Phenomenal service!! Aquarius was able to send a service technician out in short notice when our drinking system crashed. Cole did a complete review of the system and found an issue with the softener connection. He ended up rebuilding a portion and got our system working again. He spent time at the end communicating everything that was done. I am very impressed with their level of service. Thank you to everyone, including the staff that answered my initial call. All are friendly and professional.

My boiler went out and the HVAC crew of Mick, Jeff, and Nick were phenomenal. The crew gave an honest and educational assessment, came back to install the whole boiler system and updated the old out of code structure to be up to code. They even took the time to educate me on how it all works so I can manage as a new homeowner.

We have been using Aquarius service for iron filter and drinking water systems for many years. We had very good initial installation services but the regular follow up maintenance service have been less than satisfactory due to delayed and missed services. We were very pleased with Noah who did very thorough checks on our drinking water and water softener systems. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything well and to our satisfaction. He listened attentively and was very responsive to our concerns. Noah was great and should be considered irreplaceable.

Water tech Cole was great. Took care of my routine maintenance and walked through how everything was doing. Discussed other needs and got me set up with a plumber same day since I needed garbage disposal replaced. Gordy came over in less than an hour and got the replacement installed. He was super knowledgeable and genuinely cared about quality of work and went above and beyond to clean up under my sink while he was there. Both were fantastic. Ill be working with Aquarius for anything water or plumbing!

Always happy with my services from Aquarius Home Service. Today I had a plumber, Gordy, come to assess my home. He was warm and very personable. The assessment was timely and thorough. He showed me his findings and we discussed his impressions. He was incredibly helpful and informative without the attitude and patronizing attitude I sometimes get from folks in his line of business. Lots of checks and controls they go through with the organization, which tells me they have high levels of support and oversight. That last part may not be a deal breaker for some but it gives me piece of mind. Thanks!

Aquarius is always amazing. Brent and Nick did a great job installing a new humidifier for our furnace as well as an AIQ for better air quality in our home. They also cleaned our furnace blower fan, which had about 1/8” of dust on it! To top it off, they checked the furnace intake pipe outside and cleaned out a hornet nest that we didn’t even realize was blocking our air intake. Very thankful for Aquarius Home Services!

The team was great. David performed the initial visit and Eric did the install. Everything went as planned. They came the day we scheduled, and it was obvious Eric and David spoke regularly. Gave me a sense of good communication. I had to call the office directly with a question for Davis, but they were very nice, seemed to know what they were doing and the communication was great.Price? On the high end, for sure, but in home improvement you can only have two of the following: speed, quality, or price. I chose for speed and quality and it was great.

Our furnace broke down right after New Year’s Eve. First, Jon from Aquarius was able to come out the morning of January 2nd to inspect and luckily found it was dangerous to operate. Then, Tom was able to get here within a half hour after that to give us options and got us service the next day to install a new furnace and heat pump. Next, Kou and Matt performed a wonderful installation! They worked incredibly hard all morning and afternoon in below freezing temps (wind chill made it feel like 5 degrees) to make sure everything was done well. They answered all of our questions very thoroughly and explained things in such a simple way that made it easy to understand. I truly felt valued as a customer by all of the technicians who came out to help! Now we have a wonderful warm home again!

