Would highly recommend, after two jobs they are my go to.

Finishing my basement myself and city plumbing inspector pointed out several code violations in our 100 year old home. ST Paul Pipeworks was great! They are very experienced and easy to work with. They helped us locate a problem in our shower and work with us to fix it in a minimally invasive way.We have an older shower that apparently has parts from a different company inside than outside. The internal part that broke was made by a European company that no longer exists. Most companies would tell us that we had to replace the whole unit at this point. However due to the location that would have meant tearing out tile and/or cutting into the wall. They took the time to do the research to find a matching part. They were great communicators on how we could save some money (ordering the part ourselves) and when they would be able to get everything working again. On top of all of that they were very reasonable in their costs, polite & always showed up with they said they would.10/10 would recommend.

I LOVED working with this company. I hired them to rough in a basement bathrooms plumbing, then went with them to finish all the connections when I had the rest of it done.My project took about nine months and they came to do the plumbing parts (I dont DIY water stuff!) on three separate occasions.I worked with about 4 different people, and every one of them was nice, considerate, and literally someone Id love to play soccer with. Like, just really cool dudes.They were always prompt, they handled all the inspection stuff and met with the inspector so I didnt even have to step away from my meetings. They gave me an estimate of each stage of the job from the beginning and met those expectations exactly. It was easy to get on their calendar, someone always answered the phone or called me back promptly. They left everything clean, sound and gorgeous. I live in an old house and I DIY lots of things, so my project had plenty of irregularities, but these plumbers had no problem adjusting. They were so intelligent about what they were doing.Pricing-wise, this company was the best deal going. I thought their rates were super reasonable, which is part of why I went with them after the first estimate. Considering the service and quality I got, I think it was a total steal.I wish all subcontractor engagements could be even half this easy.The trouble with great plumbing is that you cant really see it. But I got a few pics.

They were the 4th plumbers I had out to look at an intermittent humming problem that only occurred in the winter. Their man Ryan was the only one who was able to figure the problem out, and the company charged me about 1/3 of what Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was going to charge for a similar repair that wouldnt have fixed the problem.

I recently had to get my leaking hose bib replaced and I called a few places to get some quotes and not only was Saint Paul Pipeworks the most reasonably priced, they were by far the most professional. They gave me an general ballpark estimate over the phone without requiring sending someone out to price a very small job which no one else would do. They did not try to sell me 20 other things I did not need or want (Benjamin Franklin tried to sell me an in sink water filter which they did not even do enough to look around because I already have one). And they came out quickly and did very high quality work.I will always endeavor to use them going forward and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some plumbing work to get done.

They came out quickly, cleaned out the drain and put everything back as it was. You wouldn’t even know they had been there. All the people we have interacted with have been great! In just one short day they were able to completely remove the old piping and install a new streamlined route to all of my appliances. St Paul Pipeworks replaced a water heater for us just this week and it was a terrific experience from start to finish with them. After sending them a few photos to provide the context and the size we would need, they took care of these rest with a quick schedule set up and some advice on how to manage with the leaking tank until they came out. Billy and Howie were early to the window which I really appreciated and they found my wife and I struggling to put a car seat in the back of our car. Billy helped out cheerfully and that stress was gone. As for the replacement, it was efficient, professional and the guys left the area cleaner and drier than they found it. Billy explained everything to us before he left and things are now working great. I will absolutely continue to use St Paul Pipeworks and recommend them highly to anyone looking for top notch plumbing help.

Stellar and unparalleled professionalism in plumbing. Cannot recommend enough. I have used St. Paul Pipe works for several projects including replacing our Sewer Line, re-piping throughout my basement (in conjunction with a different Asbestos abatement company), and assistance in trouble-shooting and installing household units. They work excellently on projects which require complimentary services from separate companies (such as with the Abatement company and the company that replaced the outdoor portion of the Sewer Line) and explain thoroughly different options with the most reasonable pricing you can imagine. My extended family has called on St. Paul Pipeworks for any plumbing needs, so when I bought my own home, I knew who to call, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Dont waste your time going elsewhere. St. Paul Pipeworks is the only way to go.

