Great job, in and out the same day, no hassles and thorough cleanup at the jobs end. Our installers, Matt and José were knowledgeable craftsman, easy to work with and on time for the installation leaving nothing more to desire. Im pleased with the finished product. A good experience from the beginning with Bath Fitters salesman Marty who walked my wife and I through selections and explained what to expect to build our confidence in the process. What a relief to be rid of the old tub and have a beautiful modern shower.

From start to finish this was a great experience. The salesman, Bill, was professional and not pushy. He gave us all the information we needed to make our choices, without adding extras. Cory, who came to install our new tub and shower, was also professional. The wrapping he put down on our flooring protected our carpets from debris. The dust and usual construction mess was contained in the bathroom with a fan and vacuum. The install went smoothly. Cory even took extra time to go to the shop to make a better cut for our install. Extending his day during a snowstorm! When it was complete. It looked amazing. Cory cleaned up the dust and debris from it all so well, it looked like no one was ever there. Our new tub and shower just magically appeared! Many thanks to Bath Fitter, I can enjoy relaxing baths again.

Outstanding work! Watched the entire process they have it down to a science....4 months and not a single complaint...cleaning is a breeze yes it was expensive, Dont let that scare you off great financing terms...You get what you pay for! but no seams to leak the surround they did in one piece tub lip overlaps even if the silicone fails in the joints no way for it to leak...fixtures are great i believe they are delta....Took 4 hours from simi gut to them vacuuming! All you have to do is wait 24 hours for the silicone to dry! they removed all junk and took it with them...They even went as far as plastic film their work route on the carpet not to get it dirty....Had a defect in the shower curtain they supplied they ran me out a new one!...Great service....I cant even think of a small complaint6/16/2023 UPDATE: Just had them install the wainscotting to match the tub and surround .....as always OUTSTANDING work

We had Bathfitters install a new shower and bathtub 15 years ago. This year, we found slight cracks just last month in both rooms on the tile walls. We called Bathfitters. They immediately had an assessor come down and look at the cracks. They concluded that both areas in the master and standard bath needed replacement. Since they have a lifetime guarantee on materials and labor, we scheduled a time for them to install the aforementioned bathroom showers and bath. Gordon and Ryan were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, and they also worked through lunchtime (8:15 AM-2:15 PM). Their workmanship and their diligence was exceptional. Bathfitters process for replacing defective material is outstanding. I will always recommend Bathfitters to anyone needing renovations in their bathrooms.

Jay my installer was great! He showed up right on time and talked me through what he was going to do. He also marked the wall right where I wanted the faucet, which is very important to me. Mats were placed on the hard wood floors to protect them, everything was cleaned up before he left and he was very polite.I had estimates from 4 different companies, Bath Fitter was the cheapest, had 1 of the earliest install dates, best selection of fixtures and the only 1 with a tub designed for taking a bath. Plus a lifetime guarantee on everything!I also want to mention that Marty, my salesman, was also great. From the first presentation to the return visit for measurements. No pressure and came to my house on my schedule.I would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone looking to replace a tub. I will be calling them when Im ready to install a shower in the basement.

Dave C. Was right on time if not a few minutes early. He was the ultimate professional covering his shoes and laying down covering on the carpeting of his path in and out of the house. He was methodical and thorough as he went. He did the piping first so as to not inconvenience us any longer than needed with the water turned off. The new tub looks beautiful. He did a most professional job. We highly recommend Dave C. As our installer and Bath Fitter as a company. And lets not forget Eric who came and took all the measurements and showed us exactly how our tub would look installed. No pressure sales with lots and lots of information about the product and its construction.

Exceptional work; in less than one day two technicians (Ryan & Ryan) from Bath Fitter completely removed and replaced a 1970s fiberglass shower unit with a sleek, modern installation - including repositioning the drain outlet, installing a new mixer and shower head, and repairing the flooring underneath the shower base.Even more impressive - they made custom extensions and wraparounds to cover cracked and missing tile sections around the shower. This was above and beyond what I expected, and saved a lot of time and expense that would have been needed to repair or replace a tiled wall.Fantastic experience from the outset with Pamela giving a quote during her visit to the house, including an extensive discussion of available options - its like visiting a showroom, but from the comfort of your own home.

We overall had a great experience! A couple of small things we would change, but they are personal preference related. We Love our New tub and surround!Dave C. and Jose worked hard to make sure our home was clean when they left, and because I have asthma, they took extra measure to make sure I didnt breathe any extra dust particles from our fiberglass tub removal.We would recommend these 2 guys and Bath fitter and will in the future.

