to do our research. We had another problem that went along with that which he did fix. He had to dig up a little part of our yard, but he put it back very neatly. I wouldnt hesitate to call this company again!

I was prepared for the worst cause I thought I had 3 major plumbing issues, the outside faucet, the guest shower, and master bath sink. Steven came and resolved all 3 hard water issues with declogging and cleaning instead of replacing those parts. Saved this senior some money! I have used 210 Plumber before and am always pleased with how prompt, friendly, and efficient they are. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 was due to scheduled appointment misunderstanding but I will continue to use.

Excelente service and reasonable price!The company we consulted before gave us the wrong diagnosis . They open a little hole in the ceiling and they said that we had to redo our shower and gave us an estimate of 6000$. We were shocked, frustrated and overwhelmed for the estimate .They definitely wanted our money.We decided to tear down the sheetrock from the ceiling and found two nails holding the pipe .We thought that was the problem but not until we decided to look for reasonable estimates and honest companies , we found 210 plumbing. The plumber that came, was very professional and knowledgeable . He was able to go deeper and found another nail that was embedded in the pipe causing the leak . We paid 400$ and it was solved! Needed a water heater replacement and a clogged toilet unclogged. I called several places and selected 210-Plumbing after getting different quotes. Steve came over and from the time he got here he kept me informed on what he was doing. Answered all my questions and was very friendly and professional. They did a great job in installing water heater and also added a drip pan. He assessed the clogged toilet and did several things to make sure it was flushing correctly . He also recommended a couple of things to help keep it from clogging. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. So pleased with the service at 210-PLUMBER. We needed a new water heater to bring it to code and got quotes from multiple companies. Hands down, these are the best people to work with! Every other company sent someone to look at the old one to give a quote (and make a sales pitch), but 210-PLUMBER gave us a very fair and accurate quote over the phone. I love that it’s a local, family owned company instead of a big company that tries to get you stuff you don’t need. Our old water heater was a mess, but Steve and Oscar got it out smoothly and did a fantastic job installing the new one. They pulled a permit and of course it passed the city inspection. We’re happy to have found this company and will be using them for our plumbing needs in the future!

Ive used 210Plumber several times; the service has always been outstanding and the fees are reasonable. Recently Steve solved a very challenging problem in which a leaking pipe was inside the wall of a home elevator shaft. He found and repaired the leak, and beautifully replaced the drywall. All of their employees are courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this plumbing service.

I called 210 Plumber from Home Depot while looking for the toilet replacement. This company saved me $10,000. Another plumbing company told me a stoppage in my sink was caused by something they couldn’t get out after a few minutes of trying. They told me I was going to have to dig a hole in the middle of my house. These folks put them to shame by popping out drain cork that was dropped in the pipe by a handyman that was assisting in my kitchen remodel. Russell, Steve, Gloria and Ginger checked all the boxes for the best plumber in town. I had an emergency leak in my yard. The water was running and bubbling. I didnt know where it was coming from. I called 20 companies literally to see if I could get someone out that day. Gloria from the office said she would see. I was thrilled when she called back and said some one was on the way. Steve arrived and started the job but the job turned out to be bigger than expected. Russell soon came to help and together they handled their business!! They had to pull out a big bush to get to the leak but not without communicating to us every step of the way why they were doing what they were doing. They did not want to do more damage. They were extremely careful and conservative.When we decided the bush had to go, Russell got rope, hooked it up to his truck and pulled it out. They used various tools to cut through roots to get to the leak. They repaired the busted pipe quickly and talked to us about what they did. The greater news is the price was so fair!!! Best rates in town. Gloria and Ginger took care of my payment and gave me compassionate customer service. Super sweet ladies.All of this going on at the height of the covid19. 210 Plumber was AMAZING! They came to locate an underground leak and were relentless in digging until they found it. Both owners joined the master plumber and his partner, and we all worked together to locate this hard to find water main leak. Once it was found, they repaired it quickly and guided us to finish the task on our own to help save us some money. The owner, Russell even called later that evening to follow up and give further instructions over the phone to help us finish up and figure out another unrelated issue! They seemed genuinely concerned about our situation and were very knowledgeable in finding the solution. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future!
