Called the company on a recommendation and was very glad I did. Staff was super friendly all around. The receptionist was very helpful and got us set up as quickly as she could. The pump drivers were also timely, very helpful, and just all around friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using them moving forward.

First off, let me just say that people are so quick to leave negative comments. I, for one, think its equally important to give praise for a job well done. These guys were top notch, everyone from the young lady who helped me on the phone while getting an appointment, she was knowledgeable, pleasant to speak with and answered all of my questions, even though it was obvious that she was sick, she even apologized several times for that. She even offered me some advice that ended up saving me almost $500.00. Kudos to the owner of this company, your business is never better than your employees and yours are top notch.

Editing initial review:While I had some initial frustrations with this company, they ultimately came back to do the work needed to make things right.I had them install a brand new septic system at our house which required an alternative treatment system, multiple tanks, and a drainfield. The work was done quickly, but a miscommunication resulted in me thinking the system had been completed when it had not. Ultimately, the engineer I worked with (John Ritter - who is absolutely awesome - highly recommended from me) informed the company of some items that were incorrectly installed which they had to come back and fix. We will see how the system performs in the long term, but for now things seem to be ok.I do wish the company had put a little more time and effort in to making the holding tank caps symmetrical with each other. There were no obstructions that would have prevented this and given this is a huge home project that should last for decades, it will be a slight annoyance.Time will tell if I made a good decision or not. For now, I’m giving four stars because while the work was ultimately completed and things seem to be working fine, I feel like the communication and transparency could be better towards the end of the project.With all that being said, I can’t compare them to other septic companies, and they stayed true to their word and have been nothing but responsive when I had questions or modifications needed to be made to the initial work.(Side note: the dirt to the right of the tanks in the picture was placed there from a separate project so I can grade out the land around the tanks. They did not leave the site looking like that).

These guys ( & ladies in the office) are awesome! They took a situation that couldve gone poorly & made smart, professional decisions that saved the day! On time, respectful and easy to work with. I would hire them for more services if they offered more.So nice to deal with a company with integrity- thank you Mr. Lyttle & Co!

Ive used Stamie Lyttle a few times since I bought my home a few years ago. Today I called the office at noon because my septic alarm was blaring. By 4pm a busted pipe was fixed.Always great service and friendly people. And the price is reasonable, too.

Had a crew out to pump & check the system, come to find out my drainage field is clogged up.The crew was very knowledgeable about septic systems. And said this looks like an easy fix, So Ill keep everyone updated as soon as its repaired. But so far... A+

Called them because of a septic pump failure. Techs were great. They explained everything completely and explained to me the cause of the problems we were having. They put a temporary fix in place and were back first thing the next morning to make it right. So glad to find a contractor we can count on.

Theyre a relatively large company, so they have to cover overhead and their prices arent the lowest around. But they are dependable and competent which goes a long way.

Knowledgeable, punctual, and reasonable. Weve dealt with other septic companies before, but Stamie is the best yet. Their office staff is professional and will follow through.
