Its never a hassle scheduling with them, they always arrive within the window they quote, repairs are prompt and reliable, and the technician Ive had come out (Joe) has always explained things thoroughly in ways that are easy to understand. Dan came out and inspected my gas line and identified the source of the leak. It was such an easy fix that he tightened the fitting and didn’t even charge me for the repair. We had a plumbing emergency after someone had a vehicle accident and completely damaged the plumbing on our side of the main meter at the road. Our business requires for health and safety purposes that we have water. 1-800-Plumbing and Air were very quick to respond and had their General Manager out within 30 minutes of me calling. They worked quickly and efficiently getting water restored to our location. The next day, the general manager stopped by to double check that everything was working as expected. As the business owner I was very appreciative and impressed by their service. I would highly recommend this company and will give them a call when another plumbing crisis occurs.

Daniel was also great and patient with my son, since he was wanting to be in Daniels space wanting to know what was going on no i did not allow my son to be in his space, but Daniel was super understanding. I have struggled to find someone I am comfortable with entering my home and I will be using them for all my plumbing needs from here on out. If you are looking for a honest and Professional Plumber 1-800 Plumber is your go to company.We had a PRV replaced last year with a different company and were charged $1025.00 and we were told the Part had a 2 Year warranty.After it failed on Monday we called that Company and were told it was out of warranty and a replacement would be $1350.I went on Yelp and searched for a new Plumber and Barbara with 1800 Plumber was outstanding and her Customer Service is excellent! She dispatched technician Adrian Maciel and we could not ask for a better tech.Adrian was very professional and did a fantastic job.He communicated well during the process and left the area spot clean.Would give this company a 10 Star!

If I recall correctly, the plumber was named Jose and I explained the project. He explained what would be needed and provided the estimate for the cost and the time it would take. He also suggested a less expensive alternative. We ended up going with the less costly suggestion. It is evident this company looks out for the customer and more importantly, they can be trusted.
