    Amazing- over the years I’ve worked with a lot of contractors and tradespeople… without question, Rochester Bath and Kitchen, is probably my very best experience.I had a full kitchen renovation. From the delightful people that answer the phones, to the designer, to the contractors…. Everyone is extremely professional, attentive, and consistently goes above and beyond.I can’t even single any one person out, because everyone I interacted with was amazing. They arrive when they say they will, clean up afterward, continually keep you up to date and informed, and gave great advice.This is a team of true professionals and artisans. Kitchens aren’t cheap, and my utmost priority was quality and attention to detail— they delivered. My kitchen turned out better than I had expected.The advice they gave on materials, layout was on point. The contractors that worked on the kitchen— extremely nice and had removed the old kitchen with the precision of a surgeon.The recommendations I received on appliances and countertops- were amazing. Tom, my designer, even gave me recommendations on a flooring installer- which saved me $1000s and whom did a beautiful job.I had an issue with a cracked backsplash tile, Kristina, went above and beyond at ensuring it was repaired immediately.I could honestly keep going on… but if you’re in the market to redo your kitchen… I can’t imagine a better company to work with. They took away the stress out of a very stressful renovation. Oh yea- they finished it faster than they initially told me…. That has never happened with any contractor I’ve ever hired in the past!

    Rochester Bath and Kitchen recently remodeled two of our bathrooms. The design process went smooth with help from our designer Noelle. It was a one stop process with a wide variety of in-house products to select from. The project was scheduled, and they arrived on the date selected. Mike and crew were very professional and kept us informed of the progress of the project. Any issues were dealt with and promptly resolved. I would recommend Rochester Bath and Kitchen for your remodeling projects.

    Rochester Bath and Kitchen did an outstanding job from start to finish. Don was great on the initial appraisal and quote, and provided reasonable and helpful suggestions for our bathroom project.Wayne, the foreman, on the project, was assisted by Nick. Both were punctual and respectful of our home. They always left the area clean at the conclusion of the day. Wayne is extremely knowledgeable and there is no doubt his experience is the reason our project went off without a hitch. The detail these guys put into their work is incredible. They did an outstanding job and I highly recommend them.

    RBK was phenomenal from beginning to end. From the design stage to the finishing stage they were perfect, professional, punctual and attentive. They completely gutted our entire kitchen, installed all new cabinetry, lighting, plumbing, counters and backsplashes. They moved an entire doorway to accommodate a design request. Every person we came in contact with was just outstanding and impressive in terms of their knowledge base. From Karen who designed our kitchen and with GREAT patience answered our 100 phone calls with questions, changed minds and updates, to Kristina who was the master scheduler of the tens of workers we had in our home working; from John and Mike who were unbelievable Jacks of All Trades site managers and were able to make on the spot decisions to improve our kitchen, to Quon our plumber, Nick the tile installer, Scott the electrician and their amazing drywall mud crew. There were others who also did a great job as well we just cant remember the names of everyone; it was hard to keep track of all the names. We shopped around four other contractors before landing on RBK and found their pricing to be highly competitive; but the tipping point for us was Karens ability to produce three different designs for our kitchen for us to choose from, all devised from our feedback and on the site visits. Her attention to our likes and dislikes and creative approach to space was amazing. Our new kitchen has literally transformed our whole first floor of our house as every room on the ground floor connects to it. RBK travels with our highest recommendation.

    We had a complete tear out and remodel of our 60 year old seafoam green mudset tile bathroom (including removal of a bathtub and separate stall shower). Several contractors had shied away from the job, due to the demolition alone. The work was completed in 5 1/2 days and was done exactly to specification. Actually, we added a small hallway linen closet mid-job and that change went seamlessly, too. The entire crew were great - they worked quickly, thoroughly and yet with attention to detail. Best remodeling decision weve made on our home so far...we could not be happier with the results! Highly recommend Rochester Bath & Kitchen!

