    We had a leaking pipe in our utility room… a real pain-in-the-neck to fix. Another plumbing company attempted to fix it three times, and then stopped coming back when the leak persisted. It was more than they were able to tackle.Matt K from All Ways Drains worked hard to get the job done - in one day. He made two trips to Menards for parts - and kept at it until the job was done - and done right.We are so impressed with this team. At one point, when Matt needed a smaller pair of hands to reach one particularly tight spot, he called in John, one of his colleagues, to come by to assist. So professional! So diligent!     The company is professional and truly offers 24/7 service. We called for an emergency water leak on a Saturday evening, and were contacted within an hour to schedule an appointment for the following morning, which was a Sunday. John arrived promptly on time, calling ahead with ETA. He was able to evaluate and fix the cause of the leak. He was friendly and professional, being careful to take off shoes at the door. We had a great experience and would highly recommend. We would definitely use them again in the future.

    Technicians broke a clean out T and are at this Time not accepting responsibility. I have a call in to owner of company but he has yet 24 hours later not returned my call !! Stay tuned for an update! The owner responded and sent out an excellent plumber who correctly replaced the broken components . I am very happy with resolution of my complaint and will use them again in future

    All Ways Drains are the best! All I wanted was my shower pressure and drain to work properly. I had other estimates and they wanted me to pay thousands to replace my pipes. All Ways sent their fabulous estimator, Doug, and he quoted me a much better price; also explained that if his solution did not work, I might need additional work. Two young, knowledgeable, gentlemen came and fixed my problem. I would recommend All Ways; they have never let me down.

    Dan at All Ways Drains came by to fix a leaking toilet valve. Not only was he able to quickly identify the issue and fix it, but he checked the other toilet in the house as well to ensure it was OK. We also had an issue with the water heater making sounds, and Dan was able to tackle this as well, despite not initially being on the work order. It was fixed and everything is working great now!He was so kind and professional, and explained everything in detail. Very knowledgeable. After previous bad experiences with other companies, I appreciate All Ways Drains so much for being transparent and reasonable. I will definitely give them a call again when I have an issue with something. A+++

    I can not say enough positive things about All Ways Drains! I use them as a vendor at my multi-dwelling homeowner association for drain issues and they solve so many problems for me. When I had my sewer back up at home, I connected with them first, but they were busy, so I used another vendor, but they did not have the equipment for the job to correctly resolve my issue and I ended up having to use All Ways Drains anyways.Alicia is wonder to work with the the technicians and other staff are amazing. My whole experience and every time has always been great, they know how to solve problems and throughly explain issues to help prevent them from occurring in the future!Thanks All Ways Drains!!

    We had a backed up sewer line and Logan was able to come out to our house right away. He did a great job of solving the issue quickly and answering all of our questions. Price was reasonable as well. Highly recommend!!

    Austin arrived promptly and notified us when he was 15 minutes away. He replaced a vanity bathroom faucet. Personable, polite, efficient.! I highly recommend All Ways Drains. Also a discount for being over 60! This is the third faucet we have had Austin replace. This is the ONLY plumbing company we will ever use!

    We did have a great first visit with a clogged drain that needed to be snaked. After some slight scheduling and appointment issues for our next appointment with the office, we were personally contacted to follow up on our service and to discuss our concerns.     I have always used Always Drains for my commercial properties and recommended them to others. I had one bad experience and in haste gave them a bad review. Im now more impressed than I used to be, because they actually called me and asked why I gave them a bad review. I was shocked that a company would call and they really cared enough to follow up. So I openly apologize and should have dealt with it differently. Always Drains is a solid company.

    The. crews were terrific! Joe came first and was unable to clear the clogs with the large auger. He explained the problem very understandably. Dominick and Austin then came with the water jet and cleared the blockages - several mats of thin roots grown closely together. The whole process was video recorded inside the pipe before, during and after. Could not have been more please with the crews and the work done. Bob H.

    I’ve hired All Ways Drains 4 times already since August 2023. First of all, the master plumber Doug who estimated the projects is someone that I trust to get fairly accurate estimates. For my first project that was a shower stall drains replacement by Chuck, and they charged the lower price of the estimate rather than the higher after the completion. They could have charged more, but they didn’t, so I trust them more!The 2nd time was May 2024, and John did a great job on fixing the wax ring on my toilet that was so old that my toilet was leaking on the bathroom floor and wall.After a restoration company repaired the floor, I asked them to reset the toilet again. Matt worked on it and Dan completed the project. So I hired Dan again to remove my garage disposal and put a new pipe. Dan is really polite, cheerful and respectful and did an excellent job! I would hire him again!Overall, the whole team including Alicia who handles the calls and scheduling is excellent, and I already recommended to my neighbor this week, who needed a good plumber that we can trust they arrive on time, follow up and finish the job well done! 👍Thanks for your excellent service!Justin as an owner of the company, you’re so blessed to have an amazing team!Eriko

    Your team members were amazing! Super friendly and it took less than 1 1/2 hours! Not only that but communication was very easy!     Highly recommend this company. They took my call after hours, arrived quickly, and got the back up with my main line diagnosed and fixed quickly. Ran a camera through after the job to be extra thorough and confirm that the lines were clear. Happy they did this because we found a nasty old mouse on camera stuck at a Y in the drain 25 feet in. Took care of that too. Robert was the technician and he was awesome — prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Reasonable pricing even for after hours rates. No need calling anywhere else for plumbing jobs.

