Rochester painting company did an excellent job painting our house. The team (Hank, Julio and Luis) have years of experience working together and it shows. No matter what the challenge they figured out a way to tackle it. They worked so hard every day, they were punctual, detailed, trustworthy and responded to every request we had.We were out of town when they finished everything was left in perfect order, they even put all my flowerpots back.It was one of the best experiences we’ve had with any company whose done work on our house. They surpassed all expectations!

Complete interior painting. Friendly staff. Very meticulous surface prep -- a whole day. The painting team was very careful, professional, and skilled. No drips on brand new carpet; no runs; straight and crisp lines; very even application. We are very pleased with the results. These are really nice people and they do great work. Working with Harvey and his crew was a seamless experience. Our painting project was slightly complex - involving a historical home, severely damaged walls, multi-color application, a tight timeframe, and simultaneous construction. At every level of the project, from the detailed estimate to the finished product, the Rochester Painting Company demonstrated the expertise needed to make sure our property not only looked great but also retained its historic value. Historical properties bring the need for a higher attention to detail and level of skill than your typical painting contractor may have. Our home yielded a symphony of cracks and multiple layers of wallpaper that needed to be addressed. With Harvey’s expertise, he was able to look at 120-year-old walls and figure out how to bring them back to life by first skim coating them. He spent a lot of time walking around the property with me. He was quick to point out challenging areas and asked detailed questions about my expectations. He pointed out several ways for me to reduce costs and recommended areas to prioritize to insure the best return on my investment. Most painters would be very reluctant to work alongside other subs in an active construction site, but Harvey and his crew couldn’t have been more accommodating-truly amiable and genuine people. They were always punctual, respectful and considerate of others. I would often catch the other tradesmen admiring their equipment and commenting on the quality of their work. Their partnership and commitment was evident when without hesitation the crew agreed to do a last-minute color change and repaint the foyer because they knew I wasn’t happy with my original choice. Harvey simply said, “No worries, I just want to make sure it is right.” He continued to perform beyond the normal scope of services when he painstakingly re-plastered a bathroom wall and ceiling by hand because he once again wanted to make sure it was right. Then again after a major backup in our construction schedule I found myself calling him at the last minute. He once again came to our rescue and worked tirelessly through the night to ensure the last room was painted and finished by sunrise, just in time for the carpet installers to arrive. His dedication to his work, his crew and our project was remarkable. As a real estate investor, I’ve hired a lot of painters over the years – from “handyman” amateurs to professional tradesmen for both interior and exterior projects. The Rochester Painting Company is by far one of the best we’ve ever worked with. We can only hope Harvey and his team will be able to fit us into their schedule when it is time to paint the exterior of the house in the future!