    Rochester Bath & Kitchen was great to work with. We had them do the tub in our upstairs bathroom a year ago, and had them do our kitchen this year.     We had our bathtub walls and tub replaced by RB&K. They did an amazing job. I was really concerned because we have a window in our shower that we figured would be an issue. When Don came to measure, he reassured us that it was not problem at all. Then when the installers Rich and Wayne came and found an issue behind the window frame, again it was not an issue they did the repairs needed and it looks amazing. They were very professional. Ran tarps from the front door to the bathroom, cleaned up everyday and upon leaving went over everything asking if we had any questions. I would recommed them to anyone looking for a remodel. Quality workmanship!

    Want to provide a positive feedback for a representative of Rochester Bath and Kitchen Remodeling. Her name is Noelle. Suggest to ask for Noelle when making an appointment. We have met with 5 different reputable companies, and Noelle is clearly the best among all the representatives we have met with! She is a great listener, quickly understood our needs and budget, offered new ideas and options, was very helpful and informative during our visit at the company showroom. Noelle is not pushy at all, but she gave us as much time as we wanted. While a decision on remodeling is typically stressful, it was a pleasure working with Noelle, she is very nice and friendly.

    We heard nothing but great things about Rochester Bath and Kitchen from friends who used them for both kitchens and bathrooms and decided to give them a try for a (almost) full kitchen remodel. Lights, cabinets, granite countertops, sink, stovetop, etc. We opted to keep the existing tile floor and install the backsplash ourselves. Many changes required half the kitchen to be stripped to the studs to remove old soffits and lighting.The design process went very smoothly, having many options to choose from that met our houses style. We were able to quickly settle on some great looking cabinets, and able to model previews to feel comfortable with what we chose.It took a while for all of the ordered items to be available for an install, but we were not in a hurry.The work the small install crew did was highly professional. Top notch craftsmanship. (Ive never seen such perfect trim work) They cleaned up at the end of the day and prevented dust and dirt in the rest of the house by sealing off the work area. Zero issues or complaints with the result! Very happy with how everything went and how it looks.

    Rochester Bath and Kitchen recently renovated my main bath and powder room. From day one, this Companys customer service was exemplary. They exhibit old fashioned customer service. Dan was very informative when I was choosing the fixtures (so many choices!) and did not try to upsell. Becky and Jim were helpful and pleasant when I called the office with questions before the installation. The installers were very skilled and accommodating. They were also respectful of my home and condominium complex. My new bathrooms are absolutely beautiful! A big thank you to Dan, Jeff and Rich!

    We just went through a massive main floor renovation with the expert help and vision of Rochester Bath in Kitchen. From the creative design suggestions to the minutest detail of construction, each crew worked masterfully to complete the work in a timely fashion. Knowledgeable, efficient, and exceptionally clean and tidy, the workers left the house daily in excellently condition. It was truly a pleasure working with them and seeing the miraculous change as a result. I’ve also done two full bathroom renovations with them as well. I could not be happier with the results and highly recommend using them.

    We had a 90s bathroom with carpet and a blue molded fiberglass shower. We worked with Don Carley who guided us through the process of selecting the best options and products for our remodel. We ended up with a 100% new bathroom that truly exceeded our expectations and for a fair price. Installation was painless, the installers respected our home and kept us informed every step of the remodel. We priced other options and Rochester Bath and Kitchen was the best.     We had one bathroom tub converted to a walk-in shower almost 2 years go and liked it so much that we just had our other bathroom done too. There were many choices in the showroom and there was no pressure to purchase anything other than what we wanted and needed. The installation went smoothly and the installers were hard workers and considerate of us and our house. They paid attention to details too, such as making sure the molding and trim looked good. The new shower is great - its attractive and has safety features like a seat and grab bars. We are very happy that we chose Rochester Bath & Kitchen.

    Rochester Bath and Kitchen did a tub-to-shower conversion for us which were very happy with. Our salesperson, Karen) was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and low-pressure as we worked through our choices of design and materials. We requested that the actual plumbing work on the job be completed by a licensed plumber (who did the work as promised).The installation crew did a great job and were easy to work with. When the head installer (Jeff) noticed a defect in the finish of one of the shower doors (which we wouldnt have seen), he called it to our attention and ordered a replacement. The caddy we ordered also didnt fit due to the spacing of the studs.I assumed theyd want me to just hold back a few hundred dollars, but before we could even have that conversation Jeff said I should hold back $1,000 which was much more than the cost of the replacement door and caddy. So while we waited for the parts we had no worries that theyd put off finishing the job promptly (which they did). Were enjoying our safe and beautiful new shower.

