    We recently bought our home and experienced a significant leak from the washer run off only to find a previously installed pump by the previous owner that didn’t not work, causing the leak. We called JR on a Saturday afternoon and they were out within the hour. They assessed the plumbing situation and made their recommendations. There was no cost for the initial visit, where they spent considerable amount of time making their assessment. We approved the fix and they got on the project that was extremely labor intensive. They communicated with us at every point of the fix to ensure we understood and approved the work being managed. It was an extensive project that they completed with ease. They have a great team that works well with each other. As hot as it was, they maintained the work and a light hearted attitude that was fun to watch. They gave us a great price for the work and finished before the expected deadline. I would recommend this company and will use them for our next projects. Great experience all around.

    Raymond and his crew have been taking care of the plumbing in my home for the past 4 years, and I could not recommend them enough. Most recently, they installed a tankless water heater, removing two 50-gallon water heaters, and did an exceptional job. I called for an estimate and received fair pricing. Raymond was able to get it scheduled and installed within 48 hours! They are lightning fast, thorough and really care about the services they perform. Its so hard finding service technicians that you can trust and rely on, but these guys are it! 10/10 for JR Plumbing!

    Seriously, these guys are the best. Fast, kind and professional! I thought I had a plumbing issue, but after inspecting the bathroom, JR Plumbing identified the real cause and helped me fix it (dead rats in the attic, not a sewage leak!). Highly recommend and will return with all my plumbing (and hopefully not dead vermin) needs.

    JR Plumbing is awesome. We have used them twice in the last year, once to replace our water heater when it went out, the had a new one in the next day at a reasonable price.The second time was at a house we are moving into and had to have the main waterline redone and the sewer line, his gueys were quick and got it done without delay.I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

    I called at 730am on a Saturday in a bit of a panic, and he sent his people to my house with 30min!Raymond spoke with us upon his guys diagnosis (needed new valves and pipe pieces for laundry room), and Raymond himself showed up too with the needed parts! Awesome service, quick repairs, very humble and honest. Did set our daily plans back at all. Didnt try to upsell me and didnt price gouge. I will be using him for any future repairs!     Great and super fast service! I inquired today about having my two water heaters serviced. Sure I could have done it myself, however, they had never been serviced since I have been in this house ( 5 years )😩 and I was afraid to do it.     The gentlemen from JR Plumbing that came to our home to replace 5 water stops so my dishwasher could be installed were very friendly, knowledgeable & reasonable- I called them late in the afternoon as a company that was supposed to install our dishwasher came & was unable to do it due to corrosion on the water stoppers & these young men came that same afternoon & fixed them all & now my dishwasher is finally installed.     We had a clogged sewer drain on Sunday morning and they came out within a couple of hours and resolved it. Turns out we needed a new line put in.     The issue was a dripping faucet in a bathroom sink. Within two hours of my call, the company van was at my home. The problem was that both hot and cold faucets had faulty cartridges that needed to be replaced. This was accomplished within the hour to my complete satisfaction.     Second time Ive used these guys. Shout out to Raymond for a very quick response on both times.First experience repair was with a leaking water softener. Raymond responded at 10pm when I contacted him, gave me suggestions on preventing a catastrophic water break, and came out the very next day to fix the issue. Work was professionally done and his price was very competitive compared to others.Second experience was with a malfunctioning water heater. Contacted him because of how well the experience was before. He was able to promptly send someone, same day, on a weekend, to check on the water heater. He then recommended the unit to be replaced with another brand due to the many malfunctions my old previous brand had. Explained his reasoning why. Quoted for a fair price. His team came by early the next day also on the weekend, did the work in a professional manner. Left the area clean. And was done with the work quickly. He did run a bit later on his 2 hour window for estimated arrival, but wasnt a big deal to us, since he got the job done within 24 hours of being contacted.Raymond and his guys are highly recommended.     We had been hearing a banging in the wall of our bathroom every time we flushed the toilet for about a month. It finally got to the point that I called JR Plumbing to come take a look at it (expecting them to have to open up the wall and tighten up a loose strap). They came out within an hour of calling and diagnosed the issue as an old fill valve in the toilet that needed replacing. The fill valve was replaced the problem went away. If you’re looking for an honest plumber that doesn’t try to up-sale you on parts and services you don’t need I would recommend JR Plumbing.

    We had our kitchen drain and garbage disposal clogged with standing water on Friday night, after 6:00 pm. I texted JR’S and they texted me back within minutes. Raymond and his crew were able to come to my home and give me an estimate to replace a hot water heater within two hours of calling this morning, and then install the new replacement a few hours after that.     The shut-offs for our washing machine were leaking. We had ordered a new washing machine - but the installers would not install until the leaks were fixed.     Saved me hundreds of dollars!!!Another company came advised they needed rip open my wall to run a whole new gas line to my laundry room since I was not getting gas to my dryer.I felt Like I needed a second opinion since the house is barely 5 yrs old, so I called JR plumbing. Raymond and Jason came in, said there was probably a valve behind the wall that is off which is the reason you aren’t getting gas to the visible valve.     We needed a professional to come take a look at our kitchen sink. It was leaking but we werent sure why or how. My mom had sort of been monitoring it and she saw water leaking on and off.
