Had my AC unit replaced and the new unit had a defect and stopped working. KB came the next day, confirmed the issue, and placed a warranty replacement order right away. My AC was back up and running soon after. John was very kind and had extra team members on site to get the job done quickly.

My A/C wasnt working and the technician Frank quickly determined the problem. He explained the issue and had it fixed in no time. Very professional and stayed to make sure it was working well before he left. He even cleaned the unit from some dried weeds along the outside. Very nice man and very knowledgeable. Just had the pleasure of dealing with Ado from this company. Had an issue with my furnace and Excel sent them. Ado, the technician arrived at my door, he was very professional, friendly, polite, smiling and through with his work. He even spent time explaining to me what filters I should be running. I would absolutely recommend using this company. They are lucky to have such a fine young man as Ado representing their company. Good to see not all young people are lazy as we so often hear.

Came out due to my AC not cooling. This was a second opinion after another service company told me I needed to replace the entire HVAC system due to a costly AC repair. After looking it over and testing the system they recommended that I replace the AC but said the furnace was functioning fine and looked to be in great shape. The price they quoted was very competitive. The tech gets an A++ for his friendly attitude and professionalism. My little kids kept asking tons of questions. And was was polite in answering them.

I am so grateful to the staff at KB services. This week I had a complicated issue with my furnace. The staff or prompt and getting someone out to do the repair. Additional parts were needed and a communication about rough time frames was wonderful and accurate. More than one technician came out, and every interaction with KB services was positive. Furnace was repaired in the middle of a snowstorm. A person who is out today went above and beyond to make sure that we had heat. Thank you for his work, kindness and willingness go the extra mile will not be forgotten. Having homeSmart has been great mostly because of the staff at KB services.

Had an issue with our heating system during the recent cold spell, and was lucky enough to get Sean from KB out to sort the problem. He was friendly, efficient, and thorough - dismissing any issue with our boiler (that would have sucked!) and identifying the problem as a bad thermostat, which he quickly replaced. Highly recommend!

Serviced my AC through Homesmart. Ado the tech was the bomb! Personable and professional. Truly knows how to deliver on customer service ... A rarity these days. My frustration in having to wait 13 days for repair melted away when he showed up. He needs to be cloned. I would have given 5 stars if it hadnt taken nearly 2 weeks for an appointment in sweltering heat.

He explained everything to me as he was doing it and he offered suggestions to improve the quality of my furnace & a/c. He was so kind and easy to talk to. Cant say enough good stuff about this company. I called at 6 am on 12/22/22 because we were having problems with our thermostat to Homesmart and they said that someone would be calling to set something up and that she had expedited it, we were having bad weather and cold weather coming, at 8 am KB services called back and said that they would have someone there between 11am and 5pm, I told them if it get passed 5pm we could make it another day that we had heat and that we were just babying it, that the tech safety was more important. The Tech got here at 100pm and we told him what was going on and he went and fixed the issue, he was very personable, and told us what we could do to help the life of the furnace, he was very knowledgeable and very detail to what he was doing. We will be using these guys again not just because of the fact they come from Homesmart but we will be using them just because they are are very helpful, and personable and friendly.

KB Services responded to my Xcel Energy HomeSmart service call for a furnace that was not working. They responded and were at my door within an hour of placing the service call and this was late in the evening. The technician was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue to be a faulty pressure switch. He was very thorough and went out of his way to walk me through the repair and other maintenence protocols for keeping it working well. Very pleased with the service I received and grateful for the swift response.

We realized our furnace was not working around 5 pm last night Called Xcel around 5:30 not really expecting anyone to answer but they did. They told us that theyd try and contact there HVAC guys that they contract with and in this case KB services was that company and aww if they can get a guy out still tonight. So we hung up with Xcel and I kept saying no one is going to call tonight as its already almost 6 pm so everyones already gone home for the evening. Well 45 or so minutes later John from KB calls and says Im 10 minutes away. Then about 10 minutes later John called and said he was here. So we took him to the furnace, our furnace is in a tight spot so we just shut the door and let him work and about 10 minutes later he came out and said its all fixed and it was. So for our first experience we couldnt be happier with KB services. Now while we didnt interact with John much at all the little we did he was nice and professional and courteous.

We have Xcel Homesmart and they were our primary service provider for years at our old location. Where we live not we have another company helping us and they are TERRIBLE in comparison to KB. The guys at KB always helped us out when we had issues and were happy to answer and questions we may have along the way. They repaired my furnace / drier/ ac and refrigerator several times over the years and I really miss them at our new address.

We were referred to KB Service through Xcel Energy (HomeSmart) the tech that came out (Alex) was awesome! He was on time, attentive, answered all of our questions and was COVID-19 prepared. He was able to diagnose the problem with our HVAC and AC unit and able to replace the motor with no hesitation or issue. Thank you Alex for the fantastic service. I would use this vendor again.

We have our appliances and furnaces covered by homesmart. K.B. Services fixes gas fireplaces, hot water heaters, air conditioners etc. Dave is often dispatched to our home for repairs. He has fixed a hot water heater *80 gallons) which, before homesmart we were having a local plumber do. Daves fixes stick. He fixed a gas fireplace which had other service repairmen stumped. He just left after installing a new blower motor in our furnace. We dont often turn on air conditioning, and did so when temps got over 90 degrees. Excellent customer service. Talked to the dispatch gal in the office...I explained our need because of our hospice situation. Originally, they couldnt come until the next day but she called me back and said she had a tech (Jerry) that could come right away. Jerry was here within a half hour. The air conditioner was fixed in about 20 minutes. We are so thankful and greatful - God bless you all

For many years, KB Service has provided great service for my homes HVAC needs, everyone is always so thoughtful and kind, and this year was much the same though with something extra that felt like Grace and absolute kindness in its rarest form. We were so grateful to discover that our loss of air conditioning was due to a small part malfunction. Our technician was there, fixed the issue and left quickly. He didnt try to sell us more than we needed and was incredibly helpful.