    I am revising my earlier very critical post.Plumbers returned and worked like mad to clear the drain--twp years worth of metal and rust sloughing off when we used the sinks again.     In less than an hour they unclogged my kitchen sink line that I spent several hours over many days working at snaking myself.     In a need of a bathroom sink faucet replacement due to unforeseen circumstances sooner rather than later. Called Allways Drains about 12:30 and pled my case. The dispatcher made a best possible by putting it out there with a 3:00-5:00 estimated time frame. Austin picked up my request. It proved to be a worst possible removal of the old faucet, but he stuck with it. I have nothing but the highest regard for Allways Drains from the call taker to the final cleanup. But this task deserves a special thank you to Austin for his will and determination to make it happen.

    I had All Ways Drains line my sewer drain (1950s home). The PM did a nice job preparing two options with estimates. I felt very comfortable through the entire process and working with Noah (the drain lead). We talked over the phone and in-person. Noah is an excellent communicator and explains things well. The work crew was friendly, respectful and professional. They got the job done same day, worked through any challenges, and made sure to clean up after the job. I especially appreciated how punctual Noah was and him meeting with the city inspector after the job was finished. This put me at ease and assured me that the work was done correctly and meets the compliance requirements by the city.

    My sink was over 20 years old in my condo. I had John install a new Kohler single basin sink. He did an excellent job fitting the new sink, which was a bit larger than my old sink. My old sink was only 6 deep, and the new sink is 9 deep. I love my new sink as it fits my cooking style perfectly. I highly recommend All Ways Drains. Their plumbers have done a lot of work in my condo, and Ive always been highly satisfied with their work.

    Chaz worked very hard to clear my bathroom sink drain. The very old drain pipe broke. NOT HIS FAULT.Than Chaz made sure to put me in touch with people at All Ways Drains who could fix the broken pipe.     Best service with a plumber we’ve had in a long while. They were delayed because of the snow and 494 traffic, but they didn’t charge us over time. They did our tub faucet, vanity faucet, and kitchen faucet within 3 hours! Triple checked that all the faucets and supply lines weren’t leaking! Great service would recommend to a friend. Cheaper than other plumbers!

    We had a pipe burst in the middle of winter behind a walled-off section of the basement. They blasted a hole in the basement wall to access the pipe, repaired the leak, and had the plumbing up and running again. All of this for less than the price other companies charged just to walk through the front door.Weve called them over in the middle of the night for plumbing emergencies and they are always available, friendly, knowledgable, and willing to help out. Our plumber even took a look at our furnace for a minor issue and recommended a simple and effective fix, saving us a lot of money.We recommend All Ways Drains to our friends and family in the cities for all plumbing issues.     We used the service 8/23. The plumber was a nice guy, did a great job. We wrote a check that day, August 23. We are renting, so we wanted a copy of the invoice to give to our landlord. As of today September 10th, we have never received a copy of the paid invoice to give to our landlord. Talked to the office several times and get the runaround and get bizarre reasons why we can’t get a copy of the bill. Great service, but ask for some sort of receipt before the plumber leaves your property.

They came out did the evaluation, gave me a fair price, warrantied the work for a year, received a 9 year warranty on the hot water heater, and the service was outstanding.     We had a faucet break a few weeks ago that we replaced ourselves because another plumbing company quoted us almost 2000 dollars, and the plumbing started leaking tonight at about 10pm. After spending a couple hours trying to fix it ourselves we called out Always Drains (we worked with them a couple years ago after our pipes burst in the winter and it was a great experience so we thought wed try again) and they had a plumber out here within an hour, he remembered our house from fixing the frozen pipes a couple years ago, he got straight to work, replaced piping, fixed our leak and the faucet and checked a pump by our furnace all in under an hour and a half and for a very very reasonable price. These guys are so great. Ill never go anywhere else for plumbing needs. They are the very best!

    Dan showed up on time which I really liked because we took off work. He did not just bandage the problem or did a quick fix, he explained each step and not only took care of the current problem but an issue we dealt with for a year of slow moving water and standing water. Dan fixed the source of the problem. 135 foot blockage under ground and the last company said it was from hair and didnt look further into the problem. He was friendly, respectful, and seemed to enjoy helping people. We were very satisfied with the service and would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you so much!

    The service at my house was great. Super professional and thorough. During my service, I paid extra for the use of a camera on my plumbing. The servicer showed me the pictures and said Id get them within a few days. When I contacted the office a week later, they told me there were not pictures and that I hadnt paid extra. I told them I was shown the pictures and they said theyd look for them. They never got back to me and I never got the pictures that were taken. Not sure Id use them again just because of that, but I would recommend the servicer who came to my house.Edit: Glad to see this company takes the time to respond to their online reviews - says a lot about how seriously they take things. I have now received the photos of my service and they even provided a video. Again, I want to emphasize how happy I was with the servicer in my home. He was very thorough and professional.

    We live in an older home and were having problems with the kitchen drain. We learned that the pipe that was causing the trouble was actually under the concrete in the basement - repairing it would have resulted in taking out a staircase and jack-hammering the concrete up to reach the broken pipe. He had to go to home depot as the new one needed a different pipe, but he did it and still got it done even though it was way after hours.     My mom recently moved into an older condominium complex, and when she went to use the faucets - they were all clogged and one of them was leaking. All Ways Drains sent two technicians out who were polite and professional and went above and beyond while unclogging all of my moms sinks. They even fixed a leak in the kitchen sink drain that wasnt discovered until the morning of their visit. The technicians removed a faulty sink drain, tightened some pipes, and fixed the leak. I am so pleased with the service I received. I will update my post after they return tomorrow to fix a leaking shower - but if their visit is anything like it was today - I am sure I will be pleased.