St. Paul Pipeworks installed a water heater a few years go and we liked their service. Recently had issues with the laundry faucet, bathtub faucet and garbage disposal; WE were the ones who kept rescheduling, but they were totally understanding. Our 1930s house is, shall we say, rather neglected – but no judgement from Billy & Howard. They never tried to talk us into fancy upgrades – laid out the options and let us decide. Warned us in advance that the old shower could be a problem (which we sorta already knew); they had to tussle & be inventive with the wacky pipe layout. Genuinely nice, respectful guys and price seemed fair for all the work they did!

On a miserable cold wet December day they called us right before they came out (a very nice thing to do!) then came out, put runners across our carpet so it wouldnt get dirty while walked across it and then they replaced our 1950s era toilet with a modern one and a new water valve to feed it. It works beautifully! They found the job was not as bad as we all had anticipated so they charged us LESS than we had agreed on. We never would have known the difference if they had charged us the original amount. Cost is a factor but over that is the quality work they do making sure the job is done correctly and completely. I would recommend them to everyone.

I needed a new outdoor faucet and pipe. The old spigot had broken off. The pipe was the old galvanized type. St. Paul Pipeworks quoted me a price , Billie came (on time), gave me a couple options, clearly stated what the charge would be, and proceeded to do an excellent job. He even placed a new shut off valve that had rusted off. The extremely reasonable charge, the courteous Mary Lou in the office, and personable and professional Billie proved to be a wonderful experience. I would recommend St. Paul Pipeworks without hesitation. Im so happy to have found this great and honest plumbing company!

Quick response on the quote and schedule to replace old pipes. Arrived on time with good advance communication. Finished on time even with an unusual toilet rough in measurement needing a last minute toilet change out. Tarps over everything for dust and walk areas. Left house cleaner than when they arrived. Only issue was that I wished I had called them years earlier and enjoyed working plumbing and toilet longer.

We called St. Paul Pipeworks on Monday evening when we noticed our water heater leaking. We were able to figure out that it was the tank and St. Paul Pipeworks was able to come out the next day.We were quoted a price that was within the range we had been previously given for water heater replacement. They were also upfront in telling us about possible additional fees for bringing various items up to code (they obviously cant know if its needed until they get into the house to see).Paul arrived in the afternoon and replaced the water heater. He was professional and friendly. He explained everything when he was done and showed us what all was replaced and various functions of the new water heater.He did not leave any mess or clean-up behind for us. And he was done in the time frame they had previously estimated.We will definitely call St. Paul Pipeworks again if we encounter additional plumbing issues.

St. Paul Pipeworks is great. Don’t get conned by either Bonfe or “Hero”. I have an old house with some old & outdated plumbing. I had a leaking faucet in my shower. Bonfe told me I needed to replace the whole structure & wanted $3000.00. “Hero” wanted $1400 to replace the stems / cartridges or 2800.00 to replace the whole structure (& of course it’s up to me to get the big hole in the shower wall patched up). Pipeworks fixed the issue for under $400.00. Also, their first concern is getting my issue resolved at an affordable price, not selling me on their stupid membership plan. Their staff is really friendly too.

They always do their best to find the most efficient option before recommending more expensive solutions. I needed a washtub and faucet installed along with waste pipe and water lines connected. I had pulled 3 Pros from Angies List and while St Paul Pipeworks estimate was a bit higher than the others, their positive reviews gave me peace of mind. Paul arrived on time and analyzed my 95 year old homes existing plumbing fixtures. The previous owner fancied himself a DIYer. So I had a combination of galvanized and copper piping. Paul took the time to explain the problems that can crop up at these junctions and also the properties of the new flexible water piping. Based on what he saw when he arrived he told me that it would take 3 hours not the 2 that was originally estimated.He made me feel comfortable with the plan and his abilities to get it done that afternoon.Paul got right to work and the end result is wonderful! I wont be going back to the laundromat like I have been doing for a YEAR. This was a quality experience and I would highly recommend St Paul Pipeworks.

On time - honest - better than expected results - lower price than expected - - hands down the BEST plumbing experience Ive EVER had.I have an older home with some weird pipe situations. Rather than talk me into a major repair they told me there was a simple fix at a far lower price. Plumber showed me a couple of easy projects I could do myself and explained how/why to do them. He didnt need to do that - but he did, and I was impressed. Very personable, professional, and NICE! The next plumbing issue I have - I already know who I will call: St Paul Pipeworks.

