Very professional. Had been using Nacho for plumbing issues. My plumber and his assistant worked like a fine tune machine. Huge difference from Nacho. Very pleased with Greg’s expertise. Fixed a drip outside and wrapped the pipe nicely! ALSO my kitchen faucet had low water pressure and he went straight to it took out the part that makes it low water and cleaned out the calcium. Now I can do it myself! He didn’t hesitate when he saw the faucet( the faucet intimidates me)went straight to it and fixed it within about two minutes! Great job! Great service!!

They had the toilet on the truck and took away the old broken one. 10% military discount and really reasonable cost. I didn’t even have to go to Lowes and pick one up. Unfortunately a few days later the valve that he replaced had a manufacture defect of which he showed me before he replaced the defective valve. JJ Melchiori from 1st Call Plumbing, Heating & Air was the technician that was dispatched for my Irrigation double check valve replacement. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional during the entire process. After replacing the double check valve, he noticed that my water pressure was low and recommended that I replace the flow regulator. I accepted his recommendation and I’m so glad that I did because my water pressure increased from 40psi to 72psi. My shower in the master bathroom has a new attitude and I love it. JJ also checked my Rheem tankless water heater setup and noticed that the expansion tank was defective and not needed for my setup. He replaced the expansion tank with pressure valve instead and now my system is operating perfectly. Im extremely satisfied with my service today and would highly recommend JJ and 1st Call Plumbing, Heating & Air for all of your needs. They were fast, efficient, customer service oriented. Please call them when you need assistance because you will be impressed. Outstanding job JJ!!

Technicians Moses and Lorenzo were very polite and respectful. Moses was able to troubleshoot my low water pressure issue and explained repairs needed in terms I could understand. Team left work area clean after repairs were done while working in over a 100 degree weather.

I probably called 12 different companies, either they had no availability or when I found one company who would come out, they canceled just before they were to arrive. So I call 1st Call Plumbing, told me they could have a technician out within the next couple hours!!! How amazing the relief was, when Chris McBurney arrived it was with a great swiftness he was able to get my A/C system diagnosed and up and running in but mere minutes it seemed. Absolute professionals and Great Service. Will absolutely call when I move forward to replacing my outdated system.

I called Wednesday July 10th around 1pm about fixing a pinhole leak in the PEX tubing that runs across that attic and down to my shower. Rita was super nice and said shed have someone call me shortly about getting to my house. Not even an hour later, Patricia called and asked if Id be available within 30 minutes for technician Josh to arrive. When Josh and Lorenzo arrived they were polite and professional! They checked out my problem and said they could fix it right then and there, and they gave me a free estimate as advertised! They carefully explained what needed to be done. They did the work and they were friendly, courteous, considerate, professional in every way! They made sure to clean up any mess that was made, and went above and beyond to ensure all questions or other concerns were answered! Payment and invoices were done electronically on the spot. I couldnt be more satisfied with my interaction with 1st Call. We received a letter from SAWS saying we had been using 5 gallons an hour 24 hours a day, suggesting we have a leak somewhere. Chris Elizondo and his partner came out fixed the leak that was flagged by American Leak Detection and installed a pressure release valve and expansion tank. I will continue using this company for my plumbing needs.

Sunday 8/11/2024We got a water bill that was twice what we usually get with no excess water use. 1st Call came out promptly, assessed it and found no leaks. Weve turned this over to SAWS since theyve been in the neighborhood and robo-called recently a few times that water would be out. There are leaks up and down the main streets to our house & 16 reported on SAWS map alone in this area.We submitted the 1st Call paperwork to SAWS and must wait 60-90 days for a possible billing adjustment. Thank you 1st Call, we will keep you top of mind for the future!

