Kelly Plumbing recently provided excellent service for a bathroom faucet repair in our 100+ yo home. Autumn was clear, transparent and communicative in explaining their pricing structure and setting up the job. The Tech (Nick) arrived on time and was friendly and professional in considering the two options we presented to him for completing the repair. His work product was excellent, and the price we were charged seemed very reasonable when compared to two other plumbing companies we contacted. (We also received a first-time customer discount that was greatly appreciated.) Bottom line: we will definitely consider using Kelly for future plumbing projects!

Then repaired an exterior hose line for the house and did a really great job. Overall, I think they do things the right way and are honest and professional. We had a leaky toilet and one of the gals at my wifes work said she had used Kelly Plumbing in the past and they did a good job. Based on the referral, I gave them a call. Barb picked up the phone and had a great demeanor. Very patient and caring. When the plumber arrived, (Mark) he wasted no time in taking a look at the issue. He was very methodical. Explained what the problem was. Took the time to look through an online site to help me choose a replacement toilet. Stayed after to chit-chat. Turns out he knows our master electrician, who is also an old-school lets do this on a hand-shake kind of guy. If I sound incoherent, its because Mark just left, and Im typing out my Google review as quickly as I can! I will be calling Kelly Plumbing and asking for Mark specifically when my replacement toilet comes in. If anything, Ill update my review in a couple of days.