    We had our kitchen remodeled by Rochester Bath & Kitchen. I cannot say enough about this wonderful company. They far exceeded our expectations. This company has the best employees! All were friendly and are all true professionals. Karen did a great job designing the kitchen. It is exactly what we asked for. We met with several other companies but, by far, this company was the best. All of the employees are true craftsmen.No shortcuts were ever taken. John, Matt, Justin did a beautiful job on installing the cabinets and moldings. Evan did an exceptional job on the backsplash. Im sure I am forgetting to mention others but all of the employees we dealt with were wonderful. The plumbers and electricians were all exceptional as well. Thanks to Jim and all your wonderful employees!

    I had a 40 year old acrylic tub and surround replaced by a full shower. Excellent materials, looks even better than I anticipated. sales rep/designer Noelle was very knowledgeable and provided great feedback on the multitude of choices involved even with a basic project.UPDATE: In Oct 2024 it will be 4 years since the tub to shower conversion. Still looks like new and I still love it. No question: best home improvement decision that I ever made. BTW, I heard that Noelle may have retired.

    We used Rochester Bath & Kitchen for a shower remodel. We had our heart set on solid surface shower (I hate tile grout) walls and already had Onyx brand countertops in a separate part of our bathroom, so we also wanted that or something similar for our shower. After visiting a couple other showrooms in the area, and contemplating doing the job myself, we visited RB&K. We showed up without an appointment and it wasn’t an issue, one of the owners was super helpful and got us set up with Don for measurements and an estimate. Don was awesome to work with, he showed up on time, was incredibly patient with us when picking our materials, color, and configuration. Being patient is key, because my wife and I are incredibly picky and can be a little indecisive at times. When we decided to move forward they were true to their word on timing, they actually exceeded their estimate, but we had to hold off because we weren’t ready for them and they couldn’t have been more understanding about it. We NEVER felt rushed by anyone. Install went great! Our installer Bryan was also just like Don. He was super professional, patient, and the attention to detail was incredible. Thank god I didn’t try to do this myself!!!RB&K isn’t going to be the cheapest place around, but this is 100% one of those times where you get what you pay for. I would not hesitate to work with them again. In fact my wife and I have already discussed having them do our other bathroom in a few years.

    Everyone at Rochester Bath and Kitchen was so easy to work with; Don was very knowledgeable and helped a lot with making selections for our master bathroom remodel. He was also very accommodating and coordinated to have a countertop installed the same day as our shower even though we decided to add that at the last minute. The installers were very prompt and reliable and cleaned up well after each days work. The bathroom turned out great; we love it and highly recommended Rochester Kitchen and Bath!

    Planned and booked our master bath renovation in October 2022. That was a very positive experience. We were then booked 10 months out, for August 2023. We started right on time, as planned. They were good in communicating the week before start date, and arrived as promised. Flexible and collaborative as we dealt with a last minute complication ( surprise! yellow jacket nest in the wall!) We completed it, as promised, within 5 days of (actual) starting. All the special order plumbing pieces, fixtures, cabinet, countertop were as ordered and ready as needed, no delays or shortage issues. Professional, friendly, good communication all the way thru, very careful to work clean and tidy, They left everything clean every day at end of day. Was it expensive? Yes. Do I believe I could have had same satisfactory experience and somehow saved significantly elsewhere? Probably not. Do I recommend them? ABSOLUTELY, without reservation. Very happy, no post departure problems or concerns.

