We contacted Hurlburt for new furnace and ac as ours were 24+ years. Ben Slaughter walked us through our options, and answered all of our questions. He scheduled us without delay. The install team led by Cody McMahon were fantastic. They were timely, respectful of our home, and answered our questions. Before leaving they gave us a detailed overview of the new system. Very appreciative of Hurlburt!

We had a new Lennox furnace & A/C system installed in our home today. Installers were Evan Morris and his team mate, Pao. They were on time & completed the work in 6 hours start to finish. Mike Anderson did a great job of explaining what was wrong with my furnace. He fixed the issue with the humidifier and did a thorough safety check of the furnace. Im very thankful he took so much time to check everything to ensure my family will be safe. He was friendly and polite. He explained things in a way I could easily understand and showed me the crack in my heat exchanger with a tiny , flexible camera. I highly recommend Mike.

He let us know he was definitely on the way to the appointment - bravo for that. Also, very kind and helpfully informative. We signed up for an annual service agreement. We want this guy back! The electrician was friendly, professional, and honest. He was able to stop by within an hour or so especially during the holiday. Although he didnt get the 3-way switch to work a 100%, it was enough to get me going. For that, the price he charged me was reasonable. I really appreciate.

These guys are awesome. On their annual inspection they discovered my furnace was leaking carbon monoxide into the house. I had no idea! Within a few days I had a new furnace and all went great. Mike Anderson did the inspection and possibly save us from a tragic outcome. David Bryant and his team did a great job on the replacement. Prompt, courteous and professional. I only gave them 5 stars because there was not a 6 star option. Thanks Hurlburt for a job well done.

We were so pleased with Addison Lucey when he responded to our home to fix our plumbing problems. He was very helpful in explaining the problems and how he would be able to repair them. Very fast and efficient, and friendly putting ours minds at ease. And even going a little further covering his shoes with little covers each time when entering our home. Being senior citizens, we really appreciate not having to clean floors, when he had to make trips in and out to his truck! He had the problem fixed in a very timely manner. Truly a great, friendly, and courteous young professional. Renewed our faith in the younger generation! We would highly recommend him. He brighten our day!!

Nick Jacobson did a plumbing change in my laundry room. Nick is definitely a five star person, he was great to work with! He called before he came and was on time. He worked quickly and left the place cleaner than when he arrived! He was respectful of my home and my dog. He showed this by asking about his shoes and making sure the dog wasn’t by the outside door.The quote process went fine and the quote was much lower than my other one. I’d say the quoting process was 4.5 stars. The only hiccup was with scheduling and whatever front office systems they have. After signing the quote, I had to call them as they didn’t contact me after a few days. I was on hold for quite a bit while the person researched things a few times. Then I was unable to schedule because parts were needed but I’m not sure what parts would need ordering as they seemed basic. They were thinking it’d be a week to two before I could get the work done. The person who handled the quote came back and took care of me though so it all turned out well. I’d give office operations a 3.5 stars, but I care more about the work so five stars for them!

David Bryant and his team with Hurlburt Heating & Plumbing expertly installed our new Lennox furnace and A/C unit. He and his crew were very quick and extremely professional in their install. Not only did they install the new units, but they hauled away the old units as well. They even protected our carpet by laying down a paint tarp to walk on. David also took time to explain how everything worked after the install was done. Overall, Hurlburt is highly recommended for their professionalism and their communication!

Nic from Hurlburt Plumbing Heating and Electrical serviced my propane furnace today. It had been awhile and was definitely in need of a thorough going over. Nic did a very complete job, cleaning and fixing a couple of minor things while doing the maintenance. At the end, he explained what he had done in detail and also advised me on the best type of CO2 detector. I really appreciated his thoroughness.

I had wonderful service from Hurlburt Heating and Nate who came out to service a leaky outside faucet. I got an appointment right away after calling. They came the very next morning. Nate was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. He offered me options for the fix and helped to get me the least invasive solution to my plumbing problem. He was efficient and very friendly. I would certainly recommend Hurlburt Heating and I would be very happy to have Nate service any of my future plumbing concerns!

Cody and Ethan were super efficient at getting our old oil burner out of the basement and installing our new gas furnace and air conditioner. We were amazed they got so much work done in one day! Very professional and friendly, and they left the whole area nice and clean when they were done.Also Andrew the plumber did a fantastic job of creating a standpipe for the furnace condensate tubing. He accomplished this in very tight quarters in a crawl space next to the basement. He too was skilled and a pleasure to communicate with.

Mark assisted me with my upstairs shower, which was leaking into the downstairs bathroom. Hurlburt had sent someone out before Mark to work on the issue. The first plumber thought he had it fixed. (Not his fault. When he tested it, the problem appeared to be resolved.) After I realized the shower was still leaking the next morning, Hurlburt sent Mark out. It turned out the issue was more significant than we at first realized. I was leaving for Florida on vacation at the end of the week. Mark shuffled around his schedule and fitted me in to ensure the problem was fixed before I left. Its pretty clear Mark is very skilled at what he does. He was also very friendly. The issue took some time to resolve. I work from home, but I barely noticed Mark was there. I was very impressed with Hurlburt, and especially with Mark. (The first plumber went above and beyond and helped me with my garbage disposal at no extra charge. I have to put a good word in for him as well.) I highly recommend Hurlburt, Mark, and their entire team. Ill definitely be using Hurlburt again in the future. Thank you!

Greg was a fantastic electrician and was able to complete a bathroom fan install in a professional and timely matter.The communication between concierge and myself was a bit of a miss. I called to schedule a bid and they sent out Greg within 3 days. I received the bid immediately and then called to schedule the install. They said they would call Greg and follow up. I didnt hear anything for a couple weeks until I called back. They again said they would have Greg reach out. I hadnt heard back fir another week or so until Hurlburt called and said the part was finally in. I didnt know thats what we were waiting on as no one relayed it to me. When they told me which days were available, I was under the impression there would be time but it was the whole anywhere from 8am-6pm. Which ended up being closer to 3:30/ 4pm. Overall Im satisfied with the service but felt the communication couldve been better.

We have a central boiler that supplies heat to a stick built home and a mobile home. I scheduled maintenance for the mobile home and asked for Mike. He knows what’s needed to have the furnace/cooling system run efficiently and without problems when moving between the heating and cooling systems. In the past I used another service and due to their lack of knowledge regarding the boiler heating system , I always had to schedule Hurlburt to come in behind to fix what the other service company did to the heating system. Luckily this year it was more a check on the cooling system before we roll into the heat of summer. He told me it would be a half hour and he was done just under the half hour. Maintenance is key. It’s always a pleasure to see Mike. I know he is honest and doesn’t recommend something just to make money for the company. I can tell he takes pride in his work and providing professional courteous service for his customers. I highly recommend Hurlburt and I can say you will get amazing service if you’re fortunate enough to have Mike as your technician.

He reviewed the message left by Xcel, checked out our equipment, and provided a quote. I was impressed that he took the time to confirm the need for the T value with some of his fellow technicians.I had asked what the Xcel technician what I might expect the repair to cost. This was my first time calling Hurlburt plumbing. I will definitely be calling them for future needs! Shawn G was very knowledgeable and offered sound advice. Beyond that he was extremely friendly and kind! My issue was fixed in a very short time.
