I cant speak highly enough of Vlad and crew from Rochester Pro Roofing. We found ourselves in challenging situation needing an unplanned roof replacement, and right away during the quoting process I felt comfortable and confident in Vlads assessment. He took the time to inspect the roof and attic and then discussed our options without coming across like a sales person. In addition to the roof replacement, he was able to accommodate the repair of a damaged overhang and then custom bend the flashing to match the original.I really appreciated the detail Vlad provided when describing what the job would entail, and while the quoted included potential added charges if additional plywood was needed, it was not needed as his initial assessment was spot on. I also loved his commitment to protect my young tomato plants and protect them he did!The quality of their work was phenomenal, including some of the details that we will barely see. In our attic, some of the decking boards needed to be replaced and the custom cut pieces were a perfect fit and look great. They completed all of the work in one day, protected my home and plants, did an amazing job with the cleanup and we are VERY happy with our new roof.You can tell that Vlad is passionate about the work he does and that integrity matters to him. I would gladly recommend Rochester Pro Roofing to my friends and family.

Rochester Roofing put on a beautiful new roof for me. They were very careful with all the gardens and landscaping around the house. Everything was completed and cleaned up in one day. They were one of the few quotes I got where the salesmen went up on the roof to inspect it so there were no plywood replacement surprises the day of the job. They went the extra mile to take care of a few items on my roof that needed to be addressed. A great job. I highly recommend Vladimir and his crew.

I moved into my new house in August. Immediately noticed water spots. In spring there was a leak (I was given 3 years at inspection). So I called around and started getting quotes in April this year. I had two of the well known companies with all the signs and truck stickers come out. Once they realized I was a single female it was game over. OUTRAGEOUS quotes. One guy kept trying to come into my house or have me sit in his truck; super uncomfi. Then comes Vlad. He is younger, not pushy, detail oriented and made me feel like I was speaking to a friend. Him and his crew tore off 4 layers of roofing in 90 degree heat and gave me the STUNNING water tight roof amd 3 new skylights of my little home owner dreams!!! Not only that, they went above and beyond. He insulated my kitchen roof because they didnt do it right before and you needed it . The final trim work is pristine and on point. They had to come back 3 times because of the heat to work on the details. Vlad is not obly a great boss, but also tries to help out his community as much as he can. I have great respect for him and have already shared my drone pictures with everyone!!! Thank you again to your crew and you Vlad. You guys are really the best.

Highly recommend Rochester Proroofing. Very pleased with the way our roof looks. Vlad’s crew were fast workers and seemed like nice people. Not always the cast when I’ve seen other roofing crews. There was some damage to our gutters from the tear off but Vlad had a company come over the next day to put up new ones. That’s honest service! Would definitely used them again!

Would definitely recommend Rochester Pro Roofing. They did an outstanding job on my roof replacement, Vlad was onsite and was walking me through everything they were doing and why. Was very straight forward and honest about their ability and did not over commit. They were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive and they did not push to get the job, they let the quote do the talking. Vlad gave a very detailed quote, listing everything they were going to do. Many of the other companies i received quotes from id not get to this level of detail.They were on site for one day and replaced my entire roof and the clean up was amazing, especially for how much they had to rip off. the team was very friendly and courteous to my property as well as making sure that nothing would impact my neighbors.Highly recommend, you wont be disappointed!Jim

This is what I call an excellent professional service! I contacted the company because my insurance wanted to cancel my policy due to some damage they saw from drone pictures of my roof. Vladimir accommodated me right away. He came to my home and performed an inspection. He conducted himself in a courteous and professional manner. And more importantly, he gave me an honest and accurate inspection of the condition of the roof. He wrote up the report for me to send the insurance company to help me with the issue at hand. I cannot be any more thankful for his assistance. Though I hope I wont need his services for the next 10ys, I will certainly recommend him to anyone that is in need of work or replacement on their roof. We developed a leak in our roof during some of the heavy rain we had in July. I started franticly calling roofing companies to see if we could get someone out to look at it sooner rather than later as we had more heavy rain in the forecast. Most companies were telling me 2 to 3 weeks wait time before they could even come out to look at it. After doing some additional research online and with the Better Business Bureau, I came across Rochester Pro Roofing and called. And I am so thankful that we did! I called Vlad on a Friday afternoon and he was out to my house first thing Saturday morning to look at it. He was able to show me where the leak was coming from and what the repair entailed. He even took the time to temporarily repair it that very same morning so that it at least would not continue to leak until it was fixed properly. He was able to get me the estimate for the total repair with in a day and was out to complete the repair within a week’s time. My husband and I were so impressed with the quality of his work. You cannot even tell that there was a repair done. It looks amazing. His work was flawless. He was so kind, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Rochester Pro Roofing to anyone!

I am very happy with the service of Rochester Pro Roofing. I had lost some shingles on my roof and needed them replaced, 6 Shingles + 4 of Hip Shingles. Annoying and it drew my eye, plus if not fixed it would cause problems later. I can do a lot around my house myself but was not comfortable going onto my roof to the degree I would need to to make the obvious repair. I Put out a request on Thumbtack to see who would respond to a small project and Rochester Pro Roofing responded and we connected and talked about what I was needing. The same day I was fit in to give me a estimate and we talked about what I was needing and what they thought of the situation. Person was not pushy and laid out what they could do and not do. We agreed on a plan and they went back and later a proposal was sent to me that day. I read it and it was what we talked about and I was good with signing it. The next morning (my preferred time range) Rochester Pro Roofing came and did the work needed. The invoice was what I thought was a good price and I paid it after checking the work. I also want to give them a thumbs up that more than just replacing the shingles that came off they also checked around the roof for anything that might want to try and come off and addressed that as well. This was not something I thought about myself but we talked about it during the estimate visit. I certainly would not have done it myself (too much being on the roof even more) and I was too focused on the glaring problem. So, good communication, good attention to details, good follow through, and it looks nice. I am pleased.

We couldnt be more pleased with my decision. When we called, Vladimir came out promptly to assess our old roof. The flat roof of room that had been added years ago and the pantry next to it had been leaking. There were a number of problems with it from a previous roofing job, including flashing that was installed incorrectly. I got a few quotes. Vladimirs was very reasonable. He also had some very positive reviews online. I met with him and he was so personable and excited to do the job. He is young, started his own business, and I was so impressed with him I decided I wanted to give him the job. He did not disappoint! He did a great job and fixed a few additional issues. He even stayed into the night working until it was completed rather than come back the next day. We have had some torrential downpours since it was done and there has been no leaking. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

This roofing company was amazing! We are so pleased with the work they did for us. Their prices were reasonable, better than other roofers around us, which included four skylight replacements. Most impressive was that the shingles we had chosen were not locally available and Vladimir went way out of his way to get what we wanted at no extra cost. And, when we had a bay window added more than a year later, and needed shingles for that, he came down and gave us enough of the matching shingles to complete that job. We thought we had a leak over the porch roof at one time. He was right there to check it out and take care of it. I would HIGHLY recommend this company! Id add pictures but dont know how to do that!