I would highly recommend Bath Fitters! After calling around and exploring our options, Bath Fitters was the easy choice. Their scheduling for the project was a lot sooner than the rest and they made sure to cover everything, leaving us with a beautiful final product and no worries! I called yesterday because my shower doors came out of the track. Jessica understood my predicament and was able to get me an appointment first thing today. Boy, was I grateful! Matt and Jose came as scheduled and assessed the situation. Matt figured out why the doors came out of the track. He explained some additional work was needed to insure it didn’t happen again. They went ahead and fixed the issue and replaced some caulk that had gotten messy. Everything was done with a smile. I know they came thinking they just had to put the doors back and I knew they squeezed me in before another appointment. Even with that in mind, they went ahead and did the right thing even though it put them behind.I think this defines great customer service. They were awesome! Kudos to Bath Fitters of Rochester for having these gentleman in their employ.Thank you!

Long story please read to the end! Let me first start of by saying that Kyle, Matt, Jordan, and Deerick of Rochester NY did an awesome job! I highly recommend them!On April 11, we had a vendor booth at the Job Fair at Galleria Crystal Run in Middletown, NY. We conversed with Alfi about the bath fitter product with bath fitter rep Alfi. I advised Alfi that we were not located in that area. We resided in the Rochester NY area. She stated that it did not matter, and she went to work furiously to make an appointment happen with a Rochester NY rep.On April 16 my mom and I met Kyle. My mom is elderly and has trouble hearing. Kyle spent at least 3 hours measuring and thoroughly explaining bath fitter and their products. Typically, when my mom goes to purchase something, the sales reps are rude and impatient. But not once did I have to intervene and explain something to her about the product. Excellent job Kyle!So he gave us a quote and we were ready to proceed. I explained that when we were at Gallery they gave us a coupon for free installation. Kyle stated that they did not offer free installation. I said thats not what Alfi stated.The following day I contacted the branch manager and the call center manager, Sara, who they stated Alfi works for. Sara advised that she would look into it and speak with Karen the business get back to me. I have yet to hear from her. When I followed up with the call center number they didnt know who Sara was. So at this point, I am upset and disappointed, and needless to say we had to say no deal.However, Kyle did not give up and we ended up signing the deal.On May 13- Matt, Jordan, and Derrick came for the installation. Most polite, professional, and clean installers you want to meet.When reviewing what was going to happen for the day, we noticed that one of the colors was not correct. No fault of anyone, just a total miscommunication. Well, Matt got on the phone and fixed it! We both spoke with the manager and came up with a solution.Just like the commercial said, installed in 1 day! Not one bathroom but 2. When they left, we had 2 stand-up showers installed, and the work areas were spotless!Thank you so much Kyle, Matt, Jordan, and Derrick of Rochester NY. You made my mom smile!

Great job! I was originally only going to do the tub, as I had tile on the walls but upon starting the work it was discovered that my tile was starting to get loose/come off the walls. The instal tech clearly communicated the issue, his concerns and worked with his boss to find a solution that didnt end up costing me an entire remodel AND looks great (the tub at least, the rest is WIP). The whole thing was done in a day and I couldnt be happier!

We had our tub replaced with a walk-in shower. The salesperson was clear, concise, responsive to our questions. It was a terrific experience. The installation was done yesterday and was beyond our greatest expectations. Corey arrived at 8 and worked efficiently and quietly until the work was done. I took pictures thru out the installation (something that I always do, just b/c) and he was not bothered by it. It is better than out highest expectations and are waiting for the silicon to finish curing so that we can use it. We are soooo glad that we chose Bath Fitter. My experience with Bath Fitter was wonderful right from the start. The help I received setting up the consultation was easy. I reside in Greece, NY and within a few days of contacting Bath Fitter a salesman met with us at our home and he (Leo) was professional and knowledgeable of the many options for what we wanted for our bathroom upgrade and extremely friendly to work with. On June 4, 2019 the install was scheduled and promptly at 8:30 am Matt arrived at our house and the switch over from bath and shower to just a walk-in shower began. Matt was courteous and friendly and did a fantastic job. It was completed in one day by Matt and we are extremely happy with the job he did. My bathroom looks incredible!! I want to give a shout out to Ryan for doing such a wonderful job with the install and remodel of our tub and shower. Ryan was amazing! Ryan arrived right on time. He was super friendly and great to work with. He took the time to go over everything prior to starting the job and carefully covered our stairs and carpets to keep them protected while he worked. He answered any question I had as he worked and when he was done, he cleaned up after himself. I had bath fitter replace a corner shower several years ago and we were so happy with the product and the work that when we needed to replace the the tub in the main bathroom we did not hesitate to contact Bath Fitter again. When they were installing they installer found a problem with the studs in the wall, showed me the problem and asked me if I wanted to have someone else come in and do that repair or let them do it. I let the installer do it and he did a great job.I am very happy with Bath Fitter and would recommend them to anyone.

