We live in an older house, so doorways are narrow and finding the right refrigerator took some work from our salesperson. If you need appliances, go talk to Ken H. at the Falcon Heights store. My fridge had died, and I need to replace it along with a stove and microwave since my 20-year-old bisque color could not be matched. Add to that a need for a 33 in. wide and a desire for counter depth to complicate matters. Ken found me a reasonably priced set that was in stock and could be delivered in less than a week. He told me about the 7-day price adjustment policy and honored it when the set went on sale a few days later. He also told me about some rebates, ultimately saving me 25% with the price adjustments and rebates. The delivery team was professional, and personable, and made the removal and installation low-stress. Overall a really good experience. Go see Ken!

We had to replace our refrigerator. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful, advising us on whether add-ons were worthwhile or not. For installation we got a 3-hour window the afternoon before delivery day, then the day of delivery we got 30-minute and 10-minute fees along with a call to say they were here. Installers were in and out within 30 minutes, taking our old fridge with them. Great service throughout!

We have had a lot of trouble with other shops especially when stove went out in a pandemic our experience was horrible. When washer gave up we started shopping here. A little more expensive, not much but absolutely now hassel with delivery and installation which is key if you cant do these things yourself. Sales staff is always polite and knowledgeable as is service/delivery staff. They are definitely keeping my business.

We have bought two appliances recently from Warner Stellians and thanks to the outstanding efforts of our salesperson, Megan Wilkins (in both instances), it was a fantastic experience. We had multiple issues with a new microwave (not her or Warners fault) due to not enough clearance for a full-sized unit, but Megan got us hooked up with a stellar compact one. Shortly after, our fridge broke and again, Megan provided excellent service. In each case (microwave and fridge), the techs who came to our house for installation were professional, polite, and efficient. This was especially true with the fridge as it had to go into a small enclosure (our house was built in 1927). They not only installed it quickly, but actually improved the position so that the doors could open fully (something the previous installers couldnt manage). We have also purchased an oven and two dishwashers from Warner Stellian and have been mostly pleased with every aspect (one of our previous dishwashers needed a visit from an electrician to hook it up - but the more recent one did not).We wouldnt dream of buying a major appliance from anyone by Warner Stellian, and as long as she works there (the Falcon Heights location), Megan will be our salesperson. She is warm, friendly, very knowledgeable, and never ever puts any pressure on for the sale. She is a tremendous asset to the company.

Mistake transformed into trust. From forever home to forever trust in 8 short days.We moved into our forever home. We tried to make a go of it with 10 year old washer and dryer that came with the home. After a few months we gave up and wanted top-of-the-line Miele Washer and Dryer. Our home has a tight stairwell and its just the two of us so we hoped also that the smaller dimensions and heat-pump would work for our household.Install day a mistake happened and the washer was broken. It was a bad day because this was also the same day as a major snowstorm so resolving this issue was going to be an issue. Moreover, laundry was already piling up. Wed also delayed laundry in anticipation of the new washer and dryer.Warner service really took care of us when we explained the situation. Due to haul-away we had not laundry to return to. I also was pricing out temporary laundry service or even purchase of a cheaper LG just on the chance that new units would be faster timeline than completing necessary steps with Miele service agreements.In the end, Warner Stellian staff really made the best of a poor situation. We had a new washer installed in less than 8 days. We rationed our undergarments for a weekend and waited for the exchange. The new washer works great and they identified an install step had been missed damaging the unit. Im sure the delivery had an oversight in their desire to push some more deliveries out prior to the impending snow storm. You really cant fault a delivery person when they are trying to complete 9 deliveries all over the twin cities in one day. 12 hour shifts are difficult.Overall, managing an unfortunate situation like this Id like to thank Connor, Ashley, Mike, Alex, and others that were involved in the resolution. These situations are the true test of customer service and they passed. We look forward to returning for the 10 year old appliances in the kitchen when that time comes. We may have spent a lot on a new washer and dryer but it was their response to a bad situation where the Warner team earned our trust.

I recently purchased a microwave and paid $150 for installation and it seems air is leaking out around the microwave and my husband and I both have tried reaching someone to help us with thus issue several times in the last 3 weeks. Weve been told we would get a call back right away, we have never heard from anybody yet! weve been calling and emailing for the last 3 weeks and we have not gotten a response. I am so disappointed. I splurged and paid the extra $150 for convenience and convenient it is not. I am frustrated and wish I went to Home Depot and installed it myself.Jeff Warner reached out to us. Worked with Dustin at the St. Paul location and had a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend working with him and will definitely work with him in the future. He listened to what my needs were, made recommendations that aligned with the information I was finding on Consumer Reports and was easy to work with. I was replacing a stacked washer and dryer in an extremely tight utility room. He stayed late on several occasions to help determine which washer and dryer would fit into the space and made solid recommendations. The new washer and dryer look great and better yet work great. The new units have more capacity and are quiet as well. An overall great experience!

And that is a huge accomplishment, as my customer service standards are extremely high from working in hospitality departments for years. Josh was very knowledgeable, professional, Kind, helpful and prompt. We built a new house so we purchased six appliances. Building the house took several months and If I had any questions along the way, he was extremely prompt in getting me answers. There are so many choices it can get overwhelming and she did such a great job helping us determine the right choices. And we are so happy with our new appliances!I cannot express how grateful we are for the patience she had with us.We were in about this time last year to pick out the appliances for a kitchen remodel and due to some health issues it had to be delayed. Then once we finally started the remodel earlier this year we encountered several delays. Only problem I have with the overall experience was a lack of communication about extended warranties. Upon attempting to purchase extensions after the fact I found out that the prices would be absurd. $800 to cover a refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine for three years from date of purchase. We bought $6000 of appliances for our new home. And that price didnt even include the range, hood or dryer.Even after that disappointment I still have to say I have had a positive experience overall, especially when we had to utilize our manufacturer warranty to fix a faulty fan on the stove. It only took a few days to get somebody to the house to get it fixed.

We ordered a new washer and dryer from Best Buy. Best Buy contracts out their deliveries. The company that arrived with our new appliances wanted me to sign a damage waiver before they would even bring them in the house. So they wanted me to have to pay for their incompetence? I refused and sent them back. We went to Warners Stellian and had a new washer and dryer within a week. No waiver, no problem. Warners Stellian is always easy to work with and we just received our new refrigerator.

I was planning out a kitchen remodel for a very small, quirky kitchen space and was there just to research some dishwasher ideas. Because of the limitations of the space, a dishwasher had always been an unrealistic expectation in the past. But not only was EJ able to guide me toward a unique model Id never considered, but he was also able to find me an amazing deal on one that had been previously returned by another customer for not fitting. I bought it on the spot. And later when there were questions about installation, the Warner team was able to help with that too.
