The technician, Julio, was great, to say the least. He communicated throughout the entire installation process from calling about his arrival (and arriving on time) to explaining the importance of the tedious tasks he was performing. His expert level knowledge was evident in the smooth, even flow of the process while at the same time carrying on a conversation and offering any explanations. I was also impressed by the fact he double checked his work with a thorough inspection and testing before starting the paperwork, which he also explained thoroughly.

Our previous AC unit was in need of replacement. Called Statewide Service Co. and spoke with the Accounts Receivables Manager named Felicia. She explained in detail of price, installation & warranty information.We were scheduled for installation a day earlier than expected!Installation day; Technician Jose was awesome. He came in and went straight to work and didn’t stop until the job was done! He’s efficient and an effective technician; especially during the installation. A true professional in all regards. There was also an additional Technician to assist with installation name Julio. He did a great job assisting with installation. He was efficient, nice and got the job done. He also made sure the work area was cleaned up.Also, Felicia went above and beyond to register my equipment for the warranty. Which to me means alot when you’re always busy with life!She deserves a raise!

I want to thank StateWide Service, for sending two gentlemen who came to put the AC for me and for my husband that he is disabled. Their name are Noe/Joey. They did a incredible job they stayed until they were done. He explain to me how to work the thermostat and how many times I have to change the filter. I didn’t even have to ask that many questions. He said he would let me know when he was all done and finished up at my house. Logan with Statewide came out to our deer lease to install an A/C. It was raining and we thought we might have to cancel. Statewide shuffled his next appointment around so he could wait on the rain to stop before starting the install. We had a small window and Logan had everything complete in less than 2 hours. Logan was not only quick and efficient, but polite, courteous and made sure the job got done right. Had Julio come out yesterday and install a new ac. Dispite a headache of a job for him he still installed the ac because I didnt really want to reschedule. He was very friendly and professional. The only complaint I could come up with is on the owners. I was scheduled for the day before but that tech was out with a back injury. After seeing Julio work alone moving that heavy condenser its no wonder why the other tech was out with a back injury.

We are incredibly grateful to Noe who made time for us on a Saturday morning to help us get into our home. He was so nice and him taking the time to come meant everything to us. Getting our AC installed was the only thing stopping us from moving in, if he hadn’t come we’d have had to wait who knows how long. He was instructive, timely, professional and because of his willingness to help us we highly recommend this company for anyone needing HVAC work!

My new A/C went out and needed refrigerant. I called Statewide and they came out the next day. It was under warranty, so I thought maybe they would put me at the back of the line, but they came out quicky. Joe was the technician that came to my house and he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained that I had a refrigerant leak and needed a new condenser coil. He pumped it full of refrigerant and advised I would be able to use the A/C until the new coil came in. A couple of days later, I got a call from the office advising the coil was ordered and when they expect to be back out to install it. Great service, great communication and reliable. Awesome.

I have used Statewide both personally and professionally for nearly 15 years. They are wonderful to work with and are my go to company. They are well informed and have the best value. Statewide installed a new system for my mom and saved her a lot of money. Another company was trying to take advantage of her, so I called Statewide and they took good care of her. They offered her a maintenance plan at reasonable rate too.Statewide also helped me during a sales transaction where the seller needed to install and new AC system. She had been given a extremely high quote from another company and couldn’t afford to install a new system to sell the home. I recommend she call Statewide and they came to the rescue. They installed the system for the seller and my buyer was able to purchase the home. Everyone was happy. These are just two examples of the great service I have always received!

Came home from work to my AC not blowing cold. Called statewide, and they had a guy come out the very next day. He found the problem extremely fast, which told me this company has highly trained employees. I needed a new coil. They called me with a quote, and scheduled a repair date. On my scheduled day, the repair man stayed in contact with me all day. Once it was time for him to do the repair, he called to let me know that he was on his way. It took him just an hour to complete the coil replacement. Now I have a shiny new coil, and my AC works better than it ever has. Im super pleased with the service Statewide provided, and I will definitely use them for all of my air conditioning needs.

I thought good old fashioned customer service was long gone but these folks restored what I thought was lost. They have earned my trust and my continued business and my word of mouth advertising. Have been doing business with Statewide for 15 years. They installed the AC and heating systems in my home and have maintained them twice a year on a annual service agreement that is more than affordable. From time to time have had some minor repairs, cleaning the AC coil. This summer the AC after 15 years of some very HOT Texas summers was on its last gasp! They advised me and the unit would have made it maybe through this season. Decided to go for a new unit and had Statewide install it. COMPLETELY satisfied! I had the opportunity to use StateWide Service Co. when my A/C decided to stop working. I was glad my friend recommended them to me. I called made the appointment, they scheduled me for same day service and it made me happy because the temperature was 97+ the day my A/C died. The technician called me that he was on his way. Once the Technician arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it and my A/C was up and running. My pocket book and I were extremely delighted customers! Unlike other A/C companies they fixed it and did not try to sell me another system! I would highly recommend them.

Edited: Bumped up to 4 Stars, Condenser Coil had a leak and that is the manufactures fault. Still should have been checked when newly installed in March and with the first service call in April. New tech they sent out knew what he was doing and explained everything in detail.Brand new home in Canyon Lake, TX. First day in the AC does not work.Their tech comes out, called in by my builder, was here 5 hours the first time and states that at 68 degrees outside, the system cannot be tested for leaks. Brand new system and it have zero freon in it. He filled it and said to watch for it but would not be surprised if he had to be back.Well the AC went out yesterday again, core, and both pipes frozen. Called it in, they said they would be there that evening. They never showed up, not even a courtesy call.I received a call this morning and they say they are on there way. Lets hope they actually care to find the leak on this brand new 2 month old system.Oh by the way, a very close friend of mine owes an AC company in San Marcos, in his 20 years of experience, he has never had an issue checking for leaks in 68 degree conditions. Also, installing a new unit and not properly checking for leaks.... hmmmCustomer service when you call is forgotten, they just try to get you off the phone as quick as possible.Went to bed at 11pm it was 90 degrees in the house, currently 88 at 8:40 am.I hope they redeem themselves

I couldnt afford the service charge.Nor the labor butt station wide was nice enough to order the part for me.That had gone out which was my compressor they were able to call me to let me know when it came in which was within seven days. Alicia and the gentleman who helped me unload and load.My compressor were so hospitable. I recommend state wide ac. I had warranty with my unit inside and outside with the home I purchased.And when I had the free warranty visits and parts stationwide a c stationwide a c did great in repairing any problems with my unit. StateWide Service Co. came highly recommended from a friend when our AC went down. Im being honest when I say that they have gained a life long customer.The owners really struck me as just good people. It is the middle of the summer, averaging 107 degrees or so, StateWides busiest time of the year. They were able to send a tech out right away. After determining I needed a new system (which I did, unit was from the 80s), they made a point to call or text and check up on us the couple of days leading up to the new system install, and were responsive to all of my questions. They even lent my family some window units so that we could stay in our home.In no way during the whole process, did I ever feel like I was being taken advantage of, which is a common theme with a lot of other AC company reviews. I ended up with a great unit, it was installed quickly, and having a little construction industry knowledge, I know I received a competitive and fair price.A week after the new system install, they reached out to us again to make sure we are happy with the new unit.They have experienced technicians and installers. Our technician, who actually ended up installing our system, had over 30 years experience, and from what I understand, that seems typical for the majority of their employees.Cant recommend this group enough
