I worked closely with Manny, Chelsy, James and their field crews to get the roof and gutters replaced on my house. From start to finish everything went smoother than I expected. I recommend working with them for any roofing or gutter issues you may have. Especially, when it comes to dealing with an insurance claim. From the start their goal is to make sure you, the customer, don’t spend a dime more than necessary to get the project done right. They held true to this. I had some extra costs for my project but they were discussed up front and there were no surprises. They also liased with my insurance company cutting down on how much time I spent playing middle man between the two. Their workmanship was top notch. A skilled and dedicated crew :did the roof and gutters. The results exceeded my expectations. Perhaps best of all was the communication between all those involved. I never had to make multiple calls and play phone tag with anyone. All my questions and concerns were answered quickly and completely. The foreman of the crew was very effective and thorough in his communication with me on how the roofing project was going. I was always in the loop on any issues, concerns or changes that came up. The bottom line is that if I needed roof or gutter work done again I would choose this company. Also, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roof or gutter work on their house.

Legacy was top notch through the entire process of getting my roof replaced from hail damage. They handled everything with the insurance company and had very good communication throughout the entire process. I had another company come out and do a fly over with a drone and they said they didn’t think it was worth sending to the insurance company, but Legacy came out (On a Sunday) and took their time getting on the roof to inspect the shingles, siding, vents and chimney. They were very transparent about it as well. They said it was up to the insurance company in the end, but were very thorough from beginning to end and thought it was definitely worth sending to the insurance company. I would recommend giving them a shot to anyone including family and friends.

What a great experience with Legacy Restoration! Issaih was so easy to work with while replacing our roof. He really took his time and answered all of our questions. He handled all the paperwork with our insurance. Very knowledgeable. Cory was the lead on the project again always there to explain what was happening. The crew was great and professional and definitely knew what they were doing, including making sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I would recommend them and work with the for any other projects on my home

Staff did a great job communicating the project timeline and how to prepare for our roofing project (taking pictures off the walls, moving items away from the house. The foreman and workers were very professional. They did a great job replacing our roof and cleaning up up after the project. Service Representative James Schmidt keep us in the look at every stage of our project.

Working with Isaiah Syverson has been an absolute pleasure. He is not only knowledgeable in the field of roof replacement but also dedicated to providing top-notch service and support. He took the time to understand our unique needs, and dealt with everything including our insurance company all the way through the end. We had our roof replaced and covered entirely by our insurance. We love our new roof, and had a great and professional team replacing it. I cannot recommend Isaiah and Legacy Restoration highly enough for any exterior remodel job.

After hail damaged our roof, Legacy Restoration came to our area to give us a free estimate. Our Rep, Josh Tamez was amazing! He showed us the damage the hail caused and went through the process of what we needed to do to get it fixed.He helped us file a claim and afterwards he came back to file the paperwork necessary to get the job done. He kept us informed every step of the way. Josh made this process very easy for us.Once the crew started the job, they were quick and efficient. The job site manager (Paul) kept me informed and let us know what was going on while they were working.After the job was complete, Paul walked our site with me and checked that everything was completed and to my satisfaction as we discussed.The crew did a fantastic job! They cleaned our yard and picked everything up before they left. Everything was done in one day.I would have no problem recommending Legacy Restoration to any of my family and friends. On a scale of 1-10 we give them an 11.

I worked with Joshua Tamez on getting my insurance to cover my roof after a bad hail storm, and he was great all the way through. He thoroughly explained everything and made sure I understood the process well before even taking any money for the work. Legacy helped a lot of my friends and neighbors in my town, and the crew worked tirelessly on the hottest days of the year to get a bunch of houses done in the area from the crack of dawn to well after it started getting dark. They’re a very driven crew and will give 110% to give you what you want. If I every need anything done on my house I will definitely be calling them!

Very nicely done! Matched up our shingles colors very nicely thanks to Isaiah. Great cleanup after work completion and believe me, I have dealt with roofing companies that have left a mess. My only suggestion is to book them early. They seem to have a full schedule.

Following a complimentary inspection, Isaiah identified hail damage and guided us through the insurance claim process. His Supervisor aided in the adjuster walkthrough, and Isaiah, with patience, clarified insurance terminology. With the claim approved, we obtained a new roof at the expense of our insurance deductible. Isaiahs support, from initiation to conclusion, was invaluable. The team that did the roofing showed up early that morning and worked the whole day, they did a great job! We had many plants and a garden we were worried that it would impact but there was no damage. The site was cleaned up well and did a good check was nails. Would highly suggest!