It’s not often that a company impresses me enough to motivate me to write a google review but Bathfitter is so deserving!From the initial sales meeting to the install to the follow up customer service, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The install was scheduled soon after we signed the contract. The installer finished the work in one day. There were a couple of minor things that needed attention afterwards, and Bathfitter immediately fixed the items within a week. Very impressive! Everyone was professional, kind and very understanding. At no point did I feel like I was inconveniencing them. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially elderly people, as Bathfitters will not take advantage of them!

They completely covered and protected the entire pathway from garage, through my house, up the stairs and into the bathrooms as they worked. Steve Gangarossa is a pleasure to work with. He is very attentive and professional. I experienced a plumbing issue (not by fault of Bath Fitter) and unfortunately had to call in a plumber to fix immediately. When I called Bath Fitter to discuss my lifetime warranty, I was treated with respect and kindness. Steve worked with me and went above and beyond what I ever expected. I highly recommend using this company if you have a bathroom remodel. The professionalism of the company was evident from the beginning when I met Bill who came for the consultation. He explained everything that would need to be done and all of the options available, without being pushy and trying to sell me on all of the upgrades and expensive fixtures. Its not cheap but the end result is beautiful and so easy to clean. I was out of my bathroom from 7 am one day until 5 pm the next day . You have to give it 24 hours after install before standing in the shower. I have heard stories of people being out of their bathrooms for weeks ! Justin did the entire job by himself and he was there 8-3.30. I had a small problem where the water wasnt draining completely off the glass door so I emailed Bill and Justin called and came over to check it out . He had to order a part from the factory so it was fixed the following week and it has been working like a charm. My remodel was a shower to a shower. We are considering doing our guest bathroom next year which has a tub.

My wife and I decided to remodel our upstairs bathroom so we contacted Bath Fitters to come out for an estimate. Marty showed up on time, greeted myself in a professional matter and was very consciences about the Covid issue as he wore PPE before even entering my house. Marty walked my wife and I through several different scenarios without ANY pressure to sign with Bath Fitters. He put me in contact with a general contractor to do the rest of the bathroom and within a short time, we decided to hire Bath Fitters for our tub and shower. I cannot put into words how happy we are that we chose this company. The entire bathroom needed to be remodeled so we hired the general contractor Marty recommended and on install day, Matt showed up in the exact same professional manner as Marty! He went in detail about what he would be doing and verified everything that we wanted done prior to picking up a tool. Matt was extremely detail oriented, professional, clean and respectful to our house, children and pets through the entire install. One issue did arise where the contractor doing the work for the rest of the remodel could not get out here to remove a part of the floor prior to the new tub being installed. Matt grabbed a hammer and chisel once he knew what needed to be done and removed all the material that the general contractor stated before installing the new tub! What a great representation of customer service and promotor of Bath Fitters core principal of doing the job the right way! I highly recommend Bath Fitters and applaud Marty and Matt for their amazing customer service, driven professionalism. We have 2 more bathrooms that need to be remodeled and I will be contacting Bath Fitters first when we are ready. High quality product, high quality customer service and tremendous technicians….you cannot go wrong with Bath Fitters!

They showed up a couple of minutes earlier and explained how everything was going to work from start to finish. They gave us a paper on cleaning materials we could use. Had my tub and shower remodeled my installer Corey did an outstanding job. He was on time put down protective floor coverings and cleaned up after his work in the bathroom was complete. I would recommend Bathfitters to any of my friends or family. Quality work done efficiently and at a good price.

I wrote a review about a week ago and was a dissatisfied victim. Now today I can truly say Bath fitters stand behind their products and work. My tub replacement the divets on the bottom of tub wasnt coming clean with the cleaning agent. The company sent me out their cleaning agent and now each time the tub looks brand new. Also the shower curtain was replaced due to discoloration and NOW Im a VERY satisfied CUSTOMER 🙂🙂

I had them replace our bathtub, they were professional and punctual. They got the work done in a day. They have replaced all our bathtubs. I would highly recommend them. When we had an issue after an instal, they came back to fix it. Great team to work with.

I had my shower installation done 10 years ago. I called to have the broken faucet repaired and they were here within 2 hours. Repair was completed. Service provider was friendly and professional.