Hello: wanted to share my experience with First Call Plumbing. I needed major work done to the plumbing at the back of my home. The plumbers, most notably Eric Garza and his assistant were able to remove the area where the original plumbing failed and install new plumbing in a professional manner. Also a big thank you to Nelson Gonzalez and his crew for removing the dirt under the foundation and back fill the area once the plumbing job was finished. Really pleased with these guys! My kitchen sink was draining really slow and backing up, and they came out quickly and resolved this issue in 30 minutes. Greg was very straightforward about the best case (just a clog in the main sewage line) and worst case (crack/break in the line) as soon as he saw the issue, along with the pricing for each scenario. They were the first ac company I called to a full AC replacement. I also checked with two other company’s Jhon Wayne and Elmer. 1st call beat them by $4850 and beat them with 10 year warranty. Will F came out to my house to see if my unit could be fixed or needs to be replaced. I was it needed to be replaced. Will walked through the process of different units and prices. Not even once did he push to get the top of the line. But we wanted top of the line. We made payment arrangements and we were set for next day installation. The two AC tech showed up right on time ready to work. Ryan and Johnny are by far two of the neatest works I’ve ever seen. After they finished the installation they swept the area’s and left the room cleaner then when they started. They also took time to walk me through the ecobee thermostat great device. I had this company come out back in 1920 and the services were awesome, just recently I had them come out and the Tech checked my unit up above in the attic and that was it and stated that the unit was to old which is only 8yrs old and finding the parts will take a lot for them to get them and it will cost over 8 thousand dollars because it has a bad leak, along with replacing the the whole unit for 20 thousand. So I got a second opinion and it turns out it was just the thermostat. I will like to know how many more people they have told this to and really did not need it done!!!!After my review above I receive a call from the owner John he was very nice and helpful and did someone out right away to double check and are now in the process of hopefully being able to replace a part than getting a whole new unit. We called about a pipe that was rattling by our water heater in the garage.Joel Guevara and David came out and quickly assessed what was going on. Our water pressure was very high. Come to find out the PRV we had, had failed. They went over in detail about what they would need to do to fix our situation. These guys were awesome and very professional! They put in a high pressure PRV to handle any fluctuations of pressure in the neighborhood. They also flushed our water heater out. While digging to replace the older PRV, Joel and David noticed that a previous install that was done, could have been better. Joel and David knocked it out of the park with doing the install correctly and putting the correct size fittings that matched the pipe leading to our home.After all the work was done, they explained in detail about the work performed and we could barely even tell there was any digging done. I had a problem with my hot water heater leaking and discovered after hours on a Friday. I read the reviews for 1st Call Plumbing and decided to give them a call that Saturday. I called at 7am when they opened and Patricia took my call and scheduled an appt that same day for a plumber to come take a look. She called me back when the plumber was 20 minutes from my home and texted me a picture of Brandon my plumber so I knew who to expect at my door. Brandon and his helper were right on time. They were courteous, very informative in explaining my options for a fix and the expected cost of each option so I could make an informed decision. They made sure that I understood the work that was to be done and approx how long the job would take. Within about an hour the problem was fixed. We tested the water heater to make sure it was operating properly with no leaks after and I was so impressed I decided to get an estimate on some future plumbing installs that I need in that same visit. They were happy to do that as well and emailed me all of the info for the estimate as well. Top notch service! Kudos to both Brandon and his helper! I will be using this company for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

We had something leaking behind our dishwasher before leaving for a week out of state. They showed up an fixed the leak in short order...a hose had popped off the dishwasher.The morning we were set to fly out, the leak resumed. Our kids kept an eye on the house so they were able to keep up with the dripping with towels.We called 1st call the day we got back and they were out the next day - A Sunday - And fixed the issue once and for all. Turns out it was self-inflicted. Id changed out our garbage disposal and forgot to punch out the dishwasher punch-out. The pressure from the reverse osmosis system was causing the hose to pop and drip randomly.Weve finally found a plumbing company well stick with. These guys are amazing. Brandon was great. We had problems with our commode continuously running. We called 1st Call and they sent a team out that day. We were given an explanation of exactly what was wrong and given three possible solutions: fix exactly what was wrong, replace the complete inside of the tank, or replace the entire commode. We were given an exact cost for each option. Since we had always wanted an oval commode as opposed to the round one we had, this was a perfect opportunity to replace our old commode, so thats what we did. We were given a choice of three different commodes and the exact price for each one. The price quoted was the total cost (removal of the old commode, cost of the new one we selected, installation, and tax). They did a great job, and we are very pleased with their work. If we need plumbing work in the future, we will use them again. Highly recommend them to you.

I can’t say enough great things about this company. I haven’t had the best experience with plumbers off a Google search.I called and I didn’t have to leave a message on a voicemail in hopes someone would return my call. I immediately spoke to Sonya to see the next available time/date someone could to my house to look into the water leak and give me an estimate for repair.Just as she prepared me, Koby came to my home in the window of time as set by Sonya. He came in, took a look around and walked me through my options. He was patient, answered all my questions. He didn’t make me feel like I was wasting his time or that he had something else he could have been doing.After agreeing to move forward he was very clear on when the investigation and testing cycle ended and when I was moving into the repair phase. Through out each step in the process he’d explain what he found, how much it would cost and we’d both move one. Plumbing is a space that I know nothing about, he effortlessly spoke in terminology that I could understand. Bob and his apprentices were fantastic! They were so professional and transparent about what needed to be done. My house needed a new clean out installed and Bob was able to get us a quote on the same day. The price was the best out of the quotes that I got and the repair was done as quickly as possible.