We highly recommend St. Paul Pipeworks! We have a 1910 house and struggled with an old gas line in the way of having a newer range pushed tight against inset alcove. Other plumbing companies scratched their head (but took our house call fee for their opinion!), never got back to us, or gave us the old “go away” estimate. From my first call to Saint Paul Pipeworks, I already felt we had hope. They are a “let’s figure this out” business. They did the job today and it is exactly what we need. Voila! We gained space and the stove finally sets against the back wall, and all up to code. Last week they expertly and efficiently put in a new shower head and faucet after consulting with me and ordering the exact set we needed. Their employees are professional and very courteous too. We will only use them in the future!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Unbeknownst to me I had a very challenging faucet with shower wand attachment I needed to install in our jet tub. Keith came out twice to talk through the project plus multiple texts and phone calls to talk through all the details before a plumber came out. Charlie and his team came in with confidence, listened to my needs in detail and went to great lengths to design a water heat system in my facility that will exceed my excessive needs while staying cost sensitive. They were incredibly professional, communicated well, were there when they said they would be, never left a mess, and most importantly completed the work in a professional manner. Saint Paul Pipeworks does excellent work and can usually fit you into their schedule pretty quickly. We have had them make emergency repairs, replace the garbage disposal, fix leaks in cooper pipes, smash and remove concrete laundry tubs, and re-plumb our laundry room. If you ever have a question, Charlie is very helpful on the phone.

They worked with Delta to get the parts we (didnt even know we) needed and made sure the Delta parts were complimentary since the faucet was under warranty. They were on-time, incredibly responsive and friendly. Would recommend them and St. Paul Pipeworks again and again!

I hired St Paul Pipeworks a week ago to replace an old, leaking water heater with a new, 40-gallon, AO Smith water heater. Their pricing was inline with other estimates I received and their communication and customer service is what really stood out to me. Keith provided a fair and transparent estimate and quickly responded to any questions I had. Craig was the plumber replacing the water heater and he did a fantastic job. He was friendly, explained what he was doing, provided clear insight into what needed to be updated to current code, and before he left made sure I knew how to operate the water heater. He worked fast and left no trace that he was there other than a well-performing, new water heater. I highly recommend St Paul Pipeworks and will definitely hire them again.

I called them around 12:30 PM on a Wednesday and they were able to send a truck over within an hour. Had some fresh water damage from what I suspected was a leaking pipe and they were able to confirm the source and fix the problem all in the same visit. They were minimally invasive in cutting into the sheet rock to find the source and even provided the name of a contractor they have worked with in the past that they highly recommended. From my initial call to paying the final bill (which was perfectly reasonable given the work that had to be done), it only took two hours. I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues.

Excellent. Professional, prompt and friendly. They completed all the work in one day, no surprises. Ahead of time, Craig was knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment of our water pressure problem to 2nd floor bath in older home. He was helpful in explaining the work that might be needed to be done and was friendly in answering our questions, He prepared us for the worst case scenario (final estimate would require going into the walls), but then as the work unfolded, he did everything he could to find and implement solutions that were cost effective and would still get the job done to his professional standards and to a high degree of satisfaction for us. He looked at everything from a broad perspective and made sure we took care of a few small things that could have developed into bigger problems if not addressed. Craig and his crew were careful regarding shoe covers and were careful to only do minimal wall damage that was absolutely necessary to access the pipes. We couldnt be more pleased and highly recommend Craig and St Paul Pipeworks to others.

Please, please, please call a real plumber when you are having plumbing issues. I learned the hard way. I paid a lot of money with a rooter-type company. When the problem wasnt fixed I called St. Paul Pipeworks. I was so grateful for the time they spent diagnosing the issue. Due to the nature of the problem they ended up partnering with another plumbing company and coordinating all of the communications. In the end the job was done correctly and it cost me less than the first attempt. I cant say enough about Charlie and his crew. Will not hesitate to make them my first call in the future.

We had a hot water shut off valve pipe fail, resulting in having to turn main water valve off. St Paul Pipeworks came out the next day, replaced the offending galvanized pipe with brass, repaired the the cold water and our other galvanized piping.