    When my husband and I decided to have our upstairs bathroom remodeled we met with several companies but ultimately chose Rochester Bath and Kitchen, and I am so glad we did. Every one that we encountered was so amazing and helpful. All of the other companies who we met with made us feel rushed and as if we were just another number to them, but that was not the case with Rochester Bath and Kitchen. From our first meeting, Noel really took the time to get to know us and understand what we liked and what our vision was for this space. The crew (Scott and Mike) that came out to my home to complete the project were amazing. They were there everyday on time and ready to work. They were sure to ware masks and follow all Covid precautions. I had no worries and felt safe. They made sure that they had laid tarps all the way from my front door to the upstairs bathroom and left no mess. There craftsmanship showed. The bathroom was completed on time and on budget and it came out fantastic. I for sure would recommend Rochester Bath and Kitchen to anyone. They will be my go to from now on for all my home renovation projects!

    4/10/23 I had a walk in shower installed. Excellent job. I rate them 10 out of 10. Sloped ceiling was not a problem for them. They took out the old tub and fixed the gap between it and the floor.     We just had two bathrooms completely remodeled, a powder room and a full bath, and they both came out wonderfully! We worked with Don to come up with a plan for what we were looking for, and he guided us through everything making the process very simple and enjoyable. We had two craftsmen assigned to us for the week, Jeff and Steve. They were super great guys...very knowledgeable and friendly, and were a pleasure to have in the house. I’m truly thrilled with how nice the bathrooms came out and wouldn’t hesitate to use Rochester Bath and Kitchen again!

    EDIT: Since this review, several years later, we have had all our bathrooms remodeled. Most recently, a walk in shower, vanity, and flooring installed in the main bathroom. Honestly, I wouldnt trust my remodeling projects to anyone else after these experiences. Not only was the job done professionally, efficiently, and for a great price, but they actually were able to begin before the scheduled start date! I am extremely pleased and highly recommend them for your kitchen or bathroom needs.I could not be more pleased with our new kitchen countertops and tiled backsplash. From the very first meeting with our designer Noelle to our interactions with office manager Kristina to the measurements and to the final installation--all professional, prompt, and well-constructed. We were given all the design assistance we needed, were given 100s of design choices, and everything was completed to perfection. Its a pleasure to make appointments that are kept and everyone shows up on time, as well as having every correspondence answered in a timely fashion (sometimes receiving an email response near midnight!) Everyone here will bend over backwards to meet your needs. I cant wait for this fall to have our bathrooms remodeled as well!

    Rochester Bath & Kitchen Remodeling remodeled our kitchen this summer. It had to be put on hold in the middle of it because of Covid shutdown. But they came and installed a temporary sink, fridge and stove right before that so we had a kitchen to use during the 2 months. Once the shutdown was lifted they came to finish up the rest of the work immediately. Tom was our designer and he was professional and gave us lots of idea, we were very please with his design.     The team came in and did a new bathtub/shower install with rip out of existing. We were originally scheduled for mid January but were told it would be a one day job so if they had an opening they would try to do the job early. We knew this probably wouldnt happen. Well we were wrong, they called and got us in before Christmas. Very professional and did a great job making us feel comfortable having them in our home following distance and mask guidelines. The new tub and surrounding is fantastic. It cost a little more than we expected but that comes down to materials chosen and quality of work.     Having had several remodeling projects done to our home that we have owned for 23 years, we can confidently recommend Rochester Bath & Kitchen (RBK) for your kitchen and/or bath make-over. There are several aspects that set RBK apart from other contractors that we have used over the years. First of all, RBK has outstanding craftsmen who left us with the highest quality of work we have had done to our home - hat tip to Brian, John & Matt, who are all excellent tradesmen. In addition, as inconvenient as the home remodeling process can be, RBK made our kitchen remodel as seamless as possible. My husband works from home full-time and it was easy to have the RBK team working in our home because they are a hard-working, professional group. RBK stayed to the schedule we were provided when the project began, gave us daily updates on the process and progress of the job, asked for our input as the project moved along, and readily made necessary adjustments or changes quickly & efficiently to keep the project on track for the duration of the job. The crew would do a thorough clean up at the end of each day so we could continue to live comfortably in our home during the remodel. Finally, RBK worked with the various vendors (cabinet company, surface vendor, etc.) to coordinate delivery of supplies & installation of all aspects of the project in a timely fashion. We could not be happier with the end results - the quality, design, installation & finishing work are top-notch because RBK has a keen attention to all the details. Our only regret is that we didnt have RBK remodel our kitchen sooner! I have included some after & before shots of our kitchen project.     The project was a complete basement renovation:framing, drywall, installing a canning kitchen, flooring, acoustic ceiling, gutting an old bathroom and replacing with a new one. A much larger project than usual for them. It was completed in two months and looks very good. We did a final inspection and found several items that needed to be completed or redone. The Project Manager came over and made of list of the items and said they were simple to fix and insisted on receiving their final payment. We paid it and that was a big mistake. It took 2 ½ months to get these “simple” fixes taken care of. The lesson is then not to give them their final payment unless everything is completely finished.