Austin was the best. He called when on his way and gave me his arrival time and was right on. He explained what needed to be done as softener over 4 years and no pressure at all from him to have him take time to do it. Made sure I understood the cost before startingI knew Aquarius does furnace tune ups so asked about that He admitted that he did not work on those but took time to call the guy who could. He called on speaker so I could hear I had no clue on questions the guy on phone asking Austin was willing to go down and look at furnace with the technician on phone to advise him where to look for the information. Craig Ohren was our sales person and he was very down to earth and not pushy…..just presented the facts and did a cool experiment with our water to show the difference between our well water and clean reverse osmosis water! Our 75 gallon tank style water heater failed over the weekend. We were able to contact someone from Aquarius Home Services on Saturday and they arranged to have a plumber at our house first thing Monday morning (several other companies we contacted for quotes couldnt get out until mid-week). Josiah arrived at 8am and inspected our water heater and associated plumbing. Josiah was very knowledgeable and provided three water heater solutions, identified two areas in our existing system that no longer met building code, and provided the information necessary to make an informed decision. Based on the information provided, we elected to upgrade to a tankless water heater. Josiah was able to get the necessary parts delivered to our house and six hours after arriving onsite we had hot water. In addition to being a master plumber, Josiah is very knowledgeable, personable, and the workmanship performed on our new system is impeccable.The pricing on the new system was fair and the quote included the new tankless water heater, pulling the permit, installation, removal of the old water heater, and upgrading the exhaust vent and AprilAire water connection to meet code. After the installation was finished Josiah cleaned up the work site and you would never know we had a major plumbing job performed. He gave us a tour of the new system, explained how it works and how to maintain it. He also re-lit the pilot lights on the two gas fireplaces and cleaned the outside air intake vents. We are extremely pleased with our new water heater, the price we paid for it, and the installation that Josiah performed. We would not hesitate to recommend Aquarius Home Services and Josiah in particular to anyone in need of a new water heater or any other plumbing needs.

Jon, the water specialist technician explained why and provided same day solutions by replacing the resin tanks, changing filters and sanitizing the reverse osmosis system.Jon was very knowledgeable. We had our sump pump alarm go off late at night indicating a problem, so I submitted a plumber request to Aquarius online around midnight. I heard back right away and their plumber Gordy arrived by 10 AM to take care of a frozen pipe that fixed the problem. Prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable service at a very reasonable price from Gordy who has been at it for almost 30 years and knows what hes doing. We had come to expect this high level of service from Roger Vadnais Plumbing who we had used for years, and nice to see this continuing after their merger with Aquarius!

I accepted the quote after comparing with another company. Installers (Brad and Jeff) appeared on time in the morning, and worked steady for eight hours. I supervised the installation on occasion during the day, and since i am somewhat particular on what is done on my house, found their work very professional. An electrician also appeared to check electrical. I doubt if I could have done better. They finished about 3 in the afternoon after setting up the thermostat and cleaning up installation residue and hauling off the old equipment. I was pleased with the outcome, and I am not accustomed to giving praise when it is not due. At this point, I would recommend this outfit.

I couldn’t recommend Aquarius enough! Our furnace went out Tuesday morning and we called another company by mistake (which we didn’t know at the time) what they wanted to charge us was ridiculous! He is like a friend walking in to your house but in a very respectful way. He was very informative and explained things well. We felt comfortable with the whole thing and decided to finalize the purchase. They could have come out a day later but it didn’t work with our schedule. So, two days later Jon showed up to put the furnace in. He is awesome and you can tell he really enjoys what he does! I really liked that he gave me some tips to help keep things running smooth. He left the house just as clean and before he got here. I found out Kurt and Jon are father and son. Nate was very kind and courteous, and made sure to clean up after he had to drill through the granite and drywall in order to access our refrigerator to tie the drinking system into the refrigerator. He updated me throughout his time here, answering all of my question, providing a summary of all work performed and explaining when and how we could resume using our water. We love our Kinetico softener and drinking system and recommend it to others without reservation.

Micah Williams plumbing technician performed excellent job inspecting our house plumbing system, recommended new water heater because the existing one is over 17 years old. Within 4.5 hours the new water heater was installed with quality and workmanship exceeding my expectations. The purchase price was great as well as the purchase financing option. (1) GOOD COMMUNICATION, between the office/dispatcher and service technician and, to be appreciated even more so, between the technician and ourselves, the homeowners, by keeping us posted on his current timetable and probable ETA; (2) careful evaluation of our split-ductless AC system and its units, both inside and outside the house; (3) upfront and forthright TRANSPARENCY from the service tech, showing us both existing problem areas as well as potential problem areas, and apprising us of precise cost(s) involved in rectifying those situations; (4) a demonstration of professional expertise in identifying the primary problem - in this instance, an ever-so-slight but incremental leak of coolant; (5) SUCCESSFULLY making the necessary repairs and restoring the system to proper functionality - which, ultimately, is what we were in pursuit of; and (6) throughout this whole process, encompassing a period of more than three hours, Aquarius service tech, David Boggie, was altogether CORDIAL and PERSONABLE.Thank you!
