Greg and his team were great! They rerouted my sewer drain line which required digging up part of my driveway and yard. Greg explained what would be done every step of the way and helped me make the best decisions for my home. They worked quickly and efficiently getting the job done in only a few days. All the crew I spoke with were very friendly.My son loved seeing all the big trucks visit our house. The concrete crew even smoothed out a spot for him on the driveway to put his handprint in before he went to school one day.They go above and beyond through the whole job. Even answered questions after the job was done when we were putting the cabinets and sink back in place in my kitchen.Lumpkin Plumbing will be my first call for any plumbing needs.

We had a mess, Lumpkin Plumbing got right back with me and scheduled someone to come the next morning! Darin came out and was about 15 minutes early which is unheard of in the service business! He assured me he could fix my issue and he did!!!! He was polite, respectful and knowledgeable! He was neat and cleaned up the area in which he worked! I like that they communicated with me via text from appointment confirmation, to arrival time!I and my entire family have found our new plumber! Ive been very pleased with the work that Lumpkin Plumbing has done for me. Whenever Ive needed their services, they have been very prompt in responding and Ive been more than pleased with everything theyve done from repairing leaking toilets and replacing floor boards, repairing or replacing faucets, replacing water filters, and installing grab bars. They are so polite and very kind and always willing to do all that Ive asked. Very good work from very good people!

His son came the next week and spent a half of a day fixing a way bigger issue than what I realized it was. I was impressed with how quickly i was able to get an appointment set up. I called the office back the day before my scheduled appointment and requested additional work to be done and was told No problem. WONDERFUL experience!!! I had a crisis (basement floor drains backed up and overflowed). I called him at 8:15am because it was getting beyond my control and wouldve caused a flood. By 9:00, Greg had one of his guys at my house working the problem. Granted, I understand it couldnt always be that way. I have to wait my turn like anybody else, and other people haves crises, too. But I was fortunate that he had a guy nearby who had time to help. It wasnt a 100% fix and was just a temporary Band-Aid at the time (just plugged my drains as best as possible), but it was enough to get me through the crisis unscathed, and we have a plan of action for permanently fixing the problem now besides. As I said, I understand I was probably fortunate that day, because manpower and time are always necessary, but he took care of me, and I was more than grateful that day. Shout out to Cody (his employee who took care of me) as well. Couldnt have averted a disaster without them!

My well pump pressure tank was making gurgling noises and the pump was running about every six minutes. Id been putting off calling a plumber because I had visions of replacing everything and a long draw out process without water and dealing with attitude problems. In the past Ive called people who wouldnt return or answer my calls. Would tell my they would come and didnt. Or after they showed up they made me sorry they did. Lumpkin Plumbing showed up on time, assessed my problems correctly and Greg replaced my water pressure tank (the bladder was leaking in the old one). He came back the next day with one of his plumbing crew, Darren H., and pulled 155 feet of well pipe and the well pump out of the well. They found that the check valve had stopped working and replaced It with a new one. They tested the pump, sealed the connections, taped the wiring and pipe together, put It all back together and back into the well housing.they cleared the water lines and were gone in a short time. These guys are super, professional and I would recommend them to anybody who is having plumbing problems! Den.by the way: my water system works great