    From start to finish cannot say enough about our experience with Rochester Bath and Kitchen. We were only replacing a shower and not a huge job but that did not change the service received. From the first moment we walked in the showroom we were made to feel comfortable and welcome. Karen did a great job helping us pick out a base and walls that we would be happy with long term and made some great suggestions such as covering the ceiling area. Mike, Scott and Jeff were wonderful with the actual remodel. They ran into some snags when they removed the existing shower but managed it with grace and did some great repairs to the floor and insulation. When they knew they were running behind they called in some reinforcements so we would not lose more time. The doors were not the correct size and there was going to be a slight delay in receiving so at the end of the day they ran to the store to purchase a rod, curtain and hooks so we could use the shower. We considered this a minor inconvenience. In addition, the place looked cleaner when they left than when they came. The doors are now on and the shower looks amazing! I have read some reviews where calls were not returned, etc. and that was not our experience. All appointments were met, the personnel called every time to indicate they were on their way and ensure we were okay with arrival. We highly recommend Rochester Bath & Kitchen and have already passed along to friends.

He spent time in the showroom discussing the options I had for counters, flooring and backsplash. I appreciated his suggestions and in the end, it came out beautiful! Frank and Brian who did the install were very professional, kept me informed on the timing of the job, and did an amazing job. The backsplash work on older walls looks beautiful. It is an older kitchen, and the work performed came out amazing! I really appreciated Rochester Bath and Kitchen scheduling and contracting the job from beginning to end. I highly recommend Rochester Bath & Kitchen!

    We have used Rochester Bath & Kitchen twice for our master bathroom, and have been very pleased each time. Our salesman Don met with us on our schedule, and took his time helping us select fixtures. The installers were great - always polite and neat and did a great job installing our new shower. We love everything and hope to come back next year to start our kitchen!

    Everything about our remodeling process was top notch from beginning to end. The professionalism of the staff in the showroom and the workers that came to the house was wonderful.     RB+K had competitive pricing with another company but have a much better sales team. Greg and Wayne did outstanding work. Our family members have remarked that our bathroom is like that of a beautiful hotel.     My wife and I just had Rochester Bath and Kitchen remodel our master and guest bathrooms including a complete demo. We were very pleased with the workmanship and expert advice throughout the project.Our salesman, Mike, did a great job with the design and organizing the project. At every phase of the project specialists would come in and do their work.The shower glass door enclosures installation by Jeff and the tile work by Evan were outstanding. Evan is a tile artist.

    UPDATE - After having a less than optimal phone exchange yesterday:This morning, I received 2 missed calls from, and soon got into contact with Noel. She was incredibly professional and patient, and helped me to get in contact with the manufacturer to source the parts I need. I know it is a small order, and is certainly a pain for them, but seeing that broken part in my kitchen every day is horrible. I truly appreciate Noels time and efforts.

    Don was wonderful explaining everything to my parents! We had the tub removed and replaced with a walk in shower! Showroom had all the samples to look at and staff was very friendly! On installation day everything went beautifully! Installers were professional. Cleaned up as they went and then final clean up before they left. They did a great job. Shower is beautiful! Would definitely use them again! Thank you to all involved!!

    Rochester Bath and Kitchen transformed my outdated 1968 bathroom to a beautiful modern bathroom! The designer I worked with was incredible and the workers were exceptional. They arrived on time every day and worked the entire time. They gutted my bathroom down tot he studs and it was completed in 6 days! I couldnt be happier with my newly renovated bathroom.
